In the void of space.

Wandering looked on for a mont, then suddenly said, "Big Bro, don’t you think this giant tree looks very familiar?"

Lu Chen replied, "Indeed, it does look familiar, very much like the Cannibal Tree on Tree Demon Star. Although its size and bark color have slightly changed, seeming tougher now, the distinctive Tree Needles are still easily recognizable."

"So, was that planetary conflagration started by the Yin Yang Star People?" Wandering asked.

Lu Chen answered, "Such a massive fire could not have been a coincidence, and within the Windmill Star System, only the Yin Yang Civilization was known to have biological civilization. Apart from them, I don’t think anyone else could pull off such a feat. Now, seeing this colossal Cannibal Tree only makes more certain of it. Though the details are unclear, the gist likely is that the Yin Yang Star People brought the Cannibal Tree back for research, but ended up having their own base destroyed by it."

Having once been human, Lu Chen was well aware of the behaviors typical of biological lifeforms.

With a tone of pity, Wandering sighed, "What a pity. The Yin Yang Civilization attacked us several tis, and I was looking forward to taking revenge. Who would have thought they would be wiped out by the Cannibal Tree first!"

No sooner had he finished speaking, he added another question, "Big Bro, do you think all the Yin Yang Star People are dead?"

"It’s hard to say for sure. Instead of guessing here, why don’t you go take a look for yourself, and while you’re at it, see why this Cannibal Tree has grown so massive!" Lu Chen was also very curious.

"Alright!"

Wandering responded and then fired up the engines, flying towards Yin Yang Star.

Monts later, Wandering’s thirty-thousand-ter tal Ball entered the atmosphere of Yin Yang Star, gradually approaching the towering Cannibal Tree.

The Cannibal Tree pierced the clouds, rising millions of ters high with a thickness of tens of thousands of ters. Its size was much larger than Wandering’s, and this was the first ti Wandering had seen such a gigantic tree. Filled with curiosity, Wandering circled around the top of the Cannibal Tree and discovered that the crown was ford by the intertwining of tens of thousands of Cannibal Trees. No wonder it was of colossal size. With an intrigued mind, Wandering slowly descended along the enormous Tree Braid.

The intertwining of the Tree Braids seed chaotic but carried the staggering impression of serpentine dragons devouring each other.

The surface of the massive Tree Braid undulated in waves, tightly joined, making it hard to find a gap larger than half a ter.

The bark of the Cannibal Tree was a mysterious blue-green, resembling a kind of tallic green, giving off a very hard appearance. At this mont, a teorite about ten ters in size fell from space and violently crashed into the vast Tree Braid, ultimately leaving behind only a shallow trace!

Wandering observed while slowly descending along the Tree Braid.

He discovered that the farther down he went, the thicker the Tree Braid beca. It was tens of thousands of ters thick at the very top, but it beca hundreds of thousands of ters thick in the middle, and at the bottom, the diater even reached several millions of ters.

In front of the base of the tree, Wandering’s size was like a re basketball, insignificant.

However, upon reaching the base of the Tree Braid, Wandering encountered a scene of extre human desolation and depravity.

There were billions of Tree Needles growing at the base of the Tree Braid, and hanging from each needle was a Yin Yang Star Person, each sucked dry into a mummy. The densely packed billions of mummified bodies hung in this limited space, where sunlight struggled to penetrate, creating an atmosphere of dimness, despair, and a sinister vibe.

Even Wandering, who was fearless in both heaven and earth, couldn’t help but feel a chill at this mont!

"Looking at this, it seems the Yin Yang Civilization must be completely extinct!"

In space, Lu Chen, through the perspective of Wandering, also saw this dreadfully grueso scene and couldn’t help feeling a bit intimidated inside!

However, when one thinks about how the Yin Yang Civilization once burned and destroyed the holand of the Cannibal Trees, it seems justifiable that they have now t such a fate.

The evil deeds the Yin Yang Civilization once committed were not any more rciful than the actions of the Cannibal Trees, it’s just that from the perspective of biological life, killing a group of resisting animals may be more cruel than killing a forest.

But in reality, both are life forms, and neither is nobler than the other; the lack of resistance does not an the absence of pain!

"Whiz whiz whiz whiz..."

When the Wandering descended to the Corpse Hanging Area, countless Tree Needles suddenly shot out from all around. The Tree Needles varied in size from more than ten ters in diater to a hundred ters, coming at the Wandering like a dense storm.

Swoosh!

The Wandering, facing such a hair-raising scene, dared not take it lightly and instantly transford itself into a giant sword. It activated the engines on the hilt and made a fierce upward slash, cutting off hundreds of thousands of invading Tree Needles!

Boom boom!

Hundreds of thousands of Tree Needles were cut off, and the imnse pain caused the Tree Braids to tremble violently. Imdiate control over even more Tree Needles ensued, with wave after wave relentlessly flying towards the Wandering!

"It’s simply seeking death!"

The Wandering was now thoroughly enraged, angrily brandishing the giant sword and striking at the daring Tree Needles.

With every swing of the giant sword, a massive number of Tree Needles were "rattled" off, like a rain of wood!

However, formidable as the Wandering was when transford into the giant sword and insurmountable for the Tree Needles, their sheer quantity prevailed. Wave after wave of Tree Needles lunged towards the Wandering, recklessly embodying a sea of trees tactic that bogged down the Wandering’s movents.

Whiz!

In such chaotic combat, a few thick Tree Needles ensnared the Wandering’s hilt from behind, causing the giant sword to lose its swinging montum. Soon it was engulfed by the dense mass of Tree Needles!

"This Cannibal Tree seems to possess intelligence, knowing to attack from behind!"

Upon seeing the Wandering struggling, Lu Chen in space extended a helping hand imdiately.

Lu Chen aid the volcanic crater of the planet’s surface at the Tree Braid and then spewed out a large amount of red molten lava. The lava split into two parts in space; one cooled into a hundred-ter Molten Lava Ball, the other into a tens of thousands of ters Molten Lava Giant Sword.

The forr flew towards the Wandering, while the latter slashed directly at the giant Tree Braid.

Boom!

With a loud noise, the tens of thousands of ters Molten Lava Giant Sword fiercely hit the Tree Braid. The imnse force caused the Tree Braid to shake violently, and when the force reached the tree roots, it caused a level-10 earthquake on the Yin Yang Star!

Regrettably, the sword did not cut through the thick Tree Braid. The hardness of the Cannibal Tree exceeded imagination, and with so many Cannibal Trees combined like a bundle of steel rebar, the Molten Lava Giant Sword shattered after cutting only one-third of the way through!

"I rember the Cannibal Trees on Tree Demon Star were not so monstrous. Surely, this must be the handiwork of the Yin Yang Star People, creating such an abomination. They really brought this upon themselves!"

Lu Chen was taken aback to see the Molten Lava Giant Sword shattered by the recoil.

anwhile, the Molten Lava Ball also heavily smashed into the Tree Needles, breaking off the majority of the hundreds of thousands of Tree Needles wrapped around the Wandering. Seizing the opportunity, the Wandering blasted its engines wildly and finally escaped, flying outside the atmosphere of Yin Yang Star!
