The two candle dragons were fighting valiantly as if they encountered a ferocious enemy. The battle with Di Fuyi was so intense to the point where dust had covered the sky above them and made it rather dark.
Even with Di Fuyi’s current abilities, it was tough to deal with these two candle dragons at once. He tried to escape several tis but was blocked by them. These candle dragons were already seasoned fighters and knew how to apply different techniques in order to keep their prey in their grasps. “You don’t have to be so polite...” In fact, Gu Xijiu did not think that she had done much.
“I don’t want to owe you any kindness.” Di Fuyi interrupted her, but this ti he sounded colder.
Gu Xijiu did not reply this ti. The candle dragon egg in her hand was like a hot yam.
Di Fuyi decided to continue, “Our agreent is due in a month. I only hope that you will not break the promise again.”
Gu Xijiu looked down at the ground as she replied, “Rest assured, this ti, I will not break the promise!”
“Good! I will choose to believe in you once again. You warned that when we cancel the ntoring arrangent, there will be a catastrophe in the form of thunderbolts. Therefore, this candle dragon egg may help you. It is my compensation to you for your troubles.”
