Receiving the ssage from the Antimatter Civilization, the Wandering Alliance was full of question marks: "Do you think we have any need to deceive you? We genuinely did not know about the Degenerate Civilization’s existence before, believe it or not, it’s up to you!"

After finishing, the Degenerate Civilization added: "If you do not believe us, we can send you the complete research report!"
When Black Hole Lu Chen received the report and reviewed it, he finally understood all the ins and outs.
Firstly, his origin: according to the Degenerate Civilization’s long-term research, he was formally human and should have perished after death, becoming part of the Cosmic Material. However, the Degenerate Civilization, tracking the cosmic wave patterns of that period, found an unusual ripple of information in the Information Sea.
However, due to incomplete data, the Degenerate Civilization could only speculate based on the tiline, believing that it was the information ripples that ti which altered the information particle projection towards the macro Universe’s Information Pod and information projection, and after death, Lu Chen should have, under those accidental circumstances, transford from Biological Consciousness into Celestial Consciousness.
Furthermore, it was the complete encounter between Degenerate Civilization and Lu Chen, and Lu Chen was identified as a target of observation by Degenerate Civilization.

And speaking of Degenerate Civilization’s encounter with Lu Chen, it is impossible not to ntion another experint by Degenerate Civilization.
Originally, scientists from Degenerate Civilization developed the Binary Constant Star project to create a unique Constant Star. Under this plan, Degenerate Civilization used the Cat’s Eye Nebula as the location, using the material from the Cat’s Eye Nebula to create a one-of-a-kind Small Constant Star and observed its growth and developnt.
However, to Degenerate Civilization’s surprise, as soon as the Small Constant Star erged, it encountered Lu Chen, then a small asteroid, and a conflict erupted between them, eventually resulting in the Small Constant Star being swallowed by asteroid Lu Chen. This situation greatly shocked Degenerate Civilization because, generally speaking, planets are not capable of defeating stars. Hence, for the first ti, Degenerate Civilization’s attention was drawn to Lu Chen.
However, at this ti, Degenerate Civilization did not place much importance on Lu Chen, dedicating only a small fraction of their attention to secretly observe Lu Chen’s growth and research its origins. Thus, Degenerate Civilization started to allocate more attention to observing the Wandering Alliance and over the years, gradually shifted other civilizations’ resources to the Wandering Alliance. The cosmic crisis caused by fluctuation backflow undoubtedly accelerated this decision and transition process of Degenerate Civilization because, as the fluctuation backflow expanded, and without a solution, Degenerate Civilization could only escape towards the Cosmic Center. Therefore, Degenerate Civilization simply attached itself to the Wandering Star System.
After reading this research report, the black hole Lu Chen finally found answers to the doubts in his heart.
In fact, when he first encountered that binary-core Small Constant Star, Lu Chen felt very strange because the twin cores of that Small Constant Star were two opposing Electron Clouds, emitting light through the annihilation reaction of matter and antimatter, a technology level that at least a second-level civilization could master.
