It has been a week since then, and we’ve been preparing things out, helping the people as much as we could, and also cleaning the continent with the help of Yggdrasil and my drones, alongside Erika and Eric’s magic and powers.

Things went smoothly, and although we wished to stay for longer, it was ti for us to depart for the mont and go back to our hos, where we would rest for another two weeks before returning to the Academy and finish our year there, graduating and being recognized as fully-fledged Soldiers of the Continental Alliance.

Not like I really needed to do that, but I thought it was a good opportunity to squeeze as many resources from the Academy and the Stronghold city as possible, after all they have a lot of Dungeons I can visit to slay monsters with my friends, helping us level up a lot through the last months of this year.

"I’m sorry for not being able to co with you, Blake. Since the people demanded to beco their King, I’ll have to stay here to manage my Kingdom. Perhaps even going to War with you and fight the Demons... might not be possible for ," Elfriedden apologized, looking rather saddened.

"It’s fine, friend," I patted his shoulders. "You have a greater responsibility now, a whole country that you have to take care of. I can’t bla you for wanting to stay here and not prioritize things such as the academy anymore."

"I still feel ashad, I wish I could go with you, but because it is so far away, I simply won’t be able to do both things, if only the Academy was in this city, it would be much easier for to make so ti every day or through the weeks..." he sighed.

"If that’s the case, then don’t worry," I smiled. "I have found out a way to solve that problem, once we return to the Central Continent, I’ll tell you what it is."

"Huh?" Elfriedden was confused, he didn’t really know what I ant with those words. "Wait, what? You did?"

"I’m still looking into it, so I can’t guarantee anything," I said. "Anyway, take care Elfriedden, and protect your people."

"Thanks... I’ll do my best for them, that’s what father would’ve wanted," Elfriedden nodded, there was a hint of lancholy on his eyes.

"Goodbye Blake, you’ve helped us trendously through this year," said Rosenheim. "We’ll never forget all of your kindness and generosity, and it was thanks to you that we got this far... I’ll eagerly await your return so we can further discuss things regarding your territory."

"Alright," I nodded. "Take care of Elfriedden, Rosenheim. He can be a little too impulsive sotis. There’s tis he acts before thinking, a bad habit of his."

"I know, I’ll make sure that he’s well taken care of," Rosenheim giggled, patting her husband’s head.

"Why are you treating like a pet?!" Elfriedden got slightly angry.

He quickly said his goodbyes to the rest of the party too, everyone had mixed emotions, although they were all sad anyway, and would miss him dearly. Well, I wasn’t that emotional because if my plan worked, then we would be able to see Elfriedden almost every day anyway.

As I walked inside the Airship with the rest of my group, I looked back at the giant tree in the distance, and the Port City with everyone there... It was quite a journey, full of challenges but also of amazing things I’ll never forget.

"Well, this was perhaps the hardest mission I’ve been assigned with," Echoed a female voice behind , as I noticed my mother-in-law walking to my side, Cattalina. "Hello, my dear son-in-law. It seems you’re quite pensive today."

"Ah, yeah," I nodded. "It’s nothing... Well, if anything, I do feel rather lancholic."

"Because we’re leaving so soon? Well, it was your idea," Cattalina said. "I wouldn’t had minded staying for a bit longer."

"I wouldn’t had either," I said. "But there were things we needed to do."

"Hmm as hard working as always," Cattalina sighed, patting my head. "Take it easy sotis, okay?"

"I’ll do it when the Demons are defeated," I said. "But don’t worry, I know what you an, mother-in-law."

"Well, as long as you understand..." Cattalina shrugged, walking away, but then coming back. "Ah right, take this."

"What’s this?" I wondered, as she handed a small green crystal shaped like a little tree. "A crystal? A magic artifact of so sort?"

"A Divine Relic made by Yggdrasil," said Cattalina. "She told to give it to you. It is imbued with her crystalized divine power. She said you could use it to fight against the expansion of Demonic Energy in the Central Continent."

"I see..." I nodded. "Hm?"

FLASH!

However, the crystal glowed brightly as I held it with my hands, suddenly fusing into my hand, becoming a green tattoo resembling a tree.

"What the...?!"

As I was shocked, I felt a divine power being imbued into my very being, this wasn’t just a divine relic, it was a fragnt of Yggdrasil’s divinity!

My Grimoire instantly showed my changes, although I could already guess what happened to ... I felt her powerful divinity coursing my veins, the power of Life and Nature.
