Acantha didn’t sleep the whole night; she was torn between agreeing with the emperor and declining it, as there are still so ways to trigger Noraya.
But it would take a lot of ti if her hunches were right.
There is a big chance that Noraya had already known what to do.
She sighed again as she looked at her window.
Mildred had already opened her window, and yet here she was still lying in her bed.
Her father also had checked her again in her room this morning after he left their house.
She sighed again. How many tis has she sighed this morning?
I looked again when soone knocked on the door.
"My Lady... "I heard Mildred from the outside.
"Co in, Mildred..." I said as I looked at the door and sat on my bed.

"The emperor has summoned you, he said there was another attack again in the west; that’s why His grace left early this morning." Mildred said and I frowned as why didn’t father told about this matter a while ago?
I nodded at Mildred, who went out as I sighed and went inside the bathroom to take a bath.
Mildred helped to get dressed while the others were doing my hair.
As soon as they finished dressing up, I teleported myself to the palace.
I went straight to the emperor’s palace. Where I saw that they were having so talk with so of the noble families.
"What is such a young lady doing here?" one of the n said as he was glaring and frowning when he saw her.
"Lord Nuchi, isn’t it?" I asked as I also glared back at him.
"Have you forgotten that I am a duchess too? I carry the na of the house of Klartis... " I said as I looked at everyone of them, who shut their mouth.
Lord Nuchi just snorted at as he was still glaring at while he was observing every move I made.
"What was this eting all about again?" I heard Lord Joran ask as he looked at the people who were at the table.
"We were having a royal wedding," The emperor said as he looked at her.
I stiffened at what the emperor said as I looked at him with my eyes wide in shock.
"Wedding?" The n who were there whispered as they also looked shocked at what the emperor said.
Has he gone crazy?
Why is he even rushing things?
She didn’t even said it and yet here he was putting her in the spot where she couldn’t say no, and worse, her father wasn’t there at the ti when he could defend her.

"The wedding will be in two weeks and that is a command," The emperor said as he looked at her when he cut her sentence.
I looked around as they still kept on whispering things, well, except for Lady Dreanna’s father, who was just looking at her while he sighed.
"Well, look what we have here." I turned and saw Lord Abellarde’s face looking at with so much anger in his eyes.
"How dare you claim my family’s na?" He said as he looked at her.
"Family’s na?" I asked as I raised my brows at him without showing any fear.
"The North was supposed to be mine, not yours," he said as he looked at while he was gritting his teeth.
"How could my family’s place be yours?" I said as I looked at him.
How dare he claim my mother’s family na and place when he wasn’t even from the direct descendants of the house of Klartis?
And besides, Lord Abellarde was an unacknowledged bastard of her fifth uncle, from her mother’s side, who he insists was her grandfather’s second cousin when he’s not.
I looked at their family tree, and yes, everything he was saying was a lie. he should be grateful that his daughter got so abilities from the Klartis when his whole lineage didn’t even help the people back then when they needed so help.
"I am a direct descendant too, and I could carry the na of Klartis if it weren’t for you and your mother," He said as his eyes were flaring in anger.

"You and your mother should have died together," He said as he went closer.
"If you were not around, everything was supposed to be mine, and I could have everything in the Klartis ." He continued as he looked in the eye.
"Everything that I deserved to have, why didn’t you go with your mother in the afterlife?" he said as he glared at .
I clenched my fist as I don’t like that he keeps on saying my mother using his dirty mouth.
"Why don’t you go there first?" I said as I glared at him.
"What did you say?!" he said as he raised his voice at , which gathered so attention from the other people who still hadn’t left the place.
"I said, why didn’t you go there first!" I said as I also raised my voice against him.
How dare he keep on blaming her and her family for what his father did to himi?
"You. You didn’t get content, and you stole my daughter’s man!" he said, which made look at him.
Man?
Since when did Helion beco his daughter’s man?
And besides, was it she who stole him?
She was keeping her fucking distance away from them and yet his daughter keeps on disturbing her as well as Helion.
"Since when did I ever beco your daughter’s man?" Acantha saw the Lord Abellarde stiffen when they both heard the voice.
"Greetings to the smallest sun of the empire, Your Highness the crown prince," the other noblen said as they all bowed their heads
I bowed my head and I saw that he also bowed his head when Helion went near us.
"I asked you again, Lord Abellarde," Helion said coldly as they both lifted their heads and Acantha saw his face look scary, and his energy scread danger.
"Since when did I beco your daughter’s man?" He continued and I saw his jaw clench as he asked Lord Abellarde again for the second ti.
"Y-your highness..." Lord Abellarde said as his voice was trembling in fear as he too seems to sense the danger behind Helion’s
"Answer , Lord Abellarde," Helion said as he looked at him as his eyes were glaring at him
"Your highness and my daughter were both in love with each other, but ever since Lady Acantha ca into the picture, she ruined what you and my daughter had," Lord Abellarde said bravely.
"We’re both in love?" Helion chuckled as I was just listening to them.
What the hell is the baron even saying?
Since when did she co into the picture when it was his daughter who ruined her supposed to be peaceful life?
"You and My Noraya were both in love, Your Highness. Everyone in our empire knows that!" Lord Abellarde said as he raised his voice and when he seed to realize what he did, he shut his mouth.
"Stop making laugh, Lord Abellarde. Tolerating your daughter for the sake of my mother was different from being in love with her," Helion said as he looked at the latter in the eye.
"And Lady Acantha didn’t co into the picture as I had known her before I even knew Lady Noraya," Helion said as he looked at .
"Tolerating? I see how you looked at my daughter, Your Highness; don’t deny it," Lord Abellarde said as he seed to forget who he was talking to.
"I was tolerating her as my mother was mourning for the loss of her daughter, and you took advantage of it and pushed your daughter to co to the palace so that you can marry her into the imperial family," Helion said, which made frown at what he said.
"Huh, that’s utterly nonsense!" Lord Abellarde yelled as he glared at while he looked at Helion, who looked like he couldn’t believe what he just said.
He walked out from the place looking humiliated.
"Are you alright?" Helion turned to and asked .
"I’m fine," I said as I was still looking at Lord Abellarde’s back when he left the place.
"Why are you here?" he asked as he frowned as he looked at my back and he still noticed those people who were still there, and when he did, they all left the place.
"Your father summoned here," I said as I sighed at him.
"Did he push the marriage again?" He asked as he looked worried.
