The soft sand under my feet was undoubtedly a relief after seven days of sailing in that boat. I felt the accumulated fatigue in every part of my body, and the prospect of finally setting foot on solid ground was revitalizing. Before us stretched a dense forest, tall trees seemingly touching the sky, and lush vegetation everywhere.

I took a deep breath of the fresh, warm air, letting the scent of the sun flood my senses, and nodded with satisfaction.

I glanced at Perséfone, who was kneeling beside , running the sand through her fingers. I guessed she was verifying that all of this was real and not a hallucination after so many days at sea. Sleeping in the boat had been uncomfortable, to say the least.

Fortunately, we hadn't encountered dangerous sea creatures, but the monotony of fishing and eating fish three tis a day throughout the journey had begun to take its toll.

With a sigh of relief, my eyes scanned the palm trees, and I spotted so round but misshapen balls hanging from their branches. Beneath the shade of one of the palm trees, a huge tentacle erged and struck the ground, knocking down so coconuts onto the sand. Without wasting ti, I picked one of them up and split it open, letting the cool and delicious juice quench my thirsty throat.

The taste was simply amazing, a true blessing in the midst of this journey.

Offering another coconut to Perséfone, she quickly accepted it and drank the liquid eagerly. We had depleted our water reserves two days ago, so this natural source of hydration was more than welco.

With our stomachs filled and thirst quenched, my mind began to wander in search of a shelter where we could rest for a while. I wasn't so concerned about gathering materials at that mont; after all, if necessary, we could always obtain them from other students. Besides, we had three whole months ahead of us, the duration of this event, so there was no need to rush. Your journey continues at My Virtual Library Empire

We walked along the small beach until I spotted a small opening in a nearby rock. Checking that we had enough space, we both entered. Perséfone, apparently exhausted, found a spot and collapsed to the ground, closing her eyes. Her breathing beca even, and soon, she was deeply asleep. Watching her for a mont, I realized how quickly she had fallen into Morpheus's arms.

I decided to follow her example and settled in a nearby corner. I closed my eyes and let myself be enveloped by the darkness that surrounded . The accumulated tiredness began to take its toll on , and soon, I drifted into a deep sleep.

Bright pink eyes carefully surveyed the surroundings from their hiding spot in a small hole. The red-haired girl made sure there was no one nearby before taking out two rings from her pocket. She examined them carefully once again, and a mischievous smile played on her lips.

With skill, she extracted all the materials she had collected and stored them in her ring, hiding it afterward in a secret pocket. She placed one of the empty rings on her finger with determination.

"If soone tries to rob , I'll give them this empty ring and run away, hehehe," she murmured to herself with a playful laugh, as her eyes sparkled with excitent. For all these days, she had been hiding and advancing slowly but surely. It had been slow but steady progress, she reflected, before cautiously poking her head out to ensure the coast was clear.

After a few minutes of surveillance, she erged from the hole with stealthy steps. She now found herself in a lush forest, and she continued walking for hours, occasionally stopping to make sure there was no one lurking nearby.

Several hours passed, and Estefany arrived at a small beach. She observed the sky, which was gradually darkening, furrowing her brow. She needed to find sowhere to spend the night. She looked in all directions, and her eyes lit up when she spotted a rock with a small opening. With stealthy steps, she approached, making sure there was no one in sight.

She entered the hole and nodded satisfactorily upon seeing the space. She was tired, so she settled in a corner, leaning her back against the cold rock.

Just as she was about to close her eyes, she felt a gaze beside her. Her eyes t two bright red orbs. "Wow, this can be considered trespassing on private property," said the white-haired boy with a smile. Estefany froze in place. She hadn't sensed him at all.

Her gaze traveled to the girl lying with her eyes closed, and her expression quickly paled as a thought erged in her mind: "Is she dead?" A cold sweat ran down her back.

"P-please don't kill ," Estefany stamred, fear in her voice. The white-haired boy looked at her with a smile that, to her, was the smile of the devil, sothing terrifying. "Why shouldn't I kill you?" the boy asked, tilting his head, laughing lightly. Estefany's body trembled, and she clenched her fists, unsure how to respond to his question.

She hesitated for a mont before murmuring, "I just wanted to sleep, I didn't know it was already occupied," lowering her head sadly.

She could feel that the boy beside her was strong, very strong. There was no chance, she felt frustrated. She wanted to make it to the end alive and be able to move up a class. On the verge of tears, she heard the reassuring words from the boy, "I won't kill you."

Estefany quickly raised her head, her eyes shining with hope. The boy looked at her with a smile and added, "But I have a request." She nodded quickly, like a chicken pecking. "You have to co with ," he said with a smile.

"Eh?..." Estefany's mind went blank for a mont. "So, is this how you get more girls? By intimidating them like ?" a female voice entered Estefany's ears. She quickly turned her head and saw the girl she thought was dead. Her green eyes looked critically at the white-haired boy. He shrugged and replied, "It's the easiest and simplest way."
