Allen chuckled, though there was a hint of bitterness in his voice. "Sounds like classic Sophia. She's always been good at making people believe what she wants them to believe."

Mastercraft whistled, shaking his head in disbelief. "That's cold, man. Using people like that… and making you her backup plan?"

Arcana let out a low, dark chuckle. "So people have no sha. They'll use you up, then toss you aside without a second thought. Makes you wonder why you even bothered with them in the first place."

Elio ran a hand over his face, nodding as he let out a heavy sigh. "Exactly. At first, it was little things—favors here and there, late-night calls, covering for her when she didn't want to deal with her own sses. And I did it, thinking I was just helping a friend. Allen let out a dry laugh, shaking his head. "Exactly. 'Confused' isn't the half of it. She was 'confused' right into soone else's arms. And you know what the funny thing is? I was actually stupid enough to think we had sothing real. That she actually cared."

Elio sighed, nodding. "I get it. I really do. And honestly, that's why I didn't see it coming when she started talking to about you. She looked so… sorry. Said she regretted it every day. She convinced to give her the benefit of the doubt, to help her, because she was hoping you'd give her another chance."

Allen scoffed again, this ti more bitterly. "She regrets it because it didn't work out with the other guy. If it had, she'd be off with him, living her best life without a second thought about ."

Father^Alex let out a low whistle, leaning back in his chair. "People like that… they're dangerous. It's like they're always looking for the next best thing, never satisfied."
