Villain Ch 804. Please Don’t Die for

"Wait, there’s no quest at all?" Alice’s voice echoed through the eerie silence of the catacombs, her frustration palpable in every word. She scanned the dimly lit corridors, her brow furrowed in confusion, searching for any sign of the elusive quest they had been seeking.

"I told you don’t expect anything," Bella let out a frustrated huff, her footsteps faltering as she trudged along behind the group. The oppressive atmosphere of the catacombs weighed heavily on her, and she longed to escape the suffocating darkness that surrounded them. The presence of the Grudge monster only added to her discomfort, its grotesque form sending a shiver down her spine.

Allen offered a glimr of hope amidst the uncertainty. "Maybe we haven’t triggered it yet," he suggested, his voice tinged with uncertainty. Despite his attempt to remain positive, doubt lingered in the back of his mind.

"Well, if this place doesn’t have any quests, that’s no problem either. The loot is pretty good after all. Not to ntion the EXP," Jane remarked casually, her tone betraying her nonchalant attitude. She strolled through the catacombs with an air of tranquility as if she walked in the park, seemingly unfazed by the absence of quests.

Larissa, on the other hand, couldn’t hide her disappointnt. "But if there’s no quest, there’s probably no treasure here," she lanted, her voice tinged with a hint of sadness. Though she tried to downplay it, the prospect of missing out on potential treasures weighed heavily on her mind.

Shea furrowed her brow as she examined the intricate patterns adorning the walls. "Also, with all those story patterns, it’s strange that they didn’t put any quest at all," she mused aloud, her analytical nature kicking into overdrive as she tried to unravel the mystery of the catacombs.

"Maybe this has sothing to do with this place’s status," Vivian speculated, her brows furrowing in thought. "This is a Hidden Catacomb, right? So not all the players might be able to reach this place," she reasoned, her voice tinged with frustration.

Bella cringed at the ntion of the monsters. "Maybe... that’s because the monsters are super ugly," she squeaked, her voice barely above a whisper. The mory of the grotesque creatures sent shivers down her spine, and she couldn’t shake off her unease feeling.

Alice rolled her eyes at Bella’s reaction. "Oh, c’mon. You’re a villain. Why do you act like a scaredy cat like that?" she chided, her tone laced with exasperation. She couldn’t understand why Bella, who typically exuded confidence, was suddenly so shaken.

Bella shot Alice a glare. "That Grudge monster, didn’t you see how he moved? That is super disgusting. I don’t want to see him again," she protested, her voice trembling with fear. The mory of the monstrous creature haunted her, and she couldn’t shake off the feeling of revulsion.

Allen noticed Bella’s distress and imdiately walked over to her side. Placing a gentle hand on her head, he spoke softly, trying to reassure her. "Hey, don’t worry. Next, I’ll just use my skill to freeze it. Rember my Stone Curse skill?" he said, his voice calm and comforting.

He could see that Bella was struggling to maintain her composure, and it tugged at his heartstrings. He knew that she was putting on a brave front, but he could sense the fear and unease lurking beneath the surface.

Allen couldn’t help but feel a pang of guilt in his heart. It was his idea to co to this place, and he couldn’t bear to see her suffering because of it. He rembered his recent hunt with Azura and the others. It weighed heavily on his mind, and he couldn’t shake off the feeling of responsibility for leading them here.

Once Allen’s hand rested gently on Bella’s head, she felt a rush of warmth flood through her. Her heart raced with an inexplicable sense of happiness, and she couldn’t help but smile in response to his comforting gesture. It was like a ray of sunlight breaking through the darkness, filling her with hope and joy.

But amidst the whirlwind of emotions swirling within her, Bella found herself grappling with a sudden urge to express her gratitude and affection towards Allen. She wanted to show him just how much his kindness ant to her, but she was unsure of how to convey it in a way that felt genuine and heartfelt.

In a spontaneous mont of courage, Bella reached out and hugged Allen’s hand tightly, her eyes sparkling with sincerity. "No, it’s fine. Let do it! I would die for you!" she exclaid, her words brimming with genuine emotion.

Though her declaration may have seed bold and dramatic, Bella’s sentint was unmistakably genuine. In that fleeting mont, she was overco with a deep sense of affection and admiration for Allen, and she wanted him to know just how much he ant to her.

That made Allen hold back his cringe. A similar mix of amusent and exasperation reflected on the others’ faces.

"Please don’t die for . Also, that monster is only level 120 and we already know how to deal with it," Allen reminded Bella, his tone tinged with a hint of concern.

But Bella only tightened her grip on Allen’s hand, her eyes shimring with unwavering determination. Leaning closer to him, she spoke with a fervor that caught Allen off guard. "I know. But since I love you, I will face it," she declared, her words ringing with sincerity.

Alice let out an exasperated sigh, shaking her head in disbelief. "It seems you just broke her mind, Allen," she remarked, reaching out to playfully tug at Bella’s tails. "Okay, okay. Since you want to protect him, let’s go to the front row with ," Alice said, her tone laced with a hint of exhaustion. Without rcy, Alice pulled Bella forward.

"Hieee!" Bella let out a high-pitched squeal, her hands clinging tightly to Allen’s arm as she was dragged along.
