After taking a look at the farmland and the Breeding Platform, Zhou Yi took a ride with a Hunter to the cave warehouse in Yalong Bay.

In the depths of the tunnel, a sprinkling of firelight glowed.

Li Mo sat atop a high mound of earth, playing with a high-temperature, viscous fluid that looked like lava in his hands.

He rotated and kneaded the embryonic form, while his other hand perford rapid cooling. Consequently, a black cup with a handle was crafted.

Zhou Yi recognized the material as obsidian.

Natural obsidian was born from volcanoes, but Li Mo's was crafted by hand.

"Chairman, you've arrived."

The Mutant child patted off the dust from his hands and hurried over.

Zhou Yi handed the half lon in his hand to the other party, "This is the volcano lon the company planted this year, have a taste."

Li Mo took the lon, broke it in two, and after one bite, his eyes suddenly lit up, then he voraciously devoured the lon.

Zhou Yi watched with a nod and a smile.

Exactly.

This is the way to enjoy a lon.

Li Mo quickly finished off half the lon, wiped the juice and seeds from the corner of his mouth, and revealed a look of satisfaction, "It's really delicious... much better than the sweet and sour fruits on the island. I've never tasted anything this sweet. The company is really powerful."

He then condensed a handful of water with his left hand to wash his face, exhibiting a very skilled control over his abilities.

Zhou Yi noticed that Li Mo had already crafted and displayed quite a number of containers in the tunnel.

Most of them were cups.

There were transparent glass cups, obsidian cups, and ceramic cups. So were square, traditional cup shaped, cylindrical, floral, so like a small house, so like hourglasses... Li Mo had put a lot of thought into the design and styling of the cups.

Zhou Yi picked up the newly crafted obsidian cup, it was smooth, lustrous, black, and had a cool, delicate feel.

If you added the company's samurai crab logo, it would be like saying it was a mug from the past without any sense of incongruity.

Zhou Yi pondered how to price such an item.

If it's too expensive, many new humans couldn't afford it, yet if it's too cheap, it might be a loss since each one is handmade and unique.

"Chairman, you've noticed, right?"

Li Mo grinned, "They are not ordinary cups."

Zhou Yi inspected it from all angles.

He couldn't see anything special.

"My cups will display a fla pattern under the light."

Zhou Yi turned it towards the sun outside and indeed saw red traces on the cup walls, encircling like flas.

"This is also a special technique I've developed over many years, one that cannot be created without my own two hands," Li Mo said proudly.

Zhou Yi examined the cup in his hands again and asked, "That's it?"

"Er, it's a beautiful pattern in itself, with several types of flas," Li Mo replied.

"Oh."

Zhou Yi tried to hide his disappointnt.

But obviously, Li Mo noticed it and couldn't help but add, "Also, they are very durable."

"Hmm, that's good."

Zhou Yi thought to himself.

A cup is just a cup; you can't expect a cup to miraculously produce a drink, that would be asking for the impossible, to create sothing out of nothing.

It's quite an achievent for Li Mo to work on crafts alone.

Zhou Yi moved on to more serious matters: "Would you like to get rid of the radiation in your body?"

"Of course," Li Mo said.

"The company has a very good doctor, I'll have him co to check you out and see if we can solve this problem with dical ans."

A few minutes later.

Doctor Da Vinci arrived in the tunnel with three chanical bodies.

The ceiling light cast a green glow as it comnced a comprehensive check-up on Li Mo.

The entire process lasted an hour and a half.

Da Vinci diagnosed, "The patient's five enhanced organs are all maintaining a high level of stability with little wear and tear, well-maintained, with no significant signs of heavy dication use."

"The stress responses of these five enhanced organs all have a certain periodicity. I have reason to suspect that there is so special structure within a few organs that causes the enhanced organs to be unable to completely seal off, resulting in radiation leaks."

"Live tissue inspection also ruled out external influences, proving that the cause of the disease is internal."

"I must perform an incisional inspection on the enhanced organs to see if I can find the Stress Source and remove it, which will cause so damage to the body."

Li Mo agreed.

In the end, he lay on Doctor Da Vinci's operating cart.

Zhou Yi waited outside.

Two hours later, the imaging cart displayed the green words "Surgery Successful."

Zhou Yi hurried in.

Li Mo on the hospital bed was quite composed, his left hand wrapped in a bandage, gently lifting and moving it.

On the chanical arm of Da Vinci, there was a small box filled with a transparent gel, within which a piece of substance resembling shattered glass was solidified.

"This is the Stress Source that was in the patient's left hand, powered by the energy of the enhanced organs."

The chanical Doctor said, "It was implanted in the Light Imprint Structure, continuously stimulating the enhanced organs, causing organ tension and difficulty in resting, and over ti, the enhanced organs would develop changes."

"After removal, I sutured the Light Imprint Structure, and the stress reaction in the left hand has completely disappeared."

"The doctor who modified the patient's organs had phenonal skills. Multiple enhanced organs maintained stable and synchronous connections, but they also used the Stress Source as a trigger, causing outward radiation while still keeping the body fundantally stable."

The skills were strong because the ones who modified Li Mo were those mysterious Heavenly People.

Zhou Yi asked, "So you're saying, as long as the Stress Sources in the remaining four enhanced organs are removed, he can recover normally?"

"Yes, but the surgery will cause certain tension and stress in the enhanced organ, so it cannot be perford multiple tis in a short period. At least a month's interval is needed."

Li Mo's surgery, in total, would take five months.

Zhou Yi knew that the biggest help was actually Li Mo's forr boss, who not only planned the escape route for Li Mo but also reminded him to see a doctor after stabilizing.

Without the secret aid of the Heavenly People, Li Mo and the other Mutants would probably end up like monsters with deford bodies.

This showed that the characters and habits of the Heavenly People also varied.

Li Mo was already very satisfied; he kept examining his recently operated left arm: "It can actually be cured... As long as I can recover, I can wait no matter how long it takes. Thanks to the chairman, thanks to the doctor!"

Da Vinci said again, "The Stress Source itself is quite peculiar."

Its chanical arm clamped the small container: "It's unlike any existing material but emits a certain weak signal to stimulate the enhanced organs. I can't recognize this signal and am uncertain if it will have other effects and controls on the patient. It's best to keep a good distance from the patient."

Zhou Yi took the Stress Source.

His own elental traits indeed ca in handy.

"Radio," channel 2, activate!

He focused his attention on the tiny shards.

Inside, there were so faint noises, gradually becoming clear.

"Is it over?"

"It's over, Firewood Mound collected, witnesses cleared."

"Good."

"A part of my current body is collapsing, a new one is being made, do you have a new body there?"

"Yes. While you're still down there, see if you can find Black Emperor, press it about the body it promised us, it has yet to be delivered. It's beco more and more delayed."

"I'll try, but it's unlikely to yield results."

...

Zhou Yi listened with a grave expression.

It seed that Firewood Mound was dominated by the Heavenly People.

The Stress Source was not just for controlling the Mutants; it was also a communication device.

Zhou Yi pocketed the Stress Source and warned Da Vinci, "Keep the Stress Sources from later removals, I have a use for them."

"Yes, Chairman."
