The next day morning, at Ravens Island;
On a private island that's located in the south of the Western Continent, several boats started to arrive and docked at the beach while many ships were found sailing in the Ocean near it.
Important guests like Presidents or Vice presidents of Giant Corporations; leaders of Mafia gangs; police chiefs of eastern and western continents; five star general of the Western continent's army along with a couple of four-star generals; Central minister; Defense Minister; and even the Vice-president of the federation arrived one by one in secret. The last to arrive on the Island is the finance minister Miyazaki Reisa and her eldest daughter Kiyumi.
Upon seeing them, both of the ministers frowned as to what these schers doing at a funeral but since it isn't their place to question, they stayed silent and behaved as if both of them didn't see those mother and daughter pair.
While the guests entered the compound of the Ravens' graveyard where three generations of the family were buried, their security was left outside along with all the weapons.
After the funeral is over, Wil stood there gazing at the tombstone for a while before eting the important guests one by one.
While everything is good and all, this pleasant atmosphere was broken by the appearance of an old man in his early seventies.
As soon as Storm saw him, he took out a gun and aid at him.

Wil then ordered him, "stand down, Storm I told Silver to invite him. Put it away. We have a lot of distinguished guests here. Don't disrespect my father"
After he left, a nervous Kiyumi whispered, "Isn't he completely calm, mom? My heart is exploding just by looking at the guests. By the way, who is that old man? Everyone faces changed as soon as he appeared."
Her mom replied slowly, "Antolov family's leader."
"Eh?" Kiyumi's heart skipped for a mont, "that Antolov family? The nobles that almost governed almost half of the western continent during the Emperor's reign?"
Her mom nodded, "yes. When the federation ford and is in the process of unifying the world, the Vulture group ca into existence.

Kiyumi then asked, "Then, all are them here to discuss so that they stop Antolov? Can't the military finish them off?"
Her mom then replied, "certainly but I doubt it will happen. After all, there's even more of a simple solution."
"What is it?" asked Kiyumi.
Looking at her, her mom explained, "If that kid decides to replace his father, he has the chance to beco the Mafia lord if more than 50% of other Mafia gang leaders support him. Then, our governnt won't have any tension regarding the western continent."
"What? No way So, you are only here for this, right? You definitely won't propose the engagent, right Mom?" asked Kiyumi with a worry.
Her mom smiled, "who said I won't? If Akiko can beco his wife, coupled with your dad, we can practically rule a much part of the continent and I'll have a chance to run for presidential elections with the support of ministers. Well, even if she becos Mistress, it would still benefit us."
"Mom" Kiyumi almost scread but decided to stay silent to not cause an issue.

Only selling rights of the listed properties are given to my inheritor. Until he fulfills the condition, he cannot claim a single dollar from the inco generated from the properties which will be in a locked state in my personal account of IC Bank.
Second condition is that he must take over the vacant chairman position of Scarlet Securities.
Third condition is that he should dissolve the Vulture group and hire all the employees into Scarlet Securities. It is acceptable if they leave voluntarily.
The final condition is that he must marry and produce an heir of his own blood to continue the na of my Ravens family.
Until then, Williard is free to use the money from my personal account of Federation Bank."
Wil's expression turned dark upon hearing the condition, "old man, I'm really feeling that I wasted my tears on you. Dammit, why are marriage and an heir, a condition? Even if I'm twenty-four in mind, I'm only nineteen for everyone else.

Since you are migrating to the eastern continent and think of settling there, why not learn and practice our customs right from now onwards."
Wil stared at them in a daze, "what the hell did I just hear, right now?"
