In the midst of what seed like an endless twilight, Nicholas' eyes glead cruelly, his movents were agile as he swung through the tree branches like a monkey, a small glint shone brightly in his hands, his daggers reflected the beautiful orange hue of the sky. With a quick motion, he descended, and his body beca invisible; the soft rustle of leaves was the only sound that could be heard.

Amidst the trees, there was a group of n in brown tunics, and suddenly, a head fell to the ground.

"Under attack!" one of them shouted, the other n separated, forming a semicircle, so of them drew different weapons, their eyes scanning the surroundings. They were a group of 5. Nicholas, hiding his presence, fatally dispatched them one by one with ease, his daggers stained with blood.

He furrowed his brow and wiped them clean with their tunics, carefully examining the characteristics of these people: brown skin with so protrusions, they even had a fine layer of liquid. Nicholas regarded them with indifference, then vanished from sight.

Alicia gripped her sword tightly, her blue eyes coldly surveying the people surrounding her. Her beautiful white hair swayed gently in the wind. "What a beautiful girl, don't you want to have a good ti?" a voice filled with lust asked. Alicia frowned as her eyes turned extrely cold. Her aura emanated from her body, activating her bloodline, and her figure beca blurry.

The man grinned wickedly, his body trembling rapidly as he raised his hands, his arms transforming into scales, extending and forming snake mouths with sharp teeth.

Bang!!!

Alicia swung her sword and her instincts kicked in. She swiftly moved her body, taking a few steps back. The ground beneath her cracked as a large snake stared at her crazily, its body writhing as it lunged toward Alicia. She quickly ran in the opposite direction, realizing she was at a total disadvantage. "Follow her!" one of them scread madly; the other n began to run.

Alicia felt a chill down her spine; all of them were Mid-Titan rank, and there were 5 of them. Her aura enveloped her body, hastening her pace. Her beautiful blue eyes glead; in the distance, she saw a subtle green glow. She ran towards a tree and perford a backflip. The sword in her hand shone with incredible speed as she struck downward, cleaving one of them in half.

The green glow quickly arrived at the scene.

Alicia glanced sideways, a boy with totally disheveled green hair and green eyes emitting imnse killing intent. His feet touched the ground without making any sound, then he leaped forward. His daggers glead; he moved his hands, placing his daggers vertically, while a faint aura emanated from them.

The man facing them quickly shouted, and his body trembled even more. A thin layer of smoke erged from him, exploding on the spot. Nicholas' eyes widened in shock; his mana completely covered his body as green crystalline scales erged from his skin.

BOOM!!

The deafening noise resonated through this part of the forest. Liquids and a thin layer of brown smoke erged from him. Nicholas spat out a mouthful of blood, his complexion turning pale, his skin completely burnt by the liquid, which began to sear his flesh as if on a grill. A dull thud sounded behind him, and he watched as another body fell to the ground.

Alicia breathed heavily, her fair and smooth skin bearing signs of burns on her arms. She groaned slightly in pain as she gritted her teeth, taking a green crystal from her ring and squeezing it. Smoke erged, forming small pellets, which she put into her mouth, feeling a tingling sensation on her wounds. Nicholas frowned and did the sa.

After healing their wounds, Alicia sincerely said, "Thank you for helping ." Nicholas looked at her with a smile. "It's nothing," he shook his head, looking disdainfully at his completely dirty clothes and feeling a terrible repulsion. He quickly took out another shirt and removed the dirty one, then nodded.

In fact, he was a cleanliness fanatic. Alicia rolled her eyes at him, then looked at herself and shook her head. "Do you want to form a group? I think it's better to stick together," Alicia said as she began to walk towards him. Nicholas thought for a mont. He could easily kill so bastards and escape without any problem.

In fact, he could also hide and wait until the event was over; he had done it before, he was too lazy. But this ti was different. They were not creatures killing students; they were crazy fanatics who slaughtered students like pigs. He had seen it with his own eyes; his family was responsible for torturing these crazies to extract information.

His own father took him to one of those torture chambers; most of them confessed, but others sang like dogs.

Most of them did things he couldn't even imagine. He believed that everyone in the empire hated those crazies, besides betraying humanity, they killed with their own hands to feed their gods, further cornering the empire. The situation was too delicate; the empire never forgave betrayal, and the identity of justice was the sa, like the citizens of the empire.

Because of this, they were the most hated beings in the entire empire. As he looked at their bodies on the ground, he clicked his tongue, rembering how he himself had tortured one of these bastards in front of his father's presence. "Alright, let's kill them all," the murderous intent grew exponentially. Alicia showed a beautiful smile and nodded in satisfaction.

They looked at each other and disappeared from the scene. Your next chapter is on My Virtual Library Empire

Matías carefully scanned the ground, his head turning in all directions. He knelt down and lightly touched the ground, furrowing his brow. His gaze sharpened as thin mirrors erged from his fingers. His eyes beca completely transparent, colorless mana emanated from his body, and his figure turned translucent. After a few seconds, a girl with purple hair and purple eyes appeared in the spot.

Confusion filled her eyes. "Strange, I clearly felt soone in this place," she murmured to herself.
