Chapter 714 – Dantian Universe

Nine years later in the ti-frozen universe, Houtu could no longer continue. Her belly was round, and she was in labor. She ended up giving birth to a baby dryad girl, who grew a pair of wooden wings instead of feather wings.
As the first phase of the experint was a success, Miaomiao proceeded to the next phase. He opened a portal to send Houtu and her daughter back.

Seeing how his avatar and Houtu were happy together, Miaomiao resud the ti flow of the main universe.

Three days later, 30,000 years passed in his dantian universe, and changes occurred in his dantian when he was absorbing the minions' Qi and stars.
A new batch of protagonists appeared. An immortal cat inherited a heavenly fate fragnt while a humanoid insect got a completed fate crystal from birth.

One of the servants of Houtu, an insect deity got corrupted by greed. He imposed high taxes and took advantage of his vessels. He also falsely accused a wealthy family of treason and executed everybody in the family. However, that was the family of the insect protagonist.
A blood feud was triggered. The young insect protagonist escaped from the corrupted insect deity's province and was lost in the wild. He ended up being rescued by a young cultivator cat, who was also a protagonist.
The young cat had everything - Fa, wealth, family, friends, and cultivation resources. anwhile, the insect had nothing but his outstanding cultivation potential.
They soon grew up and beca adults. However, when their talent blood, a conflict of interests occurred after the humanoid insect had managed to get his revenge on the deity insect.
The cat wanted to serve Houtu while the insect wanted to overthrow her monarchy system. They quarreled and fought, but the situation escalated as the insect accidentally killed the cat protagonist's family mber.
A rivalry between protagonists ensued. The cat vowed to avenge his family while the insect parted with the cat to pursue his personal agenda. The insect protagonist ended up as an outlaw, hunted by Houtu's local governnts. As for the cat, he proactively tracked the insect's whereabouts and helped with the investigation.
After the arduous journeys and adventures, both n reunited on a battlefield. The cat protagonist led an army of cat cultivators and warrior dryads while the insect gathered an army of the strongest warriors of all races, including dragons, monsters, and sacred beasts.
War broke out. But in the end, the insect army erged as the victor. The cat protagonist died at the hands of the insect protagonist, but the insect's army also suffered heavy casualties.
Then, Empress Houtu and the daughter of Miaomiao, Mao Lan, led a royal bodyguard army to face the insect protagonist. Then, a tragedy occurred.
Miaomiao, the spectator of this story, took part in this battle as Houtu's husband. He personally slaughtered all insect's allies and friends. He also injured the insect protagonist's harem mbers.

Mao Lan was heartbroken after witnessing her parents' demise. A new developnt triggered as a heaven fate crystal from Miaomiao's clone rged with her dantian.
A new story was decided and Mao Lan ended up as the new protagonist. anwhile, the insect protagonist's role was reversed as he would beco the villain of the new story.
Miaomiao's consciousness watched the events unfold. He also noticed that every ti soone died in his dantian universe, their dantian stars beca his, and their souls were recycled into the dantian universe system. In addition, the people that Miaomiao killed lost their souls, and they couldn't be reincarnated again.
"I get the gist of it. If I intervene in the protagonist's story, everyone I killed will die permanently. So that's a thod to erase a protagonist forever, but it's not good to use this thod to kill mob characters."
Miaomiao waved his hands and managed to secure the soul of Houtu. He brought her grain of karmic soul to inspect it closer.

The karma sea pulled Houtu's soul back to Miaomiao's dantian universe, not allowing him to bring her out to the higher realm.
Amused by the karmic river inside him, Miaomiao inspected it closely and tampered with it by using his Providence Law. However, by doing so, he learned the secret of karma by accident.
Karma Sea was a prison of karmic souls of that realm. Its duty was to trap every soul in one of the stars so that the dantian universe could continue operating. Currently, there was no administrator of Miaomiao's karmic soul's star, but he could assign one if he wanted to.
Not only did the karma sea chain all souls here, but it absorbed and converted the souls' luck to the universe owner. Houtu and everybody's luck returned to Miaomiao's primary galactic star's core, creating new heavenly fate fragnts, crystals, and cores.
Moreover, the sea was in charge of selecting new protagonists. Upon inspecting Mao Lan's karma, he discovered that she had thicker karma threads and more positive karma threads than the other souls.
After learning everything, Miaomiao cut a karma string of a lazy ant to test things out.

"COUGH!"
Miaomiao in the real world vomited a mouthful of blood. He felt like soone had cut an artery of his heart, and a portion of his dantian universe cracked.
It took him a minute to restore everything to normal. However, he discovered useful information.
'Co to think of it, those sages never seriously cut a deity or a mortal's karma string. The owner of this universe might know that cutting karma strings will harm the universe. Lilith

A barrier domain appeared and covered the entire planet. Miaomiao looked up and probed it with his Qi sense. Then, he discovered what it was.
The domain was an imprisonnt seal that trapped Miaomiao on this planet!
Miaomiao turned to the portal earlier. Unfortunately, it was closed.
Mu-Nyang's sound transmission followed.
'I have to admit that you're progressing faster than I had envisioned. But before we part, I have to show you sothing to change your mind before you get yourself killed in my world, munya.'
Still looking up, Miaomiao shouted, "Where is this place?! Why are you trapping here?"
'This place no longer belongs to the Primordial Chaos Realm, Fate Realm, Heavenly Dao Universe, or Chaos Realm, munya. This is the true OUTSIDE dinsion. Or should I say, it's MY dinsion, munya?'
"!!!"
Miaomiao gasped and widened his eyes. He looked around and tried to feel the karma, Providence Qi, Connate Qi, and the atmosphere.
Strangely, they existed, but none of them was the sa. They had different characteristics and better quality.
