[Well, that's because your victims are weak as hell. And rember, although the instructor didn't explicitly say it, he did ntion your points would depend on the tier of the monster you defeat.]

"Fucking bastard... so he ant that for students too," I quickly realized, frowning.

[Plus, those students hadn't attacked anyone yet, so they had no points on them.]

"Haah," I sighed, glancing toward the refrigerator at the far end of the aisle. The supermarket was enormous, and I still couldn't see whoever caused that explosion, but for so reason, I felt it was best not to cross paths with them.

I made my way to the refrigerator—it seed like an obvious hiding spot.

Haah.

Whoever hid here was an idiot. Don't they know the safest-looking places are usually the most dangerous? Everyone assus it's a hiding spot, so it's the first place they'd check.

However, just as I reached for the door—

[Duck.]

I dropped to the ground just in ti to dodge an arrow that zipped past my head.

It was then I noticed the slew of lifeless bodies scattered around.

Fuck!

I almost fell for that!

I followed the direction of the shot and saw a girl with greenish-brown hair and intense red eyes, staring at with unsettling focus as she nocked another arrow on her bow.

Crap!

I dived to the side as another arrow sliced through the air, nearly hitting .

I see now.

That refrigerator was bait!

What the hell?!

How many people have fallen for that trap?!

Haah.

What made it worse was that she was hiding in a blind spot, perfectly positioned so you couldn't spot her unless you knew where to look.

Just as I rounded a corner—

-Bam!

I collided with soone. Before I could react, a blade was already swinging toward my neck.

*Kink!*

At the very last second, I raised my digger and parried the attack.

"Huh...?" the girl, surprised by my choice of weapon, was montarily disoriented. I took advantage of her lapse in focus and struck her in the neck.

Ugh!

This is disgusting!

I thought as crimson blood gushed from her neck before she collapsed.

Damn it, why did they have to make this world so damn realistic? They could've at least made the deaths pixel-like glitches or sothing, so it felt more like a ga.

But no.

It's like they really want us to get used to this—killing.

Whoosh!

"AHHHHHH!" A scream escaped my lips as I crumpled to the ground. Looking up, I barely caught sight of my assailant.

"WHAT THE HELL?! YOU CHASED ALL THE WAY HERE?!" I shouted in disbelief, but she remained silent, already nocking another arrow on her bow.

"Shut up and die."

FUCK!
