Han Xin finally stopped after walking for what felt like an eternity and asked himself what he was doing. He had rarely lost control of his emotions, and this ti he wasn’t even provoked. He realized how foolish he was acting.

Turning to head in the direction of the lecture hall for their first class, he caught sight of the store on campus. He recalled Xiang Yu’s hangover and decided to buy him sothing for it. Since he had asked to be Xiang Yu’s attendant again, he had to at least do the job properly or pretend too.

He walked into the store and looked for the section with nutrient supplents. While he was searching for the ones perfect for hangovers, a figure suddenly stood beside him. Han Xin could recognize that perfu anywhere. It used to irritate him in his past life, and it still does now.

"You are here too, Your Highness," Han Xin said, his voice flat.

Peng Xiu smiled sweetly. "Xin-ge, I have told you to stop calling that. It makes feel like we are strangers."

Han Xin’s fingers froze on the blueberry-flavoured hangover nutrient pack. He just realized that when Xiang Yu called him Xin-ge, it was pleasant to the ear, but when Peng Xiu called him that, it felt like an irritation deep in his soul. "I will call you Ah-Xiu as long as you stop calling Xin-ge," he replied.

Peng Xiu didn’t want to stop. She felt that if she did, the distance between them would grow bigger, and all her efforts would be wasted. "No, I can’t help it," she said, her smile unwavering.

Han Xin sighed internally as he took two packs of the nutrient supplents. Peng Xiu looked at the hangover supplents he picked and asked, her voice filled with anger, "Did that villain make you drink alcohol?"

"No, he didn’t," Han Xin replied, his tone even.

Peng Xiu didn’t believe him. "Then where did you sleep last night? Why didn’t you co to stay at my palace? I tried calling you."

Han Xin walked to the self-checkout and said, "I just threw the things to the side and slept in my room." He didn’t want to tell her anything, so he lied with a straight face.

"You deserve better," Peng Xiu said. "We are having dinner with my father today. I will bring it up to him and ask him to transfer you to , okay?"

Han Xin knew this entire thing had sothing to do with Peng Xiu. He knew how badly this woman had been obsessed with him in his past life. She would do anything, even kill, to take the place beside him.

In his past life, he only realized it later, after the princess of the federation died. All of Peng Xiu’s kind and gentle facade was for others to see, a mask that hid her true face carefully.

Han Xin didn’t stop her from trying to get him because the Xiang Yu of this life was even more possessive of him. If the Xiang Yu of his past life could stop Peng Xiu from taking him away, then this Xiang Yu would raise hell if it ca to it. "I have to go to class," Han Xin said.

"Okay, I will walk with you," Peng Xiu said, a beaming expression on her face.

Han Xin didn’t refuse Peng Xiu’s offer. He walked out with her, and the entire way, Peng Xiu engaged in a one-sided conversation, her eyes beaming with stars. She was smart enough not to touch him, but she was truly itching to.

As they walked down the hallway, the few cadets running towards their first classes glanced at them, so nudging their friends to take a look and others giggling before running away. They were whispering, but Han Xin’s sharp ears caught one of the girls saying, "They are perfect together." Han Xin ignored it.

When they reached a split in the paths, Han Xin said, "I have to go."

Peng Xiu was very reluctant. She put on a coquettish act, tugging at Han Xin’s sleeve and saying, "Can’t you just walk to my class? It’s only five minutes away."

Han Xin was especially brutal, pulling his hand back before saying, "That’s five minutes I don’t have. I will be late for class, and it’s not a good look."

Peng Xiu pouted, "Oh, alright. I will see you at lunch then." She knew Han Xin didn’t fare well with people who were too clingy, so she didn’t push it. She waved her hand and walked away.

Han Xin imdiately turned around, thinking of a way to get rid of Peng Xiu in this life. When he reached the lecture hall, he found Xiang Yu sitting at the back, lying on the table lazily. Beside Xiang Yu were Wu Lian and Wu i, chatting with him. Lian had a black eye, and i had a bruise on her cheek.

As Han Xin walked closer, he heard Xiang Yu reprimanding the two. "You are siblings, you shouldn’t fight over silly things. If you want to fight, let it be in training."

Lian and i had deliberately co over with their injuries to look for sympathy from Xiang Yu, but who would have thought they would be scolded to the high heavens? Lian whispered to i, "Do you think he is on his cycle?"

i replied, "That or he is still angry about his body pillow."

Xiang Yu yelled, "I heard that! You really want to die out of anger, don’t you?" He smacked each of them upside their heads, and they rubbed the backs of their heads while yelping.

Xiang Yu was about to scold them further when two packets of nutrient supplents were placed in front of him. He looked up and saw Han Xin, the person who had just run off earlier. Xiang Yu sneered before lying back down in annoyance.

He couldn’t help but wonder if both his children and their father had plotted to make him mad today. He didn’t want to talk to any of them anymore. Han Xin saw he was being ignored, so he asked the other two, "What happened?"

Han Xin was asking as if he didn’t know why Xiang Yu was mad. It was either because he walked away from him earlier or the body pillow he tore last night. Lian leaned forward to get a better look at Han Xin and said, "He is mad because of his body pillow and taking it out on us."
