In a mountain near the raging storm of miasma and energy, a massive tal door slowly rose from the ground.

Its surface was rough and old, showing signs of age. At the center was a carving of a devil’s face, its eyes glowing faintly like it was alive. The air felt heavy, and the storm’s distant howls made the scene even more unsettling.

The door slowly creaked open , its weight evident in the deep groaning sound.

Asmodeus stepped out, his movents smooth and unhurried, exuding an air of effortless confidence.

He now wore a sharp, tailored black suit with a deep red vest that seed to glow faintly against the dark fabric.

A long coat with crimson accents flowed behind him, giving him an almost regal appearance.

Even in the midst of chaos, his collected deanor made it clear—he was not a man to be trifled with.

"Wow, what is that thing?" he said, his voice filled with curiosity rather than fear.

He stared at the phenonon, a breakthrough so intense it had created a literal eye of the storm.

Red lightning crackled through the swirling black miasma, lighting up the surroundings in rhythmic bursts.

"It’s been a while since I’ve seen sothing this… interesting." A faint grin spread across his face, the storm reflecting in his eyes.

"Aamon told to stop it, but that would be boring. Oh well, I’ll wait for this thing to complete its transition. That’ll be more exciting," he muttered aloud, a hint of mischief in his tone.

His past battles with demons had made him overconfident, convincing him that nothing here could challenge him.

He waved his hand, and a chair materialized out of his bracelet. He was wearing an artifact that allowed the user to store objects.

Next, he casually summoned a tea table along with everything needed—teapot, cups, and an assortnt of fine tea leaves.

As the violent winds rushed past, tugging at his clothes and hair, he clicked his tongue in mild annoyance.

"Too noisy," he remarked.

With a snapped of his fingers, a transparent barrier ford around him, instantly silencing the storm outside.

The miasma, lightning, and deafening roars of energy continued, but within his small bubble of calm, it was as if none of it existed.

Asmodeus leaned back in his chair, pouring himself a cup of tea.

"Now, let’s see what this little storm has in store," he said, taking a sip, his gaze never leaving the swirling eye of the storm ahead.

As Asmodeus calmly sipped his tea, the air behind him rippled about 100 ters away. It cracked open, revealing a black surface.

A group of figures stepped out, their presence impossible to ignore.

These weren’t regular demons—they were the eight council mbers of the abyssal Alliance.

tto stood among them, looking serious, while the other council mbers stood by his side.

Their faces showed a mix of determination and worry. However, two key figures were missing—Draven and Visara—so they had to control themselves.

The group watched as the devil general leisurely drank his tea and ate his cake, making it seem as though he was here for a picnic rather than investigating the source of the uproar.

This was their chance to attack him, yet no one dared to make a move.

"They had watched the recording of what happened to tto and the others, witnessing their crushing defeat. It was so one-sided that they couldn’t help but sympathize with them. Being killed so many tis had not only destroyed their bodies but also shattered their egos.

The mory was still fresh, serving as a clear warning of just how powerful the devils were.

Asmodeus looked up lazily from his teacup, his amused expression never leaving his face.

"Oh? Guests already?" He leaned back in his chair and gestured at the storming chaos ahead. "Care for so tea while we watch the show? It’s going to be... quite the spectacle."

No one responded, fully aware that they were standing face-to-face with their greatest enemy. He might looked friendly and easygoing, but among the three devils, he was the one with the biggest ego.

Asmodeus noticed this and began, "You’re still upset about what happened before? It’s not like you stayed dead permanently,’ he remarked with a casual smirk.

Caurus, known for his short temper, clenched his fists and stepped forward, his aura rising with anger.

But before he could utter a word, a deafening explosion ripped through the air.

BOOOOOOM!

The eye of the storm erupted in a blinding light, sending shockwaves tearing through the atmosphere.

The ground shook hard, and the winds howled like a wild animal.

Everyone quickly created shields to protect themselves from the powerful blast. The explosion wiped out everything nearby, leaving a giant hole in the ground

For a mont, it felt as though the world itself was on the verge of shattering. When the turmoil subsided, the miasma had completely cleared within a 50 km radius, revealing the imnse force the explosion had generated.

"What is that thing?" Caurus asked, pointing toward the sky.

Hovering above was an entity unlike any they had seen before. It had six pairs of wings that glead like dark tal, their edges sharp and nacing.

Its body, towering at seven feet, was humanoid but made mostly of black tallic substance that looked sturdy.

What truly caught everyone’s attention was its head—a glowing red energy in the shape of a skull, crowned with a jagged crown .

The head was so ethereal that it felt like they were watching a condensed hologram.

Upon closer inspection, its hands and feet glowed with the sa dark red light, crackling with power.

And as it spread its wings wider, streaks of crimson energy erupted from the tips, amplifying the creature’s overwhelming presence.

"Amazing, I can’t believe this underdeveloped world had sothing like you," Asmodeus said as he stood, clapping his hands with genuine admiration. The creature’s intimidating presence seed to captivate him completely.

"My na—" he began, but before the devil could finish, the dark red entity disappeared.

In the blink of an eye, it was standing right in front of him. It wasn’t teleportation—the sheer speed of its movent made it seem that way.

"Why should I care about the na of a re devil?" Reign sneered in contempt.

After relentlessly killing humans for what felt like an eternity, he had finally reached the Demon God Status. To his surprise, the power he gained from the upgrade was far beyond his expectations.

The reason? It seed that every foundation he had carefully built from the very beginning had now revealed its true potential.

"You’re no fun at all," Asmodeus’s eyes narrowed, his expression darkening. He raised his hand, intending to grab Reign, but before he could make contact, sothing unexpected happened.

In that split second, the devil’s hand was severed from his body.

Still, Asmodeus showed no fear.

Instead, his severed hand just floated in mid-air, dark energy swirling around it like threads.

In monts, the hand reattached itself to his arm as if nothing had happened.

"I admit that you have the skill to be arrogant," Asmodeus turned to faced him.

"But do you really think that being fast makes you better than ?" He took a step forward, a confident smile tugging at the corner of his lips.

"Speed may be an advantage, but you will still lose in the end against my overwhelming power."

Reign smiled and shook his head. It seed he needed to teach this devil a lesson.

Before, he might have been afraid after witnessing what happened to tto’s group, but the person he was now was completely different.

This wasn’t because he was confident in his energy reserves, as devils naturally had outrageously high capacity too.

No, he was confident because his original body was packed with overpowered skills.

People might have forgotten, but this form held a trump card that not even his angel body possessed.

True Death.

An overpowered cheat skill he hadn’t used in a while, having been too busy with his other alternative bodies, but now was the perfect ti to test how powerful he had beco.

"How about we test that overwhelming power of yours against my speed?" Reign taunted, knowing full well that his enemy’s ego would lead him to accept.

And he was not disappointed. Asmodeus moved, attempting to strike, but in the blink of an eye, Reign vanished.

One mont he was standing there, and the next, he appeared 40 ters away. He was moving too fast, even by the standards of demons and devils alike.

"Hey, how can you test your so-called overwhelming power if you can’t even hit ?" Reign mocked.

His power wasn’t the only thing that had a major upgraded; even his ability to get under his enemy’s skin had improved by a huge margin.

anwhile, the demon gods watching—especially Remu and Caurus—were taken aback.

The devil who had caused them so much defeat and humiliation was now struggling to keep up.

They began to wonder more who this mysterious and powerful entity was, and whether he was a friend or a foe.
