After giving the instructions to Aster, Will departed from there and started walking towards the city library, which is quite recognizable as it's as big as the Mayor's Manor.
Entering the library, he went towards the librarian, who looks like a simple old man but Will knows that librarian in every city is in-fact a hidden guardian, who protects the city just in case if soone tries to capture it by force.
He respectfully greeted him, "greetings elder. I would like to have a mbership."
Clyde, the librarian replied, "sure. Which type of mbership do you want?
Level 1 mbership costs 50 silver per week.
Level 2 mbership costs 1 gold per week
Level 3 mbership costs 3 gold per week"

Will smiled as he took out the silver nobility badge.

Will nodded and handed 7 gold coins without any care and took a rechargeable VIP pass and then asked, "does elder know where can I find the information about Bey leaf?"

Will then proceeded towards the second floor while ignoring the first floor which is packed with players.
Basically, the first floor contains basic information about the history while the second and third floor contains the information of so hidden secrets, which is widely useful to those who wanted to complete difficult quests.
Along with the books, The second floor also contains copies of low-level skills, which can be purchased on the spot with the sufficient price while the third floor contains interdiate-level skills.
As for the fourth floor, which can only be entered using the VIP pass, contained not only unspeakable secrets but also contain original copies of so high-level skills. So, once they were bought, then they disappear. That's it.
The only disadvantage here is that all skills that were bought here are bound, which ans you can't sell or trade to others. You can only learn them or discard them.
Ignoring the looks of others, Will directly went to the third floor as he needs so qualitative information regarding the Bey leaf, not just history.

Those who thought of overwhelm with numbers were simply hacked off by the NPC guards.
What can they do? No matter how many people they have, a 50-60 level can't go against a 150 level NPC.
anwhile, as the matter spread, RedDragon, BlackDragon, Hercules, etc.. the forr top elites of Imperial start to contact the other elites and mbers privately to join their new guilds so that they can level up.
After all, because of closing down the wild zones, they cut off their path as the dungeons also existed in the wild zones too.

Although a few angels were able to sneak in because of their flight ability, they weren't able to level up properly and the guards were given an order to kill anyone that belongs to the guilds other than these 15 guilds and Scarlet should be killed.

anwhile, at level-65 wild zone, 5 NPC and an Assassin stood before a hundred mber team with more than 15 elites leveling up together.
Looking at Aster, WhiteTiger growled, "don't take it too far, Shadow Blade."
Aster smirked, "sorry but our young master's orders are absolute." Then, his face turned cold, "kill everyone."
After a while, at resurrection point in East Ocean City, as White Tiger appeared, he roared, "Ti Traveler."
