Villain Ch 1297. Enjoy The Show

The lights dimd slightly, signaling the approach of the event's start. A soft murmur ran through the crowd, the ambient noise of chatter and laughter fading as everyone turned their attention to the stage. The grand holographic centerpiece darkened, and for a mont, the room was bathed in an expectant silence.

Azura quickly slipped into her seat, a confident smile on her lips as she greeted Elio and Alexander, who were seated beside her. "Hey," she said casually, her sharp eyes scanning the crowd briefly before turning to them.

Elio, already seated with his arms crossed, glanced at her and smiled faintly. "Long ti no see, Valkyrie."

Azura chuckled softly, leaning back in her chair. "Indeed. It's been what, two years? Since that tournant?"

"Yeah," Elio replied, his tone friendly but focused. "A lot's changed since then."

Azura's gaze shifted to Alexander, and her smile turned playful. "And you must be our favorite healer, Alexander."

Alexander froze for a mont, his face heating up. "You… you don't have to keep ntioning that," he muttered, glancing down as he fidgeted with the hem of his suit. "It's embarrassing."

"What's embarrassing about it?" Elio interjected, raising an eyebrow. "You carried the team in the last event. Own it."

Before Alexander could protest, Elio leaned closer and lowered his voice. "Speaking of surprises… Did you know Sophia is here?"

Azura blinked, tilting her head slightly. "Sophia?" she asked, her voice neutral but curious.

Elio nodded, his expression darkening slightly. "Yeah. And not just her. Jas, Noah, and… Noah's sister."

Azura muttered, more to herself than to them, "Noah's sister, huh? Mila… yeah, Vivian told about her."

Elio perked up. "Oh, you know Vivian too?"

Azura smirked, her tone casual. "Of course. She's right over there." She gestured subtly toward the group of won seated a few rows ahead.

Elio turned to peek, catching sight of Vivian and the others. He let out a low whistle. "Does that an Allen will be here too?"

Azura shrugged, the picture of indifference. "Who knows? But one thing's for sure—there are going to be more twists than you're expecting."

Alexander frowned, his curiosity piqued despite himself. "What do you an?"

Azura's smirk widened slightly, her tone almost teasing. "You'll see. Just enjoy the show."

The room plunged into darkness, and an epic, orchestral swell filled the venue, the kind of music that raised the hairs on the back of their necks. All the screens in the room went black, leaving only the resonant sound of the music, building tension with every second.

Then a voice bood, clear and commanding, as if it ca from the heavens themselves.

"In the beginning, the world was a place of beauty, harmony, and peace. A paradise where light reigned supre."

The screens lit up, showing breathtaking landscapes—verdant forests, glittering oceans, towering cities of glass and stone. The audience was captivated, their eyes glued to the scenes unfolding before them.

"But nothing lasts forever. From the depths of shadow, he erged. The Devil Emperor."

The voice shifted, dark and nacing, dripping with malice. The vibrant landscapes were consud by black flas, the skies darkening as ominous clouds rolled in. Cities crumbled, forests burned, and oceans boiled under the wrath of the Emperor.

Then it happened. The unmistakable voice of the Devil Emperor echoed through the hall, his words sending a shiver through the crowd.

"This world… will kneel. All of it. You will bow before or be destroyed!"

An evil laugh followed, resonating in the room like a storm, and then—he appeared.

The hologram was massive, towering over the stage. The Devil Emperor stood there as if in real life, his crimson eyes glowing with an unholy light, his dark armor gleaming. His wings unfurled behind him as his blade on his hand. He let out another mocking laugh, surveying the crowd as if daring them to challenge him.

The guests were stunned. So gasped, others whispered in awe, and many quickly pulled out their phones to record the spectacle. The Devil Emperor raised his blade, pointing it toward the audience as if addressing them directly.

"This is my domain now. You fight, you struggle, but it is futile. Your world is mine!"

Suddenly, a flash of light streaked across the stage, and a familiar figure appeared—VirtualValkyrie. Her hologram lunged at the Emperor, her twin blades shimring as she closed the distance. The audience gasped as she struck, only for the Emperor to flick a barrier into place, sending her skidding back.

The Emperor laughed darkly. "Foolish as ever, Valkyrie. Do you never learn?"

But Valkyrie wasn't done. The holographic battle played out with stunning realism, the clash of their attacks lighting up the stage. Then the screens changed, transitioning seamlessly into a montage of Azura's fiercest monts from the last war event. She fought valiantly, her movents fluid and precise, her determination palpable even in the clips. There was her nickna and rank on the screens.

Azura smirked from her seat, clearly pleased. "Nice. My character looks good."

The Emperor's voice bood again, mocking her. "Your resistance is aningless."

Valkyrie pointed her blade at him defiantly. "We will win. No matter what it takes."

The montage shifted again, showing Elio's character—Mac, the High Paladin—charging into battle. At the sa ti, Mac's character also appeared on the stage.

The crowd watched as Mac confronted the Emperor head-on, his glowing sword cutting through the darkness. Elio's heart raced as he saw himself, pushing the Emperor back, making him flinch in displeasure.

Elio grinned, his excitent bubbling over. "This is so cool," he muttered, barely able to contain himself.

The screen focused on a montage of Mac's epic monts, his rank and nickna displayed prominently. The guests cheered, clearly impressed by the Paladin's bravery and skill.

The Emperor hissed in displeasure. "You dare challenge ?"

Then, as Mac seed cornered, a burst of healing light filled the screen. It was Alexander's character—Father^Alex, the High Priest—appearing just in ti to save the day. The montage shifted to Alexander's desperate yet determined efforts to heal and defend the city core.
