As for the third research project, it is comparatively complicated.
It concerns how Celestial Consciousness controls Gravity, observes the external environnt, and stores information among other key issues. Regarding this area of research, the progress of tal Civilization is not as substantial as the first two projects, but a certain scientific theory has been ford, and parts of these theories have already been proven through experints.
For instance, how does Celestial Consciousness control Gravity?
As is widely known, whether based on Basic String Theory or Information Theory, one can conclude that everything in the Universe is ford by the influence of vibration frequency on energy.
Hence, scientists of tal Civilization speculate that the vibration frequency of Celestial Consciousness and gravitons in the Information Sea must be very close, perhaps just involving increasing or decreasing a few frequencies. Therefore, when Consciousness is subject to subjective control and undergoes frequency lowering, Consciousness can transform into gravitons or release a large number of gravitons to control Gravity. Since all matters with mass possess gravity, these substances (including photons) will emit gravitons and produce gravitational effects, naturally including the unique Consciousness of Celestial Civilization.
As to why the frequency of Consciousness coincides closely with gravitons, tal Civilization is still researching and it remains temporarily unknown, only to be attributed to the wonders of the Universe’s creation.
The part of this theory that has been verified is that scientists have observed that Consciousness releases gravitons when active, especially before its demise, during phase transition, releasing a large number of gravitons.
As for how Celestial Civilization observes the external world, the scientists of tal Civilization deduced through mathematical calculations that the existence of an energy field (energy field) within the mbrane layer is key for Celestial Civilization to observe the external environnt.
To give a simple example, the capsule mbrane layer of the consciousness field is like the VR glasses worn by humans, directly seeing objects through the VR glasses, except what VR sees are computer-generated illusions, whereas the capsule mbrane observes the vibration frequency projections of the external matter left on the mbrane layer. Moreover, since Consciousness is particulate and the mbrane envelops particles, for a consciousness field composed of Information Particles, it is also enveloped by the capsule mbrane, naturally eliminating the angle limitations of human eyes, allowing a full panorama of 720 degrees.
The last question is how does Celestial Civilization store information?
Dissecting this question, it essentially leads to how does Consciousness store information?
If one further employs imagination, this question mainly pertains to the realm of Source Material Information Energy. In Information Theory, Information Particles are considered to carry a certain amount of information value, which is traceable. This is similar to the storage records on a computer Hard Disk, which can be traced back through certain thods.
However, since the tal Civilization’s scientists have not yet mastered Source Material and Information Energy, they do not know how Consciousness or Information Particles store information, nor do they know the thod to trace back to a previous state of information.
Although there has been no substantial progress in this aspect of research, a scientist in tal Civilization has proposed a theory.
This scientist believes that the essence of the world is actually vibration frequency, and similarly, the transmission of information fundantally involves frequency transmission.
For example, the human eye receives photons of differing vibration frequencies, and the brain deduces the amount of information in the photons to determine what material people are seeing. The key here is the vibration frequency of the photons; different frequencies translate into different information quantities, proving again that the essence of information is the process of frequency transmission.
Likewise, the various sounds heard by humans are fundantally vibrations. The vibration frequency between materials determines the pitch, decibel level, and timbre of the sound, again proving that the essence of information quantity is vibration frequency, depending on how people interpret it.
Therefore, this scientist believes that the key to how Consciousness stores information should be related to vibration frequency. This scientist proposed two possibilities for this conclusion. One is that the wavelength of the frequency band in which the Consciousness resides is longer, therefore accommodating more frequency information value. However, since this direction cannot explain the information reversal in Information Theory, the scientist proposed a second possibility: that vibration frequencies are inherently decomposable and contain rich information quantities. The information stored in Consciousness is then those old frequencies that are overriden by new ones, making it possible for Information Particles to undergo information reversal, achieving an effect akin to ti reversal.
However, it should be declared here that in the Universe, there are actually no Ti Particles, nor is there ti. The so-called "ti" is rely a concept used by biological entities to describe the changing process of material vibrations, at most belonging to pseudo-ti. Thus, information reversal in Information Theory and ti reversal are essentially different, although they appear sowhat similar.
The fundantal difference between the two can be distinguished from a physics perspective, which asserts that everything in the Universe exists above materials, and both space and ti are certainly the sa. Since space has been proven to contain Space Particles and Space mbrane, but there are no corresponding Basic Particles for ti, conventional understanding of ti does not exist, and naturally, ti reversal cannot occur.
Otherwise, according to the theory of relativity, with so many civilizations in the Universe performing Superluminal Flight, they would have already experienced phenona of reverting to ancestral forms.
The fourth research project is the difference between Biological Consciousness and Celestial Consciousness?
Regarding the research on Biological Consciousness, tal Civilization had already discovered theories on the release principle, and recognized the existence of Free Consciousness and Passive Consciousness. If there is a lack of Free Consciousness, there will be a lack of personal thoughts; the various Genetic Societies in the Universe or animals in nature often survive according to instinctive Passive Consciousness due to insufficient or absent Free Consciousness.
Regarding the differences between Biological Consciousness and Celestial Consciousness, tal Civilization has discovered two.
The first naturally regards differing vibration frequencies, and the frequency bands between the two also have relatively large differences. The second difference is that Celestial Consciousness exists in the Information Sea of the Bottom World, while Biological Consciousness exists within the Basic String Layer; therefore, there is a hierarchical difference between the two, though their essence remains the sa. Hence, tal Civilization had already recognized that Biological Civilization and Celestial Civilization could be converted through Lowering Technology.
The fifth research project is the mystery of Celestial Life or Universal Life.
As this research project is imnsely profound, without mastering Information Energy or the origin of life, it is impossible to clearly understand the underlying reasons, so tal Civilization is still continuing its research.
