Villain Ch 1067. The Walking Booba Guitar

Allen considered her words, his eyes narrowing in thought. "So, it'll be a long road to fight?" he asked, swinging his sword in a wide arc and obliterating a group of monsters that had gathered too close.

"Kinda," Shea said with a shrug.

Vivian landed near them and spoke up next. "But before you even get to that point, there's another issue. Mila herself. The last ti I saw her, I felt sothing off—like sothing didn't click between us. Her gaze seed to say sothing… like jealousy."

Allen glanced to the side, his lips pressed into a thin line. He had noticed it too, especially after what had happened in the eting room. "Yeah, I guess she is jealous of you," he admitted, his tone contemplative. "She probably feels threatened by you."

Vivian raised an eyebrow. "Threatened? By ? I didn't even do anything."

"It's not about what you did," Allen explained, his voice steady. "It's about what you represent. To Mila, you're everything she's not. Beautiful, confident, and already close to . She sees you as competition, even if she doesn't want to admit it."

Jane chid in. "That's not surprising. Mila's probably been fighting an internal battle ever since she realized she had feelings for you. She's trying to figure out where she fits in, and since she knew about all of us—well, it must be intimidating."

Shea nodded. "Yeah, if I were in her shoes, I'd probably feel the sa way. She's stepping into sothing she doesn't understand. And let's face it, we're not exactly an easy group to get along with."

Allen frowned, his sword cutting down another mob of cursed beings as the battle continued around them. "I don't understand that," he said, his voice firm but not dismissive. "I an, I blended well with all of you from the start, and you guys seem pretty welcoming to anyone who approaches . I've never seen you get jealous of each other, and I don't want to see that in the future either."

Larissa laughed softly. "Oh, believe , Allen, we're the most complicated group you've ever seen," she said with a smirk. "None of us co from the sa background. We're all from different worlds and jobs, with different motivations. It's a miracle we get along at all."

She turned her gaze to Jane, who was standing nearby, her undead army doing most of the fighting for her. "Take Jane, for example. Our weird necromancer who has a weirder fetish for following every story she reads."

Jane glanced over, unimpressed but amused. "Hey, I'm special, you know?" she retorted, her voice playful but sharp. "Show so respect."

Larissa ignored Jane's defense and turned to Shea and Zoe, who were fighting in tandem. "And then there's the mother-daughter duo from a wealthy family. Completely different personalities," Larissa continued, gesturing toward the pair. "The daughter's shy, reserved, and a bit tomboyish."

Zoe blushed slightly at the remark, still focused on crushing the cursed priests with her tentacles.

"And the mother," Larissa paused dramatically, her eyes narrowing at Shea, who grinned as if expecting what was coming, "is, well..."

Shea raised an eyebrow, her lips curling into a knowing smirk. "Say it."

"A passionate woman," Larissa said with a restrained laugh, clearly holding back from saying.

Shea's grin widened as she played her harp. "Oh, I know what you really wanted to say."

Vivian couldn't help but join in. "She was about to call you shaless," she said with a teasing lilt in her voice.

Larissa shrugged innocently yet her blood tendrils continued to lash out at the monsters around her. "I'm trying to be polite."

Allen, caught between amusent and disbelief, continued fighting while glancing between his companions. "You guys are honestly sothing else."

"And then we have Bella and Alice," Larissa continued, her voice gaining a more dramatic flair as she gestured toward the fox demon and witch duo. "The duo jesters who probably have more fun pranking each other and seducing Allen with their jokes instead of anything else."

Bella was busy throwing her fireballs around her enemies as Alice unleashed hexes to finish them off. "We provide entertainnt value," Bella chid in, grinning. "And besides, you need so humor in this boring life."

Alice nodded, her grin matching Bella's. "Without us, this group would be far too serious. We keep things light."

"And then," Larissa added, her eyes moving to Vivian, "There's the walking booba guitar over there."

Vivian's eyes widened as she glared at Larissa. "Excuse ?" she cringed.

"You heard ," Larissa said with a smirk. "I won't fix my words."

Vivian scoffed, crossing her arms. "I'll take that as a complint, thank you very much."

"And last but not least," Larissa finished, finally gesturing to herself with a dramatic flourish, "There's ."

Jane rolled her eyes, not letting Larissa have the last word. "A crazy gym instructor who loves to torture Allen's ex-girlfriend for fun during the pilates class."

Larissa turned to her with mock offense. "Hey, don't bla . She's the one who chose to co to my class. I didn't force her."

"That didn't answer my question." Allen let out a long sigh. "I still don't get it. This is the group Mila is worried about?"

Vivian chuckled. "Of course. To her, we must look like the most intimidating, dysfunctional group of girls she's ever seen. And honestly? She's not wrong."

"She doesn't understand us," Shea added, her voice more thoughtful now. "She sees us as competition. But the truth is, none of us are competing with each other. We all know where we stand."

Allen nodded. "That's exactly why I don't get her jealousy."

Bella twitched her ears in thought, a mischievous smile playing on her lips. "She simply doesn't understand us. From her point of view, it probably looks like we're all vying for your attention. But we know better."

Alice tilted her head slightly, her witch's hat drooping with the movent. "Well... maybe she can understand us if she gets to know us better," she mused aloud, twirling her broom idly as she sent another cursed priest flying with her Shadow Tendrils.
