"No. You receive a fraction of life essence when you kill. It's still more than a normal vampire can extract from blood, but it is but a small fraction of the being's total life essence," he said.
"Once you start consuming blood, you'll be able to extract blood essences. Different types of blood will unlock different dormant abilities within you," he said.

He had a look of betrayal on his face. "Why? This isn't a fair fight," he said.
"I never said I was fair. No one gets to pilot my body, but ," I said. "I guess you weren't the Evil Dylan after all." I laughed.
Evil Dylan hung on the spikes and spat out blood. "Take heed my advice. Unlock your full potential," he said.
"I will. Don't you worry your pretty little head about that," I said. "Thank you for your help." I rubbed the hair on his head as it slumped over and the life drained from his body.
I looked out at the wasteland of blood surrounding us and said, "This is actually kind of nice. I would take a vacation here, if I didn't have to spend it alone."
A dark cloud rolled in with lightning and blood rain. I looked at the cloud as a bolt of lightning ca down and struck , filling my vision with bright light.
