Three ships of the sa model, the Reinforcent Fleet, set sail from the Space Port of Yin Yang Star.
Knowing that Tree Demon Star had encountered aliens, the Reinforcent Fleet proceeded at full speed, taking approximately half a year to finally travel from the Mother Star to Tree Demon Star.
Regrettably, by the ti of their arrival, Tree Demon Star had long been abandoned.
After a comprehensive reconnaissance in the vicinity, the Reinforcent Fleet found neither the peculiar Demon Star nor any alien spacecraft ntioned in the reports.
After a cautious discussion, they decided to first explore Tree Demon Star and also warn the other colonial planets within the Windmill Star System to be wary of the unknown Demon Star and the presence of tal Balls.
However, before exploring Tree Demon Star, the Reinforcent Fleet dispatched over ten thousand fighter jets to conduct an all-encompassing bombardnt of the planet.
Receiving prior intelligence, they knew that Tree Demon Star was overrun with Cannibal Trees—trees with strong reproductive capabilities and aggressiveness. To avoid casualties during the exploration, it was necessary to incinerate all the Cannibal Trees on the planet's surface.
Of course, these Cannibal Trees did have a certain research value.
So before the bombardnt, they excavated five Cannibal Tree saplings, planning to bring them back for research.
The ten thousand fighter jets bombed continuously for three days and three nights. Countless thermobaric bombs were dropped, igniting the trees, sparking a major forest fire with flas reaching over a thousand ters high. The terrifying blaze engulfed Tree Demon Star, burning for over a month, with billowing smoke and scorched earth marking a catastrophic loss of life.
The great fire of Tree Demon Star made the planet resemble a Constant Star, its feeble light visible from light-years away.
When Lu Chen and Wandering saw the bursting flas and dense smoke trailing behind them, they were incredulous, unable to fathom how a planetary fire could have suddenly occurred.
Wandering puzzledly said, "That's strange; there was nothing wrong when I left. Besides, I only absorbed the Extre North Magnetic Mountain, which caused so earthquakes. How could it have started such a huge fire?"
For them, this was the largest fire they had witnessed in their lives; an entire Planet ablaze!
"You don't need to overthink it, it probably has nothing to do with you..."
Lu Chen muttered, "And I think, for that Planet, this fire might not be such a bad thing."
Wandering couldn't help but retort, "Brother, that's way too cruel, isn't it?"
"What do you know?" Lu Chen looked at him askance, "I'm talking about the birth of intelligent life. With the ecological environnt of that Planet, intelligent life could not possibly erge—those Cannibal Trees were just too dominant. It required so unforeseen factor to disrupt and allow the Planet's ecological environnt to rebuild itself, only then could true biological life be born."
Wandering pretended to understand, nodding sagely in agreent.
Lu Chen continued: "You should know that Earth was dominated by dinosaurs hundreds of millions of years ago. If the dinosaurs hadn't gone extinct, with their sizes and dominance, do you think humans could have evolved?"
Lu Chen added, "Biological life is ultimately too fragile. Evolution demands very strict conditions, including both intrinsic and external elents. The tispan for biological evolution typically ranges from millions to tens of millions, and even hundreds of millions of years. If the environnt is too dangerous, life forms wouldn't have evolved completely before being exterminated by dominant species."
Subsequently, they paid no further mind to the fire on Tree Demon Star and continued their wandering journey.
So ti later, as they were flying beyond the Constant Star System which housed Tree Demon Star, after passing through a belt in the middle of a Constant Star System where teorites fell like rain, they entered another Constant Star System.
During this interstellar voyage, both Lu Chen and Wandering gained a lot.
Lu Chen's size increased to one million one hundred thousand ters, with a mass of 2.5 planetary masses, and his gravitational reach expanded further.
Wandering, having absorbed an entire Magnetic Mountain earlier, possessed a very strong Magnetic Force. Electromagnetic force differs from Gravity, particularly as Wandering's Magnetic Force only affected tal Elents. This allowed him to automatically absorb extrely small tal particles in Cosmic Space.
This greatly accelerated the growth of his size and mass!
Now, his size reached a diater of six thousand kiloters, with a mass of approximately 0.4 planetary masses.
Although his size and mass weren't very large, due to his unique opportunity, his magnetic field was exceptionally strong, only one-third weaker than Planet Lu Chen's.
If they were too close, their celestial bodies' magnetic fields would even affect each other.
After entering the new Constant Star System, the first thing Lu Chen did was to sense for the presence of Celestial Civilization. Confirming that this Constant Star System also lacked Celestial Civilization, they continued forward with peace of mind.
This Constant Star System, like the one that housed Tree Demon Star, featured similarly elongated elliptical orbits, only this Constant Star System fared better, capturing seven Planets as satellites.
As they traveled through the fourth orbit to the fourth Planet, they unexpectedly discovered signs of life on this planet.
Using his extraordinarily long-range sight, Lu Chen observed that the Planet's lifeforms were the sa as those they encountered on Tree Demon Star—Yin Yang Star People with black skin and antennae.
However, seeing these Yin Yang Star People all dressed in space suits, it was apparent that this Planet was not their Mother Star, but more likely one of their colonial planets.
After watching for a while, Lu Chen finally understood.
The Yin Yang Star People occupied this Planet not because it harbored biological life, but because the lifeless Planet contained a large amount of diamonds and rare tals. Therefore, the Yin Yang Star People also referred to this Planet as Diamond Planet, where they constructed many giant robots for mining operations.
"Brother, those are rare tals and diamonds; we can't let them go!"
In a flash, Wandering turned into a treasure enthusiast, eyeing the Diamond Planet as if it were a massive vault.
Indeed, for both Yin Yang Star People and Lu Chen and Wandering, diamonds and rare tals were extrely valuable.
Wandering itself being made of tal, each tal Elent signified a substantial replenishnt, whereas Lu Chen, as a Planet, could surely enhance his hardness and inner qualities if he could absorb a large amount of diamonds.
However, just as they discovered the activities of the Yin Yang Star People on Diamond Planet,
The Yin Yang Star People on Diamond Planet also noticed the Demon Star and tallic teorite in space. With Lu Chen and Wandering being so large, concealing themselves was next to impossible.
Having received prior notice, the Yin Yang Star People imdiately recognized them as the Demon Star and tallic spacecraft encountered on Tree Demon Star. Since there were preexisting tensions between the two, the Yin Yang Star People deployed their stationed fleet for combat and inford both their Mother Star and the Reinforcent Fleet.
A fierce interstellar battle was about to erupt, and it seed as if an unseen eye were spying from the shadows!
