The book floated before Elio, its pages emitting a soft glow in the darkness. As always, the question appeared in bright letters:
"Do you wish to face the fifteenth challenge?"
Elio nodded, and the world around him began to dissolve.
He breathed deeply, rembering the four levels he had overco in recent days.
Each challenge presenting a new elent, a new world, and new monsters to face.
The world took shape slowly, revealing a landscape that defied all earthly comprehension...
The silicon mountain rose before Elio like a gigantic crystalline prism, its multiple facets reflecting and refracting light in hypnotic patterns.
Each surface was a perfect mirror that multiplied the landscape in infinite iterations, creating a view that challenged comprehension.
This was level 15...
Since level 11, a new dynamic had been introduced:
There was an enormous mountain 10km high that he had to climb.
At the summit, he had to face the fall through the tunnel that was basically the tunnel from challenges 6 to 10, but vertical...
All the increase of whatever affected him, he had to face while gravity urged him to act at full speed.
And then he would fall into the final chamber... To face the monsters.
While contemplating the new challenge, Elio ntally reviewed the previous four levels.

Level 11 had shown him an open world.
The world that stretched before Elio was a vision that defied all earthly comprehension.
A landscape constructed solely with ten fundantal elents (Elio's first 10), where absence was as significant as presence.
The ground beneath his feet, a crystalline matrix of carbon interlaced with veins of iron and nickel, reflected light irregularly, creating tallic patterns that lost themselves in the horizon.
The atmosphere itself told a story of chemical precision, dominant oxygen but carefully balanced with hydrogen and helium. This balance created invisible currents where occasionally matter fragnts seed to float against gravity, as if dancing in an elental waltz.
Nitrogen and neon contributed to create a sky that subtly changed color according to local concentrations, while fluorine occasionally generated epheral flashes in the heights.
In the distance, everything seed to repeat infinitely, the sa patterns of carbon and iron, the sa crystalline structures that rose like monunts to chemical simplicity.
There was no life, no variation beyond the predetermined interactions of these fundantal elents.
Lithium created occasional reddish flashes when interacting with the oxygen in the air, like warning lights in this alien landscape.
But near the phosphorus mountain, the world took on a new dinsion.
Luminescent veins extended from the base like roots of light, each marking where the new elent began to interact with the ten fundantals.
Each ti a new phosphorus vein found an oxygen-rich deposit, small explosions of light marked the encounter, like fireworks in slow motion.
Its encounter with hydrogen created crystalline formations that grew before Elio's eyes, phosphates that glowed with their own light.
The veins extended kiloters in each direction, transforming the monotonous landscape into a complex network of chemical reactions.
Caverns near the mountain revealed crystalline deposits where phosphorus had been working longer.
The air here was different too.
The constant reactions created thermal currents that made the atmosphere seem alive, carrying bright particles that traced visible patterns in the air.
It was a world that operated under strict and limited rules, but still managed to create complexity through the precise interaction of its components.
The mountain rose as the epicenter of transformation, a core from which the new elent integrated into the existing world, redefining the possibilities of what these ten fundantal elents could achieve together.
A lesson and a taphor for Elio's growing power.

Climbing the enormous phosphorus mountain, with its bright veins, had been just the beginning.
In the chamber, 64 bioluminescent jellyfish waited, each capable of manipulating the new elent, their translucent bodies illuminating the internal caverns with hypnotic flashes.
Elio had had to use the potion during the fall because his resistance wouldn't have been enough to withstand the corrosive reactivity of pure phosphorus that increased as he approached the chamber.
With the potion it was easy for him to eliminate all the monsters, but he couldn't help feeling that it had been a dirty trick from the goddess to hide that the fall was basically the tunnel but with a much faster progression.
