Noah slept peacefully until morning, as his eyes opened due to the light of the sun coming from the window.
For so reason, he had woken up shirtless, and… the face of Iris was sleeping at his chest.
For a mont, he glanced at it without actually realizing his situation.
Then, his eyebrows furrowed.
"Wait, what is the aning of this?" he said, quickly sitting on the bed, as he moved Iris away from him.
"Muh… Noah-samaaa…" muttered Iris, as she slowly opened her eyes, glaring at… Noah, the one she dread of was actually at her side… and shirtless!
"E-Eh?! N-Noah-sama, why are you…?!" asked Iris, eyeing Noah's body quite voraciously, as she blushed until she resembled a tomato and her heart began to beat intensively.
"I think I rember now. I… fell asleep when a sharp pain erged on my chest and then rushed to the rest of my body… It was unbearable, and I fell unconscious…" sighed Noah.
"A-And you were shirtless before that?! W-What… were you going to do with …?" asked Iris rather shyly, although she wanted an answer that Noah would never give her.
"I had co to let you here to rest when the pain assaulted , I wasn't going to sleep with you or touch you while you were sleeping if that's what you're imagining at this mont," sighed Noah.
"O-Oh… I see…" sighed Iris.
"I know why your stupid and weak body was assaulted by that pain," said the Blood Progenitor.
"Oh? What is it?" asked Noah.
"That's because you evolved and then exerted your body to your very limits too much yesterday, the Blood Core was unleashing too much power, and your body could not take it anymore unless it were to receive so rest. Due to that, you were assaulted with that pain, which could be sothing similar to muscle ache or a stroke," said the Blood Progenitor.
"You know how different is having so ache in the muscles from a stroke, are you sure it was as you said?" asked Noah rather angered.
"Well, whatever you humans suffer! That is the reason! You are not even strong enough to get all of my power and you were getting quite cocky there, serves you right! You should not overexert yourself if you are going to fall unconscious so pathetically! See? You, humans, need to rest after doing too much work, even soone as ignorant as you cannot escape this fact. But well, why do I care what you go through? You might as well die for all I care," said the Blood Progenitor.
"I feel like those words were filled with both concern, care, and hate… But whatever," sighed Noah.
"Though I have no idea why my shirt is off…" said Noah, as soone suddenly knocked on the door, opening it.
An adorable robot girl painted with pink colors and having vibrant cybernetic eyes greeted the vampiric pair, wearing an adorable Maid Outfit.
"M-Master, I've brought you your breakfast- UWAH!" cried Sakura, almost making the plate she brought fall into the ground.
"N-Noah-sama… Iris-sama… W-Was I interrupting sothing?" asked Sakura.
"Not at all, bring the food, I require to ingest more calories inside of my body," said Noah, as Sakura shyly nodded, walking towards the bed and putting the silver plate there, which included a cup of fresh coffee, cookies that were chocolate-flavored, chocolate-coated, coated in strawberry jam, and candied orange.
There was also a large sandwich with ham, cheese, tomato, and lettuce, alongside a yogurt-based sauce to give it a nice twist of flavor.
At the side of this, there was also a cup of fresh and creamy milk, freshly baked bread, butter, and blueberry jam.
"Ooh! This looks… so good! Thank you!" said Iris, as she began to dig in, eating the cookies first and sipping on the coffee.
"Oi, that's my coffee… Sigh, bring more," said Noah.
"A-Ah! Yes!" said Sakura, rushing away to bring another cup of coffee and more food.
Noah grabbed the sandwich and gave it a large bite, feeling the flavors inside of his mouth, which, thanks to his evolution, had been enhanced thanks to his higher senses.
"Delicious… the convenience store sandwiches are never this good…" said Noah.
"Can I have so?" asked Iris, biting the sandwich without Noah's permission.
"You should have asked before biting it!" said Noah rather annoyed, as he moved the sandwich away from Iris so she would not steal more bites.
"Hmm~ It's so good!" said Iris adorably, as Noah grabbed the coffee and sipped a bit from it.
"Haah, that hits the spot, there's a lot to do today, we have to get ready," said Noah.
"N-Noah-sama… y-you gave an indirect kiss!" said Iris while flushing!
"Will you stop with your stupid things for once?" sighed Noah, gently hitting Iris's head.
Smack!
"Awuh…!" cried Iris, as she gave Noah the puppy eyes!
"Your puppy eyes do not affect ," said Noah eerily, as his crimson eyes glead with bloodlust!
"Well, if it doesn't bother you then I will keep giving you indirect kisses, fufu," laughed Iris, as she sipped more coffee from the area where Noah drank it.
Noah could not even understand what she was getting from this other than fulfilling her immature fantasies, but he decided to not say anything to not lower the morale of his subordinate.
Noah grabbed so of the cookies and gobbled them up, biting them with his sharp fangs and then sipping so more coffee, he then took out all of his clothes in front of Iris, as she almost dropped off the bed.
"N-NOAH-SAMA! W-What are you doing?! I-Its big…" muttered Iris.
"Hm? Don't you get undressed before going to take a bath? I will go take a bath now. …What? Do you have a comnt on the body of your progenitor? You better choose your words carefully," said Noah with sharp eyes.
"N-Nothing! Y-Your body is… in fact… it is beautiful…" said Iris, glaring at Noah's large scars over his body, most of the tis he fought, he had torn apart his body several tis, such scars persisted even after fully recovering, and would go away in a few more weeks.
"Flattery will not get you anywhere," sighed Noah, entering the bathroom and taking a warm bath.
Iris then fell over the bed while trying to cover her head, steam coming out of her red ears, seeing Noah nude was… one of her biggest fantasies!
And she could not believe she saw him nude in such an anticlimactic way!
"I-I he teasing or sothing…? Fweh…" she sighed.
Noah sighed in relaxation inside of the bathroom, the warm water relaxed his tensed-up muscles and any leftover discomfort left from the pain before falling asleep was now gone.
Noah glanced at his own body, thin yet rather muscular, his stomach was as hard as a rock, and his arms were just as strong, although he had a slim build, he seed to pack more muscles than most folks would guess.
He glared at his scars, the ones he had won after attaining victory through this hard week.
Perhaps, he could have a little break in this bathroom and simply forget about everything for a few minutes…
He closed his eyes and relaxed inside the bathtub, the warm water soothingly making him feel like he was in peace.
"Though… who took out my shirt?" he wondered amidst his ditation.
After a few minutes, Noah finally washed his hair and walked out of the bathroom, seeing that Iris was not there anymore.
"She left, good, I wanted so privacy," he said.
Noah quickly noticed a new set of clothes over the bed, which were more fitting of him, alongside this, soone else knocked on the door, although it did not open it.
"Noah-sama, did you go out of the bathroom?" asked Arthur's voice.
"Yes, what is it?" he asked.
"Ah, I left you so special clothes that I've finally managed to get, they are similar to equipnt, and are magically enhanced to repair themselves even if torn off… they are of a style I thought you might… like," said Arthur.
Noah quickly noticed that the clothes looked rather modern, but also had an old feeling, like the clothes that the Blood Progenitor wore, combining modern looks with the ancient vampire suit looks.
"Hmm… I like them. Good work," said Noah, as he quickly dried his body and wore his new clothes, walking out of the room rather refreshed.
"Arthur, I have sothing to ask you. Why was I shirtless while sleeping?" asked Noah.
"Oh… T-That… Well, it happened last night. You had fallen asleep and when we ca to check you with Timassa, your temperature was very high… even as a Vampire, it was surprising. So Timassa ended up forcefully taking your clothes and leaving you shirtless so you could release all the steam… it seems that you are recovered now… Sorry for doing that, I should have stopped her…" sighed Arthur.
"I see… Well, it is what it is. Let's go down now," said Noah.
Noah walked down the stairs as he t with the rest of his party, alongside a few servants that were Half-Subhuman like Timassa, having small animalistic features such as cat ears, dog ears, or a tail.
There was also Sakura and Sugar, who was invited to sit with everyone although they don't really eat.
"N-Noah-sama, you look so good with those clothes!" said Iris, praising Noah, as he noticed that she was wearing a new set of clothes, a white shirt with a red jewel over her tie, a black skirt, and tight black stockings over her legs, over her white shirt she was also wearing a beautiful blouse with a similar style than his clothes.
The rest of the party was also wearing such clothes, and it made everyone seem to be part of the sa team even more, as black and red were most of their colors, combining their styles.
