In our universe, there are only fundantal strings, which compose the universe themselves and do not move.
As for the movent of macroscopic material in the macroscopic world, it is rely the effect of energy vibration frequency transmitting on these fundantal strings.
An example would be, if the universe was a flat sheet of paper, the internal structure of the paper itself does not move. Only the vibrations of the paper itself can transmit or propagate through the paper, and it is exactly these "paper" energy vibrations that form all macroscopic matter based on the "paper."
