The figure belonged to a handso young man dressed in a purple robe. His eyebrows that lent him a valiant air frad a pair of eyes that flashed with nostalgia. However, in just a mont, his eyes shone icily as though he had just recalled his enemy.
At this mont, a peerless beauty appeared next to him and hugged his arm before she asked in a low voice, “Brother Ling Tian, are you thinking about Sister Ke’er, Sister Fei’er, and Sister Tian Wu?”
Duan Ling Tian recovered from his dazed state and asked with a faint smile, “Huan’er, why did you co out?”
“I followed you here when I saw you stopped cultivating. Brother Ling Tian, did you already break through and beco a Ten Directions Celestial Lord?” Huan’er asked.
Recently, Little Gold and Huan’er had broken through and beco Ten Directions Celestial Lords after one another. Duan Ling Tian was the only one who had yet to beco a Ten Directions Celestial Lords since his cultivation base was lower than the two of them when they started cultivating.
Duan Ling Tian nodded and said with a smile, “Yes, I’ve just broken through…”

“Brother Ling Tian, Huan’er,” Little Gold called out after she erged from the stone forest. Her eyes were bright when she overheard Duan Ling Tian was now a Ten Directions Celestial Lord. She moved next to Duan Ling Tian and Huan’er before she asked, “Brother Ling Tian, are we going to leave the Purgatory Battlefield now or are we only leaving once we beco Celestial Emperors?”
None of them were interested in rising in ranks or obtaining a title in the Purgatory Battlefield. Their main purpose was to obtain the treasures here to quickly beco Celestial Emperors. Little Gold had only asked this question because now that all of them have beco Ten Directions Celestial Lords, with Huan’er and her close to becoming a Celestial Emperor, it would not be long before they were transported out of the Purgatory Battlefield. After all, the Purgatory Battlefield was only open to Celestial Lords.

For this reason, he wanted to stay a little longer so his Five Divine Elents could continue to increase their strengths.
Currently, after breaking another point limit, Duan Ling Tian was a level-six Commander. If he broke another point limit, he would beco a level-seven Commander. Up until now, there were only two level-seven Commanders in the Purgatory Battlefield, and he had yet to et any of them.
The strongest opponents he had t so far were two level-six Commanders whose Divine Elents he had absorbed. One of them was a top Celestial Beast like Little Gold who possessed a sixth-form Profound Divine tal and a Divine Artifact. Apart from Duan Ling Tian, there were very few people who were a match for him in the Purgatory Battlefield. The other person was a Divine Beast like Huan’er who possessed a Divine Artifact and a fifth-form World Cleansing Divine Water. Although he was strong, he was still killed by Duan Ling Tian. After killing the top Celestial Beast and the Divine Beast, not only did Duan Ling Tian gained many military rit points, his opponents’ Divine Artifacts, and Divine Elents, but he also obtained many things that boosted Huan’er and Little Gold’s cultivation bases.

The Five Divine Elents chose their hosts, not the other way around. For example, when Duan Ling Tian first encountered the Chaos Divine Fla, his Profound Divine tal had to convince the Chaos Divine Fla to share a host. At that ti, if the Chaos Divine Fla refused, there was nothing that could be done at all.
In the Purgatory Battlefield, it was possible that the Divine Elents might choose a host out of desperation after their forr hosts were killed. However, this ant that there was a chance the Divine Elents would abandon the host that they had chosen in desperation when they encountered another host they were satisfied with. Not only would that negatively affect the hosts who were abandoned, but those who were abandoned risked getting killed by the Divine Elents’ new hosts. Even if the new hosts did not have the intention to kill in the beginning, the Divine Elents would definitely persuade their new hosts to kill the hosts they abandoned.

At the sa ti, two figures suddenly appeared in front of Duan Ling Tian. One of them belonged to a 3-ter-tall and muscular man who was shirtless. anwhile, the other figure that sat on the tall and muscular man’s shoulder was a short and skinny old woman.
