It's been a long while since I have a good and proper sleep. I know that I have been sleeping in the ga but that still doesn't have the sa impact as sleeping in the real world. I know that sleeping in Alternate World is closely similar to sleeping in the real world but there is just a big difference in it that I can tell what made sleeping in the ga a bit underwhelming compared to when you go sleep in real life.
But even so, I don't want to continue lazing around until the ti I needed to go back to the ga. Currently, I don't need to hurriedly go back to the ga. I want to spend a bit of my ti to be away from the ga until this nightti when I will go back and log in to continue the quest.
I went to the bathroom and took a bath, making myself a bit refreshed. I also started cooking food for breakfast but no one else ca down so I decided to just put the food in the fridge and if soone is hungry, they can just pop it into the oven and reheat it. I made a note and stick it on the refrigerator so that they will know.
Once I am full, I returned to my room and changed into my casual street clothes, and pulled out the bag that is containing the scales and so of the bones. Today is the day I will be making sothing. With my level of blacksmithing, I am confident in my skills now.
I went to use the car instead of my motorcycle this ti around since I will be purchasing lots of things that I will be using for later and the trunk of a car is much more spacious and it will be easier for to transport them compared to the motorcycle and it makes much more efficient in fuel and ti for .
The place where I am going in the sa building that I rented before in the past tiline. Why am I going there? To recreate the workshop in the past tiline.
In the past tiline, I also did have my own workshop. I used that workshop in the past tiline to practice blacksmithing in real life to increase my understanding and proficiency drastically in the ga. Since my ti in the ga in the past tiline is occupied by raids, dungeon runs, and material gathering, I can't concentrate on practicing if I am in the ga. Not only that but so players are just tending to be quite annoying and always disturb whenever I am about to make a ti to practice.
Now that my ti is not that tight and I already have plenty of experience, and with fewer *ssholes to disturb , that only makes things much easier for in progression alone.
When I arrived, it was a coincidence that the owner of the place is currently putting the [For Rent] tag on the shutters of the building. I went out of the car and looked at the building with a smile on my face. Just looking at it made rember all things that have happened when I have rented this place. But compared to before, this place is much cleaner compared to the past tiline. Perhaps because the ti I rented before in the past is a few more years away. I am renting this place at a much earlier ti.
The old man who just put the tag on the shutters noticed and looked at from head to toe. I still rembered this guy back in the past tiline and although he looks younger right now compared to the past, he still is one big grumpy guy. He is around 40-50 years old. He is a tall man with big muscles and I thought he was a guy who likes to go to the gym and do so workouts. Never expected that he isn't even a guy who likes to go to gyms and is just born that way.
Still, despite that, I know he is a good man. He might be grumpy but he isn't soone that is too grumpy that even you would feel grumpy with his attitude.
"What's your business here?" he furrowed his eyebrows as he crossed his arms.
"You put a "For Rent" tag on the shutters and it was coincidental that I am looking for a place to rent out. Can I rent this place out?"
"As long as you have money to rent this place out, then I have no qualms about you renting this place. For how long are you planning to rent this place out? It's gonna cost you 50,000 yen per month."
"Hmm, then I will rent it for 1 year. I will pay in full cash."
When the owner heard how long I will be renting the place, his eyes went wide for a second before he looked at like I am a bit insane for doing so.
"Are you sure you are going to rent this place for a year? I don't know what you are about to do but if you plan to open so sort of business then I highly discourage you to rent this place out. Business is slow and any kind of business that opens here will go bankrupt or be forced to close due to the bad location for business. Not only that, but if you plan to live here, it would be much better for you to rent in other places that have a much comfier place than this place. It's more like a dumpster here and it's a bit dangerous here at tis since so ruffians and gangsters like to hang out around here. Better spend that money elsewhere, kid."
"Heh, don't worry about it. I am not gonna use this place to open up so business. I am not so entrepreneur and I don't have any expertise in doing any kind of business the reason I am renting this place is for personal reasons. I will be coming here from ti to ti and I am not gonna live here anyway so everything is fine."
"Are you really sure about this?"
"Yeah, are there any sort of complications in any kind of way?"
"Nothing of that sort. And since you are so adamant on it, then go ahead."
The old guy gave up and he handed the keys to the locks. I also paid in the full worth of a year of rent.
"If I like it here, then I will extend my rent then."
"Alright, alright. I will get going then."
After that, I went back to my car and put the key on my key chain. With the place secure, the next thing I needed to do is buy the necessary items I needed for recreating the workshop. Since money is no longer an issue, I will buy all the necessary equipnt I needed. Just the thought of it made a little bit nostalgic. Perhaps I am too old all ready for to be this nostalgic.

It took around 3 hours to get all of the equipnt I needed to create the most basic workshop. Yes, only the basic workshop. I don't need to go to the advanced workshop for now as I needed to work more on renovating the place for now. That is the main focus for right now.
When I arrived at the place I rented, what I found instead are so rough-looking guys that seems to spell out trouble. Currently, they are smoking and leaning on the shutters while chatting with one another. They may look like thugs but I am not afraid of them as I am already used to dealing with them. I am not even worried in the slightest about them so I park the car in front of the place and went outside the car while reaching out for the keys for the locks of the shutters.
The guys outside the place are already staring at and my car with so sort of hostility in their eyes. However, that technique will not work for . It takes a lot more than that to make intimidated in any kind of way.
"Oy, brat. This is our turf, what are you doing here?" one of the older-looking thugs is the first to confront . From the looks of it, he looks like he is the leader of this ragtag group.
"I rented this place, what about it?" I looked at him without showing any hostility. Perhaps I can make so negotiations on them.
"You rented this place? This is a place out of nowhere and a very secluded place, why would you even rent this place?"
"Boss, perhaps he is sent here by one of those "guys" to ss up with us?"
"Yeah, it is close to impossible soone will rent this place just for that!"
The guy who talked first turned to look at with furrowed brows as he decided to reveal his hostility to .
"You better turn your back or you will be sorry. I am gonna say that you will regret everything if you continue to go and offend everyone."
