Chapter 1989: Grand Supre Elder

Qu Zhong’s eyes filled with killing intent. Since Emperor Shi had refused to give in, he would massacre the Firmant Sect.
“Everyone listen up. increase your attack speeds and break apart the array!” Qu Zhong shouted. With that, Dark Force surged in his body and he prepared for an ultimate attack.

Right at that mont, a light voice rang in Qu Zhong’s ears. This voice was sharp and cold and yet, Qu Zhong could not pinpoint who the voice belonged to.
“Who is it?”
Qu Zhong scread in shock as he lifted his head to look at the firmant. A figure of a young man slowly floated over.
This man was like an invisible god. Although his actions appeared slow as he stepped into the sky, his speed was incredible.
“Who are you?” The eyebrows of Qu Zhong furrowed together as his face hardened. Although he could not see through the young man’s cultivation rank, he knew that the young man was not ordinary and he must be a Martial Sage.
The group of elders from Great Fist Sect also stopped their attacks on the array as their faces turned solemn while they stared at the young man.
As Emperor Shi and so Firmant Sect people stared at the young man in the sky, they heaved a sigh of relief.

“Who are you?” Qu Zhong crawled up from the ground and stared at the young man as he roared.
His heart filled with disappointnt. The young man was a Martial Sage and he was not sothing that the Great Fist Sect could stand against.
His heart filled with suspicion. Firmant Sect was a recent superpower with no background to it. Why was there a Martial Sage to help them?
Many of the Firmant Sect disciples were also surprised as they observed the scene. What cultivation rank was this expert? Why did he help them?
These disciples were all new disciples who had entered the sect within the last two years. Hence, they did not know the background of Firmant Sect.
“Grand Supre Elder of the Firmant Sect!” Su Mo lightly replied.
“What?”
Qu Zhong exclaid in surprise. The Firmant Sect actually had a Grand Supre Elder who was a Martial Sage, who could it be?

Su Mo nodded his head and followed Emperor Shi to the inner sect. The other elders of the inner sect also followed closely after them.
The inner sect of Firmant Sect was inside the Sacred Green Ring which was stored in a secure place inside the sect by Emperor Shi.
Furthermore, there was a special entrance constructed that allowed people to enter the Sacred Green Ring.
This entrance was located in a large hall. The mont Su Mo walked into the hall, the space around him spiraled and teleported him into the Sacred Green Ring.
“Not bad!”
As Su Mo hovered in the air above Wild Mountain Range inside the Sacred Green Ring, he nodded his head in satisfaction.
The Wild Mountain Range in front of him had changed completely. The old trees and forests within a few kiloters from him had been cleared.
Buildings lined the sacred mountain from top to bottom.
This was the Inner Sect of Firmant Sect.
With that, Su Mo followed Emperor Shi and the group into the inner portion of sacred mountain. The space was large and vast and it was the place that Qin Busi, his brothers and Yi Xiaoxiao lived.
However, it had not beco the core area of the Firmant Sect. Without any special allowances, even elders were not allowed to enter the place.
Many magnificent halls and palaces were built inside the sacred mountain, one of them, specially constructed for Su Mo.
Inside the palace, Su Mo, Emperor Shi, Haiming Jiang and the top ranked in the Firmant Sect conversed for a long ti, informing Su Mo of the growth status of the sect.
The Firmant Sect had invited more than 30,000 Outer Disciples, all of them talented and bright.
