Five Hours Ago,

Just after Reon had annihilated the entire party sent by Niu Ling...

In a vast, opulent mansion nestled deep within the Miu Family’s estate, a grand chamber flickered with a soft, sacred glow.

At the front of the room stood a towering wooden alry—an intricately carved shrine-like cabinet.

Within it, hundreds of soul lamps burned steadily, each fla representing the life of a Miu family mber.

Suddenly—

Whoosh!

One of the flas vanished, snuffed out in an instant.

A servant, in the midst of cleaning, froze mid-motion. His eyes shot toward the soul lamp—now dark and empty.

His eyes widened, the color draining from his face as he read the na beneath the lamp—realization striking him like a thunderclap.

"T-That lamp... No, it can’t be...!"

Without another word, he dropped his cleaning cloth and sprinted from the room in a panic, his footsteps echoing through the marble halls.

In another part of the mansion—a spacious and dimly lit council hall—several elders of the Miu Family sat in solemn discussion.

At the head of the long table, a regal man with a neatly trimd black beard, long flowing hair and stern eyes sat in a grand chair.

This was Patriarch Miu Zhen, the current head of the Miu Family. His calm expression contrasted the quiet tension that filled the room.

Suddenly—

Bang!

The doors burst open as the breathless servant stumbled in.

"Hahh... Hahh... P-Patriarch! Forgive for barging in, but... sothing terrible has happened!"

The elders frowned, and the patriarch’s eyes narrowed.

"Who are you? How dare you interrupt a family council without permission?" Patriarch Miu Zhen asked coldly, his voice laced with authority.

"I-I’m just a cleaner, Patriarch! But this is urgent... I swear on my life!"

The patriarch stood slowly, scrutinizing the trembling man. "Speak. What is it?"

The servant gulped, his voice barely a whisper. "Y-Young Master Miu Jiang’s Soul Lamp... it has gone out."

"What?!"

Patriarch Miu Zhen’s voice thundered through the chamber. He lurched forward from his chair, the blood draining from his face.

The once unshakable calm was shattered—his hands trembled, his breath caught.

Gasps filled the hall.

"T-That can’t be..." one of the elders muttered, stunned. "He’s in the Supre Dao Sect. He’s an inner disciple and direct disciple of an elder—how could soone like him...?"

The patriarch clenched his fists.

"Are you absolutely sure?" he asked, his voice cracking ever so slightly.

"Y-Yes, Patriarch! Please, co and see for yourself!" the servant insisted.

Without another word, the group rushed back to the shrine room.

As the patriarch’s eyes landed on the extinguished soul lamp, he staggered a step backward, disbelief painted across his face.

"I-It’s true... It’s really gone..."

His lips trembled as he muttered, almost to himself, "My eldest son... the pride of our family... the one ant to carry us to greatness... how could this happen? How could soone so talented, so full of potential, die like this...?"

The room fell into stunned silence.

The servant, still standing nearby, looked down bitterly.

’And the first thing you worry about is legacy... not the fact your son just died,’ he thought silently, watching the patriarch grieve with hollow ambition in his eyes.

There was no true grief in the patriarch’s eyes. No fatherly devastation. Only seething resentnt.

Not because his son had died...

But because his son had died before bringing the Miu Family to glory.

Patriarch Miu Zhen’s voice dropped to a low mutter, cold and calculating.

"My son couldn’t have been killed inside the sect... the Supre Dao Sect forbids killing. That ans it happened outside..."

He paused, thinking deeply.

"Which also ans—whoever killed him was stronger. And being stronger than Miu Jiang ans they’re more powerful than most of our elite mbers..."

His hands curled into fists as his tone grew harsh with fury.

"Send Elder Miu Shen and a unit of elite guards to the Supre Dao Sect. Tell them to investigate imdiately—especially from Young Master Niu Ling."

Then, his gaze turned sharper, more dangerous.

"Also... send Elder Miu Bin with two units of Elites to trace my son’s last known location. Use the tracking talisman in his spatial ring. Find the body—if it’s still intact—and find the killer. Do whatever it takes."

"I swear on my na... I will find the bastard who took my genius son from . And when I do—"

His eyes blazed.

"I’ll make him scream so loud that hell itself hears."

He turned and waved them away with a heavy finality.

"All dismissed."

anwhile, in another mansion across the region...

A loud crash echoed as a tea cup shattered against the floor.

"What?! My son Min Shing is dead?! Who was it? Who dared to kill him?!" roared Patriarch Min Hao, his voice trembling with unrestrained fury. His eyes were bloodshot, veins bulging on his forehead.

"Send Great Elder Min Jiu at once, along with our best elites! I don’t care what it takes—hunt that bastard down!"

Servants scattered in fear as the patriarch’s fury erupted like a storm.

All across the Zhenou Kingdom, in estate after estate, mansions of noble families grew dim with the extinguishing of soul lamps.

One by one, in palatial rooms and sacred shrines, flickers of fla blinked out.

And one by one, rage was born.

Each patriarch, each elder, each noble family... learned of the deaths of their pride and future.

So wept in fury. Others stewed in silent vengeance.

And with that—

Reon had unknowingly declared war on more than ten powerful noble families under the command of the Niu clan.

...

Current ti,

Inner Sect — Niu Ling’s Residence

Inside the lavish yet silent hall, Niu Ling was pacing back and forth, his hands clasped behind his back.

For the first ti in a long while, frustration marred his handso face. His brow was furrowed, lips pressed tightly as if holding back a storm of curses.

Sothing was bothering him deeply.

Behind his grand chair stood Ning Shao, calm as ever. She watched him quietly, a flicker of amusent in her eyes.

"There’s no need for you to get so worked up over those Legendary-Lineage Beasts... especially when all your little pawns are already dead—slaughtered by Xue Taiyang." She remained silent, her thoughts hidden behind an expressionless gaze.

Niu Ling suddenly stopped.

Unable to wait any longer, he pulled out a glowing Grade-5 Direct Contact Talisman from his storage ring.

His fingers crackled with impatience as he poured Spiritual Energy into the talisman, attempting to establish a connection with Miu Jiang’s talisman.

But...

Nothing.

The connection didn’t go through.

The talisman remained cold and lifeless in his hand.

"Damn it! Why the hell is that bastard not picking up?" Niu Ling cursed, his voice rising with fury.

He clenched his jaw and hurled the talisman across the hall—it struck the floor with a sharp crack and skidded under a table.

Still fuming, he pulled out another item—a Grade-4 Voice Receiving Talisman—and checked it.

No reply.

Not a single response.

"Not even a ssage back... that bastard..." he growled under his breath, his eyes narrowing dangerously.

The silence was starting to feel heavy... like sothing had gone terribly wrong.

...

Inside the forest within Reon’s spatial tent,

Two figures lay side by side in the bed, their breaths still heavy with lingering pleasure.

"Hahh... Hahh... M-Master... that felt really good," Cloudia whispered, her voice soft and trembling, cum flowing out of her pussy.

"M- too, Cloudia," Reon said, steadying his breath..

"Let’s do this every day from now on..." Cloudia added with a mischievous grin.

"Huh? You think we’re done for today, Cloudia?" Reon replied, a smirk playing on his lips—as his dick rose once more, like a dragon awakening from its lair in the sky.

"W-What?!" Cloudia gasped, her eyes widening in surprise.

"W-Wait, Master. Not anymo—"

"Ahhnh~"

"Anhhn~"

Two hours later...

Cloudia lay sprawled across the bed, completely exhausted, her cheeks still flushed.

Beside her, Reon sat upright, lost in quiet thought, his expression calm but serious.

’I never imagined soone like would end up in a relationship... let alone taking soone as my bride,’ he thought, glancing down.

Cloudia’s soft, sleeping smile t his gaze. She was hugging his leg tightly to her chest, as if afraid he might vanish.

Her silver hair spilled across the sheets like moonlight, her peaceful expression full of trust and affection.

Reon gently placed a hand on her head, brushing a few strands of hair from her cheek.

’But since I’ve fallen for her... I won’t make empty promises. I’ll take full responsibility—and do everything I can to make her truly happy.’

Suddenly—

Ding!

A clear, familiar chi echoed inside his mind.
