"What are you... what are you two doing?"
Han Youzhen never imagined she would walk in on such a scene when she ca looking for Wang Jian. Not even a European oil painting could be so risqué.
Who is this woman? That was Han Youzhen’s second reaction. Wang Jian had moved quickly, wrapping a towel around his waist the mont he saw her.
That fleeting glimpse was enough for her to appreciate his striking physique. She suddenly understood why his girlfriend would get intimate with him in a train compartnt. With a body like that, a re glance was enough to make one want to reach out and touch, let alone be held in a narrow train bunk. However, she was currently more concerned about the woman standing before her.
Cai Qiong hadn’t expected to see another woman when she opened the door, either. She knew who it was—one of the foreign won traveling with Wang Jian.
By the ti Cai Qiong ca to her senses, she had already closed the door and stepped into the hallway, completely cutting off Han Youzhen’s curious gaze.
The two won then began to size each other up brazenly, their eyes traveling from head to toe.
She’s quite beautiful, both won thought.
Cai Qiong even added a thought of her own, I wonder what parts of her are fake.
"Miss Han Youzhen, right?" Cai Qiong extended a hand to shake. "My na is Cai Qiong."
Han Youzhen snapped back to the present. "So you’re Miss Cai."
She certainly knew the na Cai Qiong. When chatting with Chairman Kang and the others, she’d often made indirect inquiries about Wang Jian. The na Cai Qiong had co up throughout their trip; even their driver had been hired by this very Miss Cai.
Moreover, this Miss Cai wasn’t just anybody; she was the young lady of the Cai Group.
"Enjoy your stay."
Cai Qiong had no intention of lingering for pleasantries. After their brief introduction, she departed with a stylish flair, showing no desire to get entangled.
This Han Youzhen is nothing special.
Han Youzhen glanced at Wang Jian’s closed door but ultimately decided against knocking again. She turned and walked back toward her own room.
By the ti Wang Jian had changed and co back out, the corridor was completely empty. He didn’t see Cai Qiong or Han Youzhen when he went to say goodbye to Chairman Kang and the others.
It wasn’t until he was in the car and saw Uncle Li again that Wang Jian finally asked, "Where is your Miss? Has she left?"
He was sure Uncle Li knew about Cai Qiong’s visit, as Uncle Li had arranged all the rooms.
Sure enough, Uncle Li kept his hands on the steering wheel and quickly replied, "Miss left not long after she arrived. She said she had matters to attend to at ho. If Doctor Wang wants to find her, he can go to the Cai Family residence... or a phone call would also work."
As if guessing that Wang Jian disliked hassle, Cai Qiong had specifically added that a phone call would be fine when she left the ssage.
Wang Jian listened without a word, feeling a little troubled. Over the past few months, aside from Xu Qian, the most special person to has been Cai Qiong. This is different from the childhood sweetheart affection I share with Ren Yu. Cai Qiong doesn’t carry the oppressive, arrogant air of a wealthy heiress, nor does she have any of the bad habits one might pick up from studying abroad. In fact, if it weren’t for her penchant for designer clothes and her particular requirents for living accommodations, you would never even guess she was the princess of the Cai Group. What I’ve felt most from this woman is her aura as a doctor. That’s the main reason Cai Qiong is so special to ... Of course, after today, there might be other reasons to add to that special status. After all... this woman has given a lot to think about.
"Brother... Hahaha!"
Inside the steadily moving car, Wang Jian suddenly burst out laughing. Uncle Li glanced over from the driver’s seat. "What is it, Doctor Wang?"
Wang Jian quickly shook his head to indicate it was nothing, but he couldn’t stop laughing. Seeing this, Uncle Li didn’t press him further.
Wang Jian’s laughter was simple. The word "brother" made him recall the scene in the room: Cai Qiong grabbing him with one hand while trying to yank open her own collar with the other. But her chest was so formidable that the fabric strained, refusing to give way. He knew he’d probably burst into laughter every ti he rembered it.
How can I ever face the word ’brother’ again? Is this woman trying to use that word to spiritually haunt for the rest of my life?
A smile lingered on his lips as Wang Jian stared out the window, watching the passing tree trunks and the distant fields, lost in thought.

"How’s the docuntary coming along?"
Wang Jian and his group were resting today, but Angel and Huang Long were still busy.
"The recent filming has gone quite well," Huang Long began, summarizing the progress. "Thankfully, the equipnt hasn’t had any problems, the footage is well preserved, and the scenery we’ve captured is great. It’s just..." He paused. "I compared our footage with the material gathered from the other locations and realized just how incredible Wang Jian’s skills are. The other village doctors can’t compare to him in either the quantity or quality of their treatnts. Wang Jian treated over three hundred people in a week, while the others only treated about fifty people each. They can only handle things like colds, fevers, and broken bones, often using all sorts of bizarre treatnt thods, including folk redies. And while their thods are effective, they pale in comparison to Wang Jian."
"At this rate, this is going to turn into the Doctor Wang solo show."
Huang Long’s point wasn’t just to praise Wang Jian, but to express his concern that when they put all the footage together, Wang Jian would stand out far too much. They weren’t supposed to be making a docuntary solely to promote Wang Jian, were they? That wasn’t the intention, but if they kept filming this way, that’s exactly what would happen.
This was why Huang Long was discussing the issue with Angel with such a troubled expression. It wasn’t the first ti they’d had this conversation. As the producer for the Paigou Village segnt, Angel’s feeling was particularly strong. Having witnessed Wang Jian’s treatnt thods and his incredible dical skills firsthand, she had already anticipated this outco.
"What are your thoughts?" Angel asked.
She had even been a little suspicious of Cai Qiong. Did my old high school classmate want to produce a feature film on Wang Jian from the very beginning? Though she had dismissed that thought, it did give her a new idea.
Huang Long was a veteran. He had worked with countless directors on countless docuntaries and knew the best course of action in these situations, even if it was more complicated to execute. Seeing that Angel was asking, and knowing about the influence she had, he offered his suggestion. "Why don’t we just change the the?"
"Oh?" The suggestion matched her own thinking. Angel leaned in. "Be more specific."
Huang Long smiled. "Since Wang Jian is so exceptionally outstanding, why don’t we shift the focus and film him exclusively? Otherwise, I’m afraid this entire docuntary will have to be scrapped."
Angel nodded. She’d had a similar idea herself, but a TV network has a lot of requirents for producing a feature on a single individual. At the very least, the person needs to be well-known and have tangible accomplishnts. Ideally, they should also have a spotless reputation, free of any controversy.
Wang Jian’s dical skills were certainly impressive, but he wasn’t famous, had no notable achievents, and hadn’t published many scientific papers in journals like *The Lancet*.
So... even if I propose this, it’ll probably get rejected despite my connections. Worse, they might see it as evidence of my incompetence. This was what made her hesitate. But she had another idea. "Mr. Huang, what if we don’t change the the of our docuntary?"
"Hm? What do you an?" Huang Long gave her a surprised look, noticing the excitent on her face. "Explain."
Angel smiled. "I don’t think the network would approve a proposal to film Wang Jian exclusively; he lacks the renown. Even if I sohow pushed it through, there are only two ways to make the docuntary interesting without wasting our current footage. One option is to split the current docuntary into two: one focusing on the village doctors in general, and the other solely on Wang Jian. The other option is to have Wang Jian make the rounds and hold clinics in the other villages..."
At this, Angel gave a wry smile. "But you know Wang Jian’s personality. He would never cooperate with that kind of showy filming thod."
It was true. Wang Jian had made it clear from the beginning that while they could film a docuntary, it must not interfere with his dical practice. That’s why they had very few direct interview segnts with Wang Jian himself. Most of the footage consisted of other people’s impressions of him and patients’ feelings about Doctor Wang.
Huang Long’s expression turned odd. "You’re right. There’s sothing strange about this Wang Jian. He acts as if even becoming more famous is a hassle."
"So what’s the idea you ca up with?"
Angel finally revealed her plan with a smile. "I think we should scrap the idea of a standalone docuntary. Instead, let’s edit all the content related to Wang Jian into a special feature to be included within our current docuntary."
Huang Long’s face lit up; it was a clever workaround. Technically, it was still the sa docuntary, but it was also sothing new. This approach would be acceptable to the network and would allow their production team to stand out, like a special theatrical release. If the feature proved to be a success, their entire team could gain industry recognition.
He then added, "But if it’s a special feature, it needs to be even more special. For example, regarding the patients’ identities..."
"Exactly," Angel nodded, sinking into thought.
If they were going to single Wang Jian out for a special feature, it had to be completely distinct from the segnts on the other village doctors. Wang Jian’s dical skills and thods were already unique, but it wasn’t enough.
To really grab the audience’s attention, treating a special patient would be the perfect hook. Or perhaps a unique dical case... But cases like that were a matter of luck, and anyone with a truly severe condition wouldn’t be seeking out a village doctor anyway.
So, both Huang Long and Angel focused on the identity of the patient.
They both fell silent, pondering the problem.
Suddenly, a thought struck Angel. She rembered Cai Qiong. Slapping her thigh, she shot up excitedly, ignoring the stinging sensation. "I know just the person for this segnt!"
