The sudden change startled many viewers watching the live stream.
"Wow! What's happening? Did an earthquake just hit?!"
"No, look! It's a huge ch! It's a Titan ch!"
Players familiar with the Titanfall storyline imdiately shouted out in excitent.
These were players who hadn't had the chance to buy the ga yet.
Because the ga's initial promotional campaign was so intense, it indirectly led to the ga being sold out in many regions.
At this point, only about half of the players who wanted to buy the ga could actually get it.
The other half couldn't get their hands on it and could only satisfy themselves by watching the live stream.
...
...
So, this was their first ti seeing this new level, and they were extrely excited.
The graphics, and the cinematography, truly felt almost like a movie.
It was their first ti seeing a first-person shooter ga with such cinematic quality.
So people who usually had 3D motion sickness found that watching others play alleviated their symptoms significantly.
Or maybe they were already so captivated by the ga's storyline that they didn't even notice the dizziness caused by the 3D first-person perspective.
The giant Titan appeared on the screen in a blurry form, seemingly the enemy's massive ch, and an overwhelming sense of despair arose.
But then, a ch everyone recognized appeared.
It was BT7274, the Titan piloted by the training officer in the training level!
"Wow! The training officer is here to save us!"
So viewers began typing cheers in the chat.
They were slowly becoming imrsed in the story.
Even though they were just watching soone else play, why did it feel so thrilling?
If watching others play was this exciting, wouldn't playing it themselves be even more fun?
Soon, the enemy's Titan was easily destroyed by BT7274. The pilot leaped out of the cockpit and ran to the protagonist.
"Cooper, are you okay? Co on, get up, we need to get out of here! BT, switch to defensive posture."
The cold voice echoed: "Understood."
Then several more enemy chs appeared on the battlefield. The BT ch quickly deployed its shield to block the enemy's attack.
The Iron Pilot saw this and quickly returned to his own Titan, rejoining the battle.
"BT is amazing! Is this Titan called a Vanguard-class Titan? Is it a high level?"
"Of course! It's one of the most advanced Titans!"
Players who were very familiar with the ga's details began explaining the ga's setting to those who didn't know.
Even before the ga's release, they had already delved deep into the world of Titanfall.
"IMC is a massive interstellar corporation, its power is so overwhelming that no one can stand against it. The protagonist is from the resistance faction, and the Vanguard-class Titan is the most advanced combat ch. It's incredibly strong, and I'll tell you..."
The chat was filled with these explanations, but now, most viewers weren't as interested in the explanations. Their eyes were glued to the ga itself.
They were eager to find out what would happen next.
At this mont, the protagonist couldn't do anything, just watching as BT fought the enemy.
"So this Titan is so powerful, does that an it can defeat all the enemies?"
As soon as this comnt was posted, everyone saw an enemy ch suddenly appear behind BT as if it was warping through space, and it landed a devastating blow from behind.
"Ha! Pathetic." The Titan pilot who launched the surprise attack sneered.
The viewers couldn't hold back anymore.
"Who is this guy?! How could he sneak attack like that?!"
"Don't be foolish, this is a battlefield, and there are no rules here. But yeah, this guy is definitely despicable."
"I want to take him down! Tell there's a way to defeat him in the ga!"
The girl streaming was also stunned by this scene.
Other gas had never had this kind of impact. The entire sequence was a real-ti rendered video, not any CG effects.
As an experienced gar, she understood this better than most.
Takayuki also noticed this detail.
He couldn't help but think: "As expected from Gastar Electronics. The technical quality here is unmatched."
"Hurry, fight back!"
"No, it looks like BT can't hold up much longer."
"Is it really going to end like this?"
"This is such a letdown..."
So people started to feel disappointed.
They didn't fully understand the ga's presentation yet.
Of course, their disappointnt didn't last long, because soon, as the protagonist's vision cleared, so strange creatures appeared in front of them.
This once again startled the viewers, but this ti they were more composed.
They were calr thanks to the previous experience.
After fending off these creatures, the girl could finally move the character around properly.
Without hesitation, the girl charged towards the BT Titan, which was now half-kneeling and seemingly in an unknown state.
Then, a new cutscene played.
The cockpit of the BT Titan slowly opened, and the pilot fell out. The protagonist quickly caught him.
"Cooper, I'm sorry. I may not be able to train you anymore, but I think you're already qualified to be the new Iron Pilot."
"BT, adjust the permissions. New Iron Pilot: Cooper. Cough."
As he was on the verge of death, the training officer handed over all control of the BT Titan to the protagonist.
"Oh! So this is how you get a Titan ch? That's pretty interesting."
The viewers were beginning to get intrigued by the story.
At the start, Titanfall's storytelling style was quite standard and it had the perfect pacing to engage viewers.
At this mont, Takayuki was thinking more about the respect he had for this dying Iron Pilot.
He was truly a hero worthy of respect.
The girl was also sowhat moved by the story.
Soon, the training officer could no longer hold on and passed away.
The screen went black. When it ca back, the protagonist had built a small grave and buried the training officer.
Next, the mission was to find a way to leave the area.
At this point, the ga officially entered the main storyline.
"Alright, what do I do next? It looks like the BT Titan isn't responding."
"Don't worry, the ga will definitely provide so guidance."
Soon, a task prompt appeared on the screen: "Find the battery to reactivate the BT Titan."
