The light and shadow strategy was specifically designed by the Double-faced Star People based on the characteristics of the Illusion Face Battle Star, and indeed, it was a very clever tactic.
However, the Double-faced Civilization severely underestimated the Science and Martial Battle Star No. 1, and had no understanding of its capabilities. Facing the fierce onslaught of Illusion Face Battle Star No. 2, the Science and Martial Battle Star didn’t hesitate and directly launched a Basic Force Bomb with the power to match a hundred others.
Boom!
As the Basic Force Bomb collided with the Double-sided Quantum Bomb, a terrifying explosion occurred, surpassing even that of a Supernova Explosion. The intense light swallowed up the nearby half light-year, and the unparalleled Energy Wave, like a cosmic tsunami, swept out, blowing away all interstellar dust material within dozens of light-years.
From a universal perspective, this explosion was a cosmic catastrophe.
Taking advantage of the chaos caused by the massive explosion, the Science and Martial Battle Star didn’t idle, imdiately deploying Quark Decoherence to quicken the resolution of the battle.
Composed of a massive number of gluons, the gluon chain, like a deep red Cosmic Storm, howled through the universe, appearing as a slash of bright red against the dark background – a sight filled with both mystery and terror!
While the target of the Quark Decoherence seed to be an empty void, as it passed through, the vacuum of space suddenly shattered, exposing the previously concealed Illusion Face Battle Star No. 1. Unfortunately for them, they were exposed for just a tenth of a second before being instantaneously disintegrated by the mighty force of the Quark Decoherence into a sea of quarks, which then transford into other Cosmic particles.
From a macro perspective, it looked as if the Illusion Face Battle Star No. 1 disintegrated and vanished into thin air.
In just a mont’s ti, a Battle Star with the mass of twenty planets, along with all of its Double-faced Star People aboard, disappeared silently. This outco was entirely unexpected by Illusion Face Battle Star No. 2, and even the Star Captain aboard Illusion Face Battle Star No. 1 didn’t foresee it. Till the last mont, he deluded himself into believing he could annihilate the Science and Martial Battle Star in a single strike and secure the ultimate victory. In the end, it was he who perished first!
"What... what civilization are you?"
After witnessing the bizarre demise of Illusion Face Battle Star No. 1, Illusion Face Battle Star No. 2 felt chills down its spine and, out of necessity, had to halt the onslaught to send a ssage inquiring.
At this mont, the Illusion Face Battle Star No. 2 had lost all previous arrogance and bravado.
The Science and Martial Battle Star No. 1 responded: "Only now you choose to communicate with the proper tone. Don’t you think it’s a little late?"
The Science and Martial Battle Star didn’t disclose the existence or na of the Wandering Alliance, simply retorted with a face-slapping comnt, then launched the final offensive against Illusion Face Battle Star No. 2.
Of course, Illusion Face Battle Star No. 2 also knew it was too late, but they had no better options left. Seeing the Science and Martial Battle Star rapidly closing in, the Star Captain and his crew aboard Illusion Face Battle Star No. 2 were not about to sit there waiting for death. They prepared to fight to the death against the Science and Martial Battle Star.
Bang!
At that mont, Illusion Face Battle Star No. 2 deployed its high energy level Energy Weapons, sixty thousand kiloters thick, while the Science and Martial Battle Star fired an Energy Weapon just a thousand kiloters thick. There was an enormous difference in size, but surprisingly, the smaller one had significantly more mass as it caused a more pronounced distortion of space, even affecting the light around it, creating a lensing effect.
Of course, the Science and Martial Battle Star wasn’t using just any regular Energy Weapons, but highly dense, high-mass Neutron Red Lines!
After relentless research over ti, the Neutron Red Lines, which initially were the size of an arm, had evolved into a thousand kiloters today. With the current level of technology, this thousand-kiloter Neutron Red Line had been compressed from its original size of one hundred and twenty thousand kiloters. One could only imagine how terrifying it was.
Thus, when the two Energy Weapons fiercely collided, the surprising outco was a complete reversal of expectations.
In the violent energy clash, the re thousand-kiloter-wide Energy Weapon shockingly overwheld the sixty thousand kiloter one, causing the larger Energy Particles to disintegrate and disperse, scattering like beams of light shooting out into the universe in all directions, a spectacular sight to behold.
"Damn it!"
Realizing their own attack had been dismantled, Illusion Face Battle Star No. 2 was shocked and terrified, hurriedly dodging downwards in an extrely flustered manner, narrowly avoiding the Neutron Red Line attack. Otherwise, the Neutron Red Line’s power would have undoubtedly turned Illusion Face Battle Star No. 2 into a raging inferno!
At this point, Illusion Face Battle Star No. 2 was utterly horrified, even entertaining thoughts of escape.
Because up until now in the battle, Illusion Face Battle Star No. 2 had co to recognize that they had t their match – the opponent’s scientific technology was clearly more advanced than theirs, and the power of each kind of weapon was significantly greater than theirs. The Double-sided Quantum Bomb and Energy Weapons had been smashed by the opponent’s Basic Force Bomb and Neutron Red Lines. Even the Space Wave Attack and Space Protection Technology seed inferior. Continuing to fight was certain death, making retreat seem like a wiser choice.
But the only problem was the Science and Martial Battle Star was universally superior in science and technology, including in speed.
This ant that even if they commanded Illusion Face Battle Star No. 2 to flee at full speed, they would still most likely be caught and annihilated by the Science and Martial Battle Star. After much deliberation, they realized that escape also didn’t seem wise.
Ultimately, with no other choice left, the Star Captain of Illusion Face Battle Star No. 2, in a bid to survive, led his people to surrender!
They couldn’t keep fighting to the death, and a full escape attempt was not viable, so the only remaining option was, of course, surrender – better to live to fight another day. Moreover, as elites, they preferred to live longer to witness the future of their own civilization and that of the universe, as opposed to dying a valiant death.
"We surrender... We surrender!"
When the Science and Martial Battle Star No. 1 received the ssage of surrender, for a mont, the people aboard couldn’t believe it, with so suspecting it to be a sche of the Double-faced Civilization.
After wandering the universe for so long, encountering so many civilizations, experiencing so many wars, they had never co across a civilization that surrendered on its own.
It was completely unexpected that Illusion Face Battle Star No. 2 from the Double-faced Civilization would choose to surrender, marking the first ti they had t a civilization that surrendered. It must be said that compared to all previous civilizations they’d encountered, whether lower or advanced civilizations, this Double-faced Civilization was undoubtedly the most spineless, at least for the mont.
Because they seldom encountered such special circumstances, the Science and Martial Battle Star No. 1 was initially unsure of how to proceed.
They could only instruct Illusion Face Battle Star No. 2 to cease resistance and stay put in their location, while they imdiately contacted the Wandering Alliance to seek the opinions of Constant Star Lu Chen and other mbers of the alliance.
