Vampire Summoner's Rebirth: Summoning The Vampire Queen At The Start Chapter 1499: Blake VS Asmodeus 3
-----
"What?! No? It has always been about us! About surviving, fighting, thriving, winning! You said it yourself, you want nothing but to win now!"
"Not for exactly just for myself anymore... there are hundreds of lives I care about, that are precious to ... I have gotten this far thanks to them."
"...Nonsense! I WON’T ACCEPT THIS STUPIDITY!"
Asmodeus conjured even more destructive magic, as countless Blood Novas reached Blake faster than he could stop them, exploding one after another.
Blake unleashed his True Domain, combining both his Umbral Crimson with his Spaceti-Warping Calamity Domain, clashing against the constant explosions like a wall of darkness and burning blood.
BOOOM! BOOOM! BOOOM! BOOOM!
Then, with his hands, he grasped the domain and wrapped it around his spear, forming a massive spear hundreds of tis its original size.
Asmodeus grew desperate, his blood fusing with his weapons into larger constructions, clashing against Blake with swords, spears, axes, and hamrs.
CLASH! CLASH! CLASH! CLASH!
"I cannot accept it...! You?! Stronger than ?! What...?! IMPOSSIBLE!"
"You’re a failure, you were unable to win, you were unable to protect your family! And... you were never able to protect her."
"Her?!"
Asmodeus’ face changed expressions for a mont, his vampiric ruthlessness fading away, as he called sothing.
His face was suddenly filled with... horror and disbelief, and even despair as he rembered sothing.
As an embodint of his records that was aware of his loss against Lucifer, Asmodeus knew what happened to everyone.
But because he decided to win no matter what and seize this new future...
He had completely forgotten about all of them, focusing only on his own dreams.
"...You rember her now, don’t you?!"
Blake clashed against Asmodeus, his spear rapidly piercing through and destroying his armor, blowing through one of his arms, and destroying it.
"NNNGGH...! Y-YOU DAMN...!"
Asmodeus roared angrily, losing his composure, as his lost arm, and the blood dripping from it, transford into a mass of black and red tendrils and countless eyes.
"{SANGRE’S EMBODINT}!"
Sangre’s Embodint, a forbidden Blood Magic Spell that temporarily turns a part of a vampire body into the vessel of Sangre, or well, one of her many spawns.
"GRYYAAAAH!"
His arm, monstrously fused with him once more, as Asmodeus unleashed a barrage of powerful punches, destroying Blake’s armor even more, while using his other arm to control five different grimoires he had stolen from various organizations and families through the universe, conjuring Blood Novas and Blood Apocalypses in quick succession.
"You cannot fathom to even reach my power, you faker!"
BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!
An endless barrage of explosions once more engulfed Blake, as his armor began to rapidly shatter into pieces, missiles, laser beams, and weapons made of his Domain were all nullified by the imnse amount of attacks.
Indeed, this was his true power, 100% the power he had before he died, the sa power that pushed Lucifer to almost death!
The only way for Blake to finally face Lucifer and have a chance of winning was to surpass his previous self.
"I have attained power through countless battles and sacrifices... And even what you’ve seen until now isn’t my full potential, Asmodeus!"
Blake roared, as his Domain suddenly turned into the spirit of a furious, vengeful dragon.
"{Abyssal Dragon Spirit of the Eclipsing Sun}!"
"ROOOAAARRRR!"
In that mont, the Spirit he created from devouring Fafnir and the Outer God sponsoring him erged, devouring through Asmodeus monstrous arm and nullifying his magic, as the power of the Eclipsing Sun, quite literally, eclipsed everything.
Blake moved forward, taking the spirit dragon into his spear and then, piercing through Asmodeus chest as he pushed through his magic and attacks.
CLAAASH!
"G-Gaaack?!"
Asmodeus vomited blood, glaring at Blake in disbelief, his eyes widening, as veins popped through his face, his fangs growing longer and sharper as blood dripped from his mouth.
"Y-You...! You bastard...! How dare you- Ah!"
And at that mont, Asmodeus saw sothing unbelievable.
Bright holy light surged from Asmodeus right hand, a blinding, glowing light that embodied a star itself.
The first ever star to shine through the universe created by God.
The Morning Star.
It took the form of a blazing sword made of holy spirit energy, fusing with it.
And then piercing Asmodeus chest once more, with both Gluttony and this sword piercing him...
He had no chance for a full recovery anymore.
"That power...! You...! You have it...? How?!"
Asmodeus was filled with disbelief, unable to understand what he was seeing right now.
And yet, Blake looked at him seriously in the eyes.
"I faced his vessel and stole a fragnt of his power."
"U-Unbelievable... How desperate are you?! What... how... how did I never accomplished what you have...? What do I lack that you have?! This is...! Unfair..."
"You never lacked anything, you simply never recognized what you had, and you never... loved it."
"...Love?! Are you serious?"
"No, I’m not... but this is how I truly felt. There’s no other way to tell you the truth."
"..."
"I have too many people I want to protect, and too many I love and care for... Eleanora, she’s there with ."
"What? She’s... not dead?"
"Through the powers of Spiritias, I was able to revive her as one of my Spirits."
"..."
"You’ve lost, Asmodeus. Your body is now turning into cinders, the sa way it did before, as you had no way to go against Lucifer’s Morning Star, which ultimately nullified most of our arsenal."
"Eleanora..."
"..."
Asmodeus suddenly started crying tears of blood, as his body was turning into black ashes.
mories of him with Eleanora suddenly flashed through his mind.
Of the first years of them living in the dumps, growing up as wild children.
And then eting their master, being taught many things, to fight for themselves.
How they faced many atrocities, foes, and dangers, always together.
How they went to another planet, together.
How they traveled the galaxy together...
And how Eleanora always persevered to stay by his side, always there for him.
She was always there for him.
