Chapter 1509: Don’t Lie to , I Know Her

Villain Ch 1509. Don’t Lie to , I Know Her

Allen scoffed.

That little half-laugh he did when he wasn’t amused but wasn’t surprised either. He leaned back in his chair, arms crossing lazily over his chest, a sharp smirk tugging at the corner of his lips.

“Yeah. She told that before,” he said flatly. “Told she’d make beg her to take back.”

Vivian’s expression didn’t move, but her eyes darkened just a touch. Mila blinked in surprise.

Allen let the silence hang just long enough before he added, “I still don’t get it, though. She’s had a good life since we broke up. That was, what—two years ago? Moved on, got work, made her network. Why co back now?”

Mila shifted in her seat. “Because she found out you’re a Goldborne,” she said quietly.

Allen nodded, eyes flicking to her. “Yeah. That’s one of the reasons. But she was already weird before she knew that.”

Mr. Bell furrowed his brow. “What do you an?”

Allen looked directly at him. “The first ti we ran into each other again was in Hell’s Gate.”

Mr.Bell blinked. “The ga?”

“Yeah,” Allen said. “I was grinding with her team one ti, nothing planned. Then we decided to et up IRL. That’s how it began.”

Vivian added, “That was before she joined this agency. Before Allen ever did his first shoot here.”

Mr. Bell, who had been standing a bit too straight this entire ti, visibly sagged.

Like the layers of his PR facade were slipping with every word. The perfect sleeves. The rehearsed tone. The glint in his eye—all of it dimd under what was clicking together in his head.

He didn’t respond imdiately. Just stared down at the table for a mont, fingers pressing into the edge like he could will it to give him an answer.

“So,” he said quietly, “she lied to .”

Mila leaned forward slightly. “What did she tell you?”

Mr.Bell huffed—loudly. The kind of sound he make when he has been holding sothing in too long. He stepped back from the table and ran a hand through his hair, the neat parting falling apart slightly.

“She said Allen was her ex,” Mr.Bell muttered. “And that he only got close to you, Vivian, to get into this agency. She said you were just a tool.”

Vivian’s eyes narrowed.

“She told Allen knew she was here,” Mr.Bell continued. “And that he ca back just to get revenge on her… that it was all a misunderstanding and he was acting out.”

Allen stared at him. “When did she say that?”

Mr.Bell looked away. “In the car. She was wasted. I gave her water to sober her up and asked her why she was following you around like that. I didn’t believe her. Not entirely. But… drunk people say true things sotis, don’t they?”

Vivian scoffed. “And you didn’t know about her relationship with Allen?”

Mr.Bell shook his head, clearly annoyed now. “No. She never said anything about knowing him before. She made it sound like you were so recent ex, so guy she barely dated who ghosted her, and she was spiraling.”

“That’s not what happened,” Allen said coldly.

Mr. Bell looked up. “So she didn’t leave you?”

Allen’s voice dropped lower. “She did.”

Mr. Bell blinked. “She left you?”

“I left her. She cheated on —caught her in bed with so guy.”

“And now,” Mr.Bell said slowly, “she wants to co back?”

Allen nodded again. “And I’m supposed to act like it’s not unhinged.”

Mila glanced down at the table. “That’s… ssed up.”

Allen didn’t answer her directly. He didn’t have to.

Vivian, finally, leaned back in her seat. Her arms were still folded, but her eyes were locked on Mr. Bell now. “So what do you want to do with this info? Keep her around?”

“I don’t know,” Mr. Bell muttered. “I feel like an idiot.”

“You believed her,” Allen said.

“She manipulated a lot of people,” Mr. Bell said defensively. “Not just .”

Mila frowned. “But if she’s that manipulative, why keep her in your agency?”

Bell didn’t answer imdiately. His jaw tightened. “Because…”

“She’s blackmailing you,” Allen said, finishing the sentence for him—calm, matter-of-fact.

Mr. Bell froze.

He turned his head just slightly, eyes eting Allen’s like he was trying to gauge whether to deny it, pretend he didn’t hear it, or just… give up.

But Allen didn’t blink. He just stared, that subtle tilt of his head giving off the exact kind of look that said ‘Don’t lie to . I know her’.

Mr.Bell exhaled hard, the tension finally snapping in his shoulders.

“…Yes,” he said.

Vivian’s tone was clipped but steady. “Is it personal or business?”

“Personal,” Mr. Bell admitted.

Mila’s eyes went wide. “Wait… wait, wait, wait—did you… sleep with her?”

Mr. Bell looked mortified. “No! God, no. I never—no. But… yeah. We were… dating. Secretly.”

Vivian’s brows lifted.

Mila looked halfway to covering her face with her hands. “Oh nooo.”

Mr. Bell continued, quieter now, as if ashad to even say it. “But I swear, I never did anything inappropriate with her. Nothing serious. I thought… I an, it wasn’t public. It wasn’t supposed to be anything.”

He paused. The silence crept in again, heavy and uncomfortable.

Allen, arms crossed, voice steady. “But it doesn’t seem that way. Not to her.”

Mr. Bell grimaced. “I… I kissed her. A couple of tis. Hugged her. She’d grab my hand sotis, you know, the usual… touchy stuff. Suggestive, but never crossing a real line. I thought it was fine. It was always in private. No caras. No witnesses. Just… hotel corridors, quiet cars, late nights in the eting lounge when no one else was around.”

Mila blinked. “So… it was real to her.”

Mr. Bell looked away.

“And I made a stupid mistake,” he said. “The texts. The damn chat history.”

Vivian leaned forward slightly. “What was in it?”

Bell groaned. “Nothing dirty. Not that kind of chat. No sexts, if that’s what you’re asking.”
