At this mont of life and death, Chu Tianxu did not fight back. Instead he brandished a huge shield and, with a source of power flowing throughout his body, he attempted to block the attack.

In a deafening explosion, the Chaotic Sword Energy clashed heavily against the shield. The impact shook heaven and earth, and the worlds trembled.
The shield was a sacred weapon of the highest quality. It was impeccably sturdy and would not be broken. The Chaotic Sword Energy blasted off.
The shield might not have broken, but as the imnse power of the sword energy poured out, it was clear Chu Tianxu would not be able to resist it.
Boom!
Chu Tianxu’s body collapsed almost instantly as blood splattered everywhere.
