"Boom!"

Hu! Hu! Hu!

A man violently sat up from his bed, his chest rose and fell violently as he panted heavily, and beads of sweat dripped down from his body, soaking the blanket and bed into a wet ss.

His hands flawlessly reaching for a one inch iron beneath his pillow, and in no less than ⅛ of second, he placed the iron before him in a defensive posture. The iron had been sharpened, made from the handle of an ordinary spoon!

The man’s eyes, devoid of life. Calm but ruthless, cold blooded and without empathy, contrary to his body’s behavior, it was abnormal.

A few seconds later, he ca to. Sighing heavily, he lowered the iron to the side, threw the blanket off of him, and closing his eyes, he covered his face with his palm and stroked his head using his fingers.

"Still having the sa recurring nightmare?" a female voice sounded out from within the plain-looking bedroom, but there was no response from the man and the room once more descended to silence.

"Draziel?" The female voice called out. But once more once there was no response.

"Draziel!?" The voice called out once more, with a slightly urgent tone.

"It’s just a dream, not a nightmare."

The hoarse voice of a man that had just woken from sleep sounded. Moving to the bedside, he opened up a bottle of water and gulped down the contents.

"Do you want to make an appointnt with Doctor Vanhs?" The female voice asked again.

Draziel closed the now half-filled bottle of water and shook his head. "There’s no need, she’s already infatuated with . What ti is it?"

Peeling off his shirt and revealing a body filled with scars both front and back, Draziel went to his door way, there was a door pull-up Bar installed between the edges of the door.

"It’s 5:12 am now."

With that, Draziel started his daily exercise.

"What’s the weather going to be like?" Draziel asked between his pull ups.

"This Monday, thunderstorms and rainy weather are expected in the afternoon. Minimal precipitation is forecasted for today.

The temperature is anticipated to vary between a sweltering 50°C (122°F) and a warm 36°C (96.2°F).

The maximum heat index is calculated to be a blazing-hot 60.4°C (140.72°F)."

"You should be wary, heat exhaustion and heat cramps are highly anticipated. With continued activity, heatstroke is also very likely."

"Mm." Draziel replied at the strange weather. Much recently, the weather had been a weirdness of cold and hot. The cold has been really cold and the hotness, almost unbearable.

Within the next hour, Draziel had finished his morning preparations and was ready to leave for his work.

He stood before a full mirror, adjusting the tie over his neck.

"Status." he said softly.

His vision blinked slightly and a row of data appeared within his line of sight as his Bionic Eye lens responded.

"The point is even less than yesterdays’?"

"Due to the body’s limitation, points earned during workouts are significantly lessened."

Within the full mirror, a very handso looking man could be seen.

The handso man appeared to be in his teens but his face was filled was expressionless with eyes as calm as a lake.

He had a chiseled face, slim build, pointed nose, white long hair and a pair of really beautiful red soul-stirring eyes.

"You should change the tie, you wore that to work last week." The sa female voice interjected.

Draziel’s hands didn’t stop as he replied without empathy. "It’s my favourite tie."

"Well, you wore it last week, so change it." The voice gave no further room for discussion.

Draziel paused slightly, his eyes flashing coldly as he gazed straight into the mirror.

The atmosphere instantly changed as a chilling cold over took the warm room.

A stifling silence descended and just when it was reaching its peak, Draziel suddenly smiled.

"Very well."

Draziel removed the tie and changed it to a blue striped tie, matching his tucked-in white T-shirt.

"Yevnna and Lyssa would be expecting you by 5pm."

Draziel’s actions froze for a second.

Then he grabbed his bag and turned to leave, his Ho-Assistant closed the door from behind.

The sky was just starting to turn bright, as it was still too early.

On the streets, there were others, jogging, vehicles moving fast to get to work before the traffic began.

Draziel walked to his apartnt’s driveway. Opening the door to his truck, he started the vehicle with the key a few tis before it responded to him.

"Vroooom!"

The car vibrated and Draziel stepped on the acceleration pad as he headed for work.
