"Here, take a taste of your own dicine!" laughed Noah, overcharging his large and monstrous arms with the power of Heaven Thunder and forming a massive amount of lightning cracking everywhere…! He quickly gathered it all and then…! Shot it out like a massive zap cannon!

The massive Zap Cannon flew towards Thunderous in an instant, reaching up to him and clashing over his body faster than he could even move! Only a single power could do this, and it was his own power, Heaven Thunder!
"T-This is impossible…!" muttered Thunderous in utter disbelief, pushing his enormous draconic and scaled arms forward and creating a massive magical shield, defending himself from his own thunderous power!
Although he could actually absorb thunder, it was only when they were weaker than him! thunder made by Noah was clearly at his sa level, and he could not easily absorb much damage out of receive it directly! In the Realm of Gods, gods of fire could be burned by a stronger fire than their own, gods of water could be drowned by a stronger water than their own, and thunder could be beaten by a stronger thunder!
Gods might be immune or even absorb elental power from mortal-realm attacks of any type, but form divine-realm, they could only defend and not really absorb. Unless they were so apart in power, they were bound to receive damage.
This is why Law Comprehension was important too, with Law Comprehension, the elental damage a god received could be reduced greatly, the higher Law Comprehension soone had, the more they could resist that elent and also deal a lot of damage using it.
