As she cald down, she was puzzled, wondering how he knew she had sothing to say when she wasn't even in his peripheral vision?

Weirdo!

She cleared her throat and quietly asked, "Why didn't you go to work today?"

After she asked, Tang Yuxiu suddenly turned his head to look at her, expressionless and with calm eyes.

Gu Yan swallowed silently, realizing she shouldn't interfere with the big boss's life, and was just about to apologize when Tang Yuxiu spoke.

"I take half a day off on the 15th of each month."

Gu Yan was stunned for two seconds, then understood. It turned out that he didn't distinguish between weekends and weekdays for work, setting the 15th as his day off and only for half a day. It's hard to describe what kind of person he is.

Rigid, stiff, obsessive, and boring!

And, he's heartless!

Gu Yan didn't speak again, and naturally, Tang Yuxiu had nothing more to say.

But the bag next to him was always an eyesore. Taking advantage of Gu Yan going to the study to clean, he stood up, walked over, bent down, and started organizing the cheap bag with his elegant and powerful hands.

Only after several attempts did he finally beco satisfied, then he returned to sit down and focused on watching the news.

When Gu Yan finished cleaning the study and ca out, she glanced in the direction of the sofa. Tang Yuxiu sat there unaffected, motionless, like a statue. She pouted, wondering how he managed to do that.

Unintentionally glancing at her bag, a strange feeling rose in her heart, as if sothing... wasn't quite right.

After completing the morning's work, Gu Yan packed her bag and didn't forget to say goodbye to Tang Yuxiu.

"Boss, I'm leaving. I'll definitely be on ti for work this afternoon, won't be late! Bye-bye."

Gu Yan waved to him, just about to leave when Tang Yuxiu spoke softly.

"Wait a minute."

Gu Yan turned back, "Boss, is there anything else you need?"

Tang Yuxiu raised his eyes to look at her, stood up, "I'm free today, and it's ti to check your work."

As he spoke, he went to the bathroom cabinet, took out an unopened pair of disinfectant gloves, and put them on.

Gu Yan watched his deanor silently, thinking to herself that this man was indeed unlikable!

She had heard that the maids who worked here before couldn't stand his extraordinarily obsessive cleanliness, or they were driven away by his extrely critical eyes.

Indeed, it takes solid ntal resilience to endure such a picky boss.

She watched as Tang Yuxiu, wearing disinfectant gloves, began inspecting from the living room, touching every corner, and only moved to another direction after ensuring his gloves didn't have any unsightly black substances.

It made Gu Yan grit her teeth that this man even had to set up a stool to touch the very top of the floor-to-ceiling window!

Tang Yuxiu touched the top of the floor-to-ceiling window several tis and only after confirming there was no dust did he allow Gu Yan to move the stool back and wiped it three tis!

Gu Yan wore a fake smile on her face, she endured!

Tang Yuxiu then went to check the bedroom, touching the TV, the tables, even the corners of the window sills!

The last stop was the study room, and he painstakingly touched every bookshelf edge and finally touched the top of the bookshelf. Only after being absolutely certain that there was no dust he detested did he slowly take off the gloves, throw them in the trash, and wash his hands in the bathroom.

After coming out, Tang Yuxiu looked down at her, "It seems your work ets the standards, continue to maintain it."

Gu Yan kept a smile on her face, though it didn't reach her eyes, "Thank you for your recognition, boss, thank you!"

Fortunately, she usually took care with her work and didn't think about slacking, which is why she barely passed this man's inspection today.
