Galaxy Nebula.
In the middle of the Perseus arm.
Not far from the edge of the Sea Spirit Star System, Constant Star Lu Chen is accelerating through space with the Wandering and Green Star.
Upon seeing the Sea Spirit Star System ahead, Wandering asked with anticipation and curiosity, "Green Star, is the orbiting Planet you ntioned right ahead of us?"
"Let confirm..." Green Star carefully sensed its surroundings and said, "Although it’s been a long ti, it’s indeed that one ahead, but I rember there were only six Planets in the Constant Star System last ti, and now there’s seven!"
"After flying for so long, we’ve finally arrived. I wonder if that orbiting Planet is Earth?" Wandering sighed.
Constant Star Lu Chen said, "We are still so distance away, and with my visual range, I can’t sense it very clearly. We need to get closer."
Lu Chen continued, "However, there’s no Celestial Civilization inside this Constant Star System, so we can be at ease about that. And the deep blue Planet you ntioned, Green Star, is very obvious. It’s indeed extrely blue, which suggests that it is surely covered by vast oceans with abundant water resources."
Lu Chen had experienced similar situations before, so he was quite clear about it.
With their current speed, they were expected to enter the Constant Star System in a month and begin exploring it.
...
At the sa ti.
Since the developnt of astronomy, the Sea Spirit Civilization has seen an ergence of many astronors.
These astronors, for the upcoming escape plan, were frantically observing the Universe, wishing to collect more interstellar map data in a short period of ti.
On this day.
The young astronor who first proposed the concept of searching for Celestial Civilizations observed through a heavy water telescope that a Constant Star with two Planets was flying toward the Sea Spirit Star System.
This joy could not be contained, and his aged face suddenly glowed with excitent!
Ever since he first introduced the concept of Celestial Civilization decades ago, he has aged from a young Sea Spirit Person to an elderly one.
Over these decades, he has never given up on searching for Celestial Civilizations in the Universe. Even after the Sea Spirit Civilization conquered Earth and abandoned this plan, he never gave up. He firmly believed that his theory and observations were correct; it just needed ti to be proven.
Unexpectedly, that ti turned out to be decades.
During these decades, he was criticized by many Sea Spirit People as delusional!
Now, he finally observed a Constant Star System approaching the Sea Spirit Star System, and its speed seed to be decreasing, which must be a result of autonomous control. This indicated that the other party might indeed be the prophesied Celestial Civilization!
Excited, he imdiately reported the observed intelligence, along with the data, to the Sea Spirit Civilization.
The Sea Spirit Civilization now paid great attention to matters of the Universe and imdiately convened an exceptional eting to discuss the follow-up to this event.
Originally, after conquering Earth, the Sea Spirit Civilization focused all its energy on upgrading the Planet Engine and the plan for interstellar migration. They had little hope of finding another Celestial Civilization, but now a suspected Celestial Civilization’s Constant Star System was approaching the Sea Spirit Star System.
After so discussion, the Sea Spirit Civilization decided to dispatch a spaceship to explore.
If the other party indeed was a Celestial Civilization, then they could attempt communication. It’s worth comparing whether it’s better to escape with Earth’s own drive, or to follow the Celestial Civilization to escape; it’s not too late to make a decision after evaluating who is superior.
...
When Lu Chen, with the Wandering and Green Star, just entered the Sea Spirit Star System.
A spaceship from the Sea Spirit Civilization also happened to be in front of them. To avoid unnecessary conflict, the spaceship imdiately sent out a radio ssage.
Although they didn’t understand the aning of the radio ssage, Lu Chen was already disappointed.
Because he had already seen that the biological life form inside the spaceship was not human, but a rmaid-like species similar to humans.
This indicated that the biological life on the orbiting Planet must be these rmaid-like species. Considering that he had co in vain, naturally, Lu Chen could not avoid feeling disappointed.
However, although it was confird that the life forms on the orbiting Planet were not human, perhaps they had seen Earth Civilization?
Holding on to this hope, Lu Chen instructed Wandering to dispatch a tal Ball clone to make contact with the spaceship, understand their intentions, and inquire about any information regarding Earth Civilization.
Wandering promptly separated a tal Ball about fifty ters in diater from the tal Planet. After activating its engine, it quickly flew towards the Sea Spirit Civilization’s spaceship.
Considering that learning the language of the Sea Spirit Civilization to establish communication would be too ti-consuming under the current circumstances.
The fifty-ter tal Ball from Wandering imdiately ramd through the Sea Spirit Civilization’s spaceship, killed a crew mber, and plundered the necessary information from their brain.
The more Wandering discovered upon examining this information, the angrier it beca!
It turned out that Wandering saw details about Earth within the mory information of this Sea Spirit Person and learned about the two Earth-Sea Wars!
Wandering never expected that the Wandering Planet Green Star talked about was indeed Earth, and while Earth was originally flying towards the outskirts of the Galaxy Nebula, it was intercepted by the Sea Spirit Civilization when passing through the Sea Spirit Star System. Moreover, the Sea Spirit Civilization not only stopped Earth but also conquered it, intending to take it as their own!
"Big brother, we’ve found the whereabouts of Earth..."
Wandering reported to Lu Chen at once: "It turns out the extra Planet in the Sea Spirit Star System is Earth!"
Lu Chen, viewing through Wandering’s perspective, also saw everything and learned about the reasons and processes of the two Earth-Sea Wars.
"Thank goodness we arrived in ti. If we were a few years later, the fate of Earth would be unimaginable. Since the Sea Spirit Civilization has chosen a path of self-destruction, there’s no need for it to exist!" Lu Chen said, angry yet calm.
The reason Lu Chen and Wandering were so enraged was not only because Earth was conquered by the Sea Spirit Civilization.
What was even more important was that they learned from the Sea Spirit Person’s brain information about the subsequent plans of the Sea Spirit Civilization, which inflad their murderous intent!
It turns out that after conquering Earth, the Sea Spirit Civilization had already devised follow-up plans.
They planned to first use the experience of humans to upgrade the core power of the Planet Engine. Once Earth officially set off on the escape journey, they would gradually process humans into jerky as a food reserve for the long escape plan.
It is imaginable that the Sea Spirit Civilization would not possibly take so many humans from Earth Civilization with them in the escape.
Whether it is resources or managent, both would pose very large problems. So it would be more advantageous to turn them into jerky instead!
It was this realization that prompted Lu Chen and Wandering, with deep ties to Earth, to be utterly set on revenge.
At this mont, Wandering was inside the Sea Spirit Civilization’s spaceship. Without saying a word, it transford into a fifty-ter-long giant sword, and executed all the Sea Spirit People aboard. It then absorbed all the tal within the spaceship.
After absorbing the spaceship, Wandering, together with Lu Chen, headed rapidly towards the Sea Spirit Star!
