Looking at my body, I realized that I was surrounded by my own aura, which flowed from in oscillating waves. For a few seconds, I struggled to control this energy until I finally managed to master it. Upon reviewing my rank, I was surprised to discover that I had advanced directly to the Mid-Gold rank, but with the additional label of "High True Dragon." I murmured internally, intrigued by the term "High Dragon," although I didn't have a clear understanding of its aning.
I considered the possibility that this title was related to the superior lineage I inherited from the dark dragon, associated with death and chaos.
I reflected on the fact that, so far, I had only managed to activate the darkness among the characteristics of my High True Dragon heritage. This revelation led to understand that I was not completely human, which explained why my statistics resembled those of a Platinum-ranked hunter.
Looking at my status, I noticed that only the aspect and the true na were still missing, as well as the potential. Determined to explore more about these new revelations later, I directed my attention to the system store, where I was going to purchase the two pending abilities.
Exploring the list of sword handling abilities, I ca across a na that imdiately caught my attention: "Shadow Sword." Reading the description of this ability, my interest increased.
According to the description, the Shadow Sword had the ability to beco invisible during the night and alternatively during the day, although its utility decreased a bit it wasn't that big of a deal. Additionally, this ability was ranked 4, making it a particularly impressive option.
Given my affinity with darkness and my interest in enhancing my skills related to it, I decided to invest 1500 system points in acquiring this ability. With the Shadow Sword now in my possession, it was ti to look for a set of footwork.
