Gwen nodded but looked confused, "Why do you let that damn green elf take care of it all, though? We could do it ourselves?" She didn't know why he insisted on going on this journey instead of building their army.
Lucifer stepped closer to the bed, gently touching her cheek, brushing the slight sticky juice from the apple away as he leaned forward and kissed her lips with a light peck.
"Gwen, I want a quiet and love-love life with you. That is my priority, and this journey is our honeymoon to travel the world, do not confuse the side-quest of making the Hero fail with the main quest of seeing the world together."
