Yujun’s POV
No one can ever change my mind about love.
I am not like Yunah who got to be bitten by love and still forgives.
The eting ends and I go straight to my room.
I feel exhaustion starting to get to even if all I have done all week was to stay indoors and plot my future.
I hear footsteps behind and they stop when I stop and I look over my shoulder to see the guard from the party.
My personal guard dog.
"I’m just going to sleep you can let be" I say and he doesn’t move, he keeps looking at like he’s seeing through .
"Didn’t you hear ?" I growl deeply.
"I said leave alone" I yell and pull out the gun that had been tucked away all evening long.
"Oppa!" Yunah’s scream snaps out of it and I see how badly my hands are vibrating.
A sob shakes my body, and I fall to my knees the ground.
Her arms wrap around and so does her comforting vanilla scent.
"Oppa" she says and holds to herself. I have never cried in front of her like this, I always the strong one...not today.
"Please leave" Yunah says to the guard and he doesn’t budge.
"My oppa needs his space, he’s not going anywhere" she tries to plead but the man still doesn’t, move a muscle or say a word.
Knowing that there is no hope, I gather up all the strength I have and pull myself up.
Yunah and I enter my room, and she helps to my bed.
I climb in without taking off my shoes or coat and curl up.
Wordlessly, my sister starts to take off my shoes and socks, then my coat, the white fabrics has stains on it.
I blink to keep in touch with my reality, but the tiredness is stronger, and I am pulled down into sothing stronger.
The sea again.
The goddess again.
’I don’t want to see you right now’ I say through my mind, and she pulls to herself.
This ti, I am not trying to fight with the waters, I relax like I belong there.
"Child" she says and lifts her hand to pat my head.
"Don’t give up" she says and I push myself from her when I see the jellyfish pair.
"Why isn’t it glowing?" I ask.
The big jellyfish’s light is feeble and weak but previously the bright baby jellyfish has no light.
For so reason, it hurts my heart.
"When its mother loses spark...the little one can’t shine" she says and I frown.
"Why do you keep showing this?" I ask and I see another floating far away.
"Why...why do you keep showing these? You can’t set free, but you keep showing jellyfish!" I yell.
"You choose if you will be or not, no one will do it for you" the other says.
Three days to damnation.
I open my eyes to a silent house.
It’s nothing new but it’s always sothing jarring.
My stomach churns unexpectedly and I sit up imdiately as I feel nausea climbing up my throat.
"Hmm" I moan in pain before slowly climbing out of bed to the bathroom.
I bend over the bowl and retch till I empty my stomach contents into the bowl.
Wrapping my arms around my aching stomach, I lie on the floor to calm myself.
I really should get the Dolvian dication before it gets too serious.
On the cold tiles, I shut my eyes and images of last night flashes; Jaehyun eting my eyes, Jaehyun walking to the bathroom, Jaehyun walking past , Jaehyun, Jaehyun Jaehyun.
My bottom lip trembles as a single tear slips out of my eye, down my temple and into my hair.
"Young master Choi, we are here for your self-care, we will leave them by the door for young lady Yunah" a voice calls and I sit up.
That’s right, I have no ti to wallow in self-pity.
Two days to damnation
My cheeks burn as I am stripped naked by a strange woman.
"Hmm you have nice proportions for a man" she says and smacks my back with a asuring stick as she circles .
"I can’t believe I will ever see an oga man...how...scandalous" she says with disgust and fascination at the sa ti.
"Relax those shoulders" she commands and I force my shoulder down, my head buzzing and my stomach clamping.
"You look fine, except for this belly fat...get rid of it, it’s unappealing for a man with your physique" she says and slaps the stick to my belly.
I flinch at the hit and look down at my stomach.

The walls are closing in on the closer the day cos and I wake up with stronger need to throw up.
No one but my sister cares about how I feel, I should be used to that by now but I can’t accept it.
Mom has been trying on new clothes too these days, testing her role as the mother of the finally useful son.
New year is coming, and I am too bothered by my hurt to even care about it.
My oga has been deathly silent; I reached out a number of tis but...nothing.

"Happy new year!" the shouts around startles alongside the fireworks.
I look out through the window of the moving car, and I see the beautiful explosions.
The way the color lights up the sky briefly and then fades away...like the hope I had.
"Keep your face hidden" the robotic guard says and I obey, not wanting to have another ltdown when I should be sleeping.
The Kang territory is one of the biggest amongst all of the mafia clans.
With my shoulders squared and back straight, I walk into the mansion, the place is big and well decorated.
"Right on ti" Kang Sihyuk says, he’s sitting on a chair with his legs spread.
"Co in, co close" he says and eyes my body with a grin.
I keep my mouth shut as I walk to where he is seated.
"Too bad" he says and tsks, "take him to the room, your owner has started his rut" he says and fear makes freeze.
Rut?
I can’t be with an alpha in rut...I belong to another.
"What are you delaying for? Take him" Sihyuk spits out and I am pushed all the way down a long hallway and to the front of a door.
I am too stunned to fight back or protest.
They open the door, and I enter the room with shaky legs, bracing myself to fight if need be.
I look around the spacious room I find him sitting on a chair with his back hunched and his eyes on a book.
My breath catches in my throat as I take in his features.
Slowly, he looks up from the book with his eyes glowing red.
"Co in, Choi Yujun" he says.
