"Brother Yu, he’s coming up." Tie Zhuzi was hiding there, feeling a bit excited, yet there was an indescribable tension.
Because as soon as they made a move, the other side would definitely realize they were walking into an ambush.
"Improvise." Xiang Yu said the sa thing again.
Tie Zhuzi rubbed his hands together, and just then, the door was suddenly opened. The scout stord in, brandishing a gun.
But there wasn’t anyone in the room, just a machine gun conspicuously set in the middle of the bed.
The scout walked in confused, his mind unable to process why there was such a large weapon here.
He walked in and absentmindedly closed the door. Tie Zhuzi was behind him, hand over his mouth.
The scout didn’t notice Tie Zhuzi and walked closer to the bed, frowning at the machine gun on it. This thing was incredibly powerful, capable of tearing off a leg.
"I can’t hold it anymore." Tie Zhuzi said, his face turning red from holding his breath, and he quickly removed his hand.
The scout felt a shock run through his body, a sense of impending doom instantly swept over him.
He quickly aid the gun behind him, but his arm was clamped halfway by a large iron grip.
Only then did he see a big man had appeared behind him, holding his wrist tightly.
The scout was about to scream, but Tie Zhuzi slapped him.
Tie Zhuzi’s large slap landed on the scout’s face, knocking him straight to the ground.
The scout, trained as he was, instinctively tried to press the radio button to communicate.
Tie Zhuzi bent down, grabbed the scout’s ankles, lifted him up, and efficiently jabbed downwards.
It must be said, the human neck is quite fragile. Tie Zhuzi’s jab broke the scout’s neck, pushing his head down into his stomach.
Tie Zhuzi was still uneasy, worried the scout might revive, so he jabbed twice more. After confirming no movent, he threw the body onto the ground.
"Brother Yu, I dealt with him. He didn’t get any ssage out." Tie Zhuzi reported excitedly.
"Well done," Xiang Yu replied decisively.
He was observing the group outside. Seeing that they hadn’t reacted, he knew the scout hadn’t sent any information out.
"Three, what’s the situation inside?" At this mont, the scout’s radio suddenly crackled to life.
Tie Zhuzi quickly relayed the situation to Xiang Yu.
"Ignore them. Just hold your position," Xiang Yu instructed.
"Understood, Brother Yu." Tie Zhuzi said eagerly, discreetly setting up the machine gun by the window.
If the enemy dared to attack, at Xiang Yu’s command, he would rcilessly fire a burst at them.
Considering there were only about twenty of them, even if there were two hundred, passing through here would be difficult.
Tie Zhuzi had tested this big gun’s might before; the shooting speed was more thrilling than being with a woman.
"Co on, bastards, let take care of you properly," Tie Zhuzi muttered with a smirk.
"Three, respond if you hear this."
The radio crackled again with soone calling out.
"Screw your mother, your number three’s head is already shoved into his belly," Tie Zhuzi muttered under his breath.
The other side seed to realize sothing was wrong and said, "Situation changed, switch to plan two."
The voice stopped, and Tie Zhuzi quickly inford Xiang Yu of the update.
"They must’ve noticed sothing amiss and switched frequencies. Everyone, stay alert," Xiang Yu softly warned.
Outside the main door, in a hidden spot, a man stood there frowning. He had a fair and handso face.
If Zhong Min were here, she would recognize him as Xia Cheng, the man who once pursued her.
Xia Cheng’s current mission was to investigate if there were experts around Zhong Min and whether she had truly betrayed them.
If she hadn’t, he would have her join in the assault on the military district. If she had, he was to arrest her on the spot and bring her back.
Yet after bringing the team here, the mission goals changed. Knowing the instructor here was Xiang Yu, who had a history with Zhong Min, he harbored hatred for Xiang Yu. Thus, regardless of Zhong Min’s loyalty, he intended to kill everyone except her.
"Now, we’ll split into three groups. One squad will flank from this side, another will distract from the other side, while the rest will guard this area for support," Xia Cheng directed the group.
Since Xia Cheng was taken to a training base, his talents shone, gaining recognition from higher-ups, leading to his appointnt as team leader for this mission.
Xia Cheng understood his group’s nature, now appearing as insurgent military.
Previously, he operated as a rcenary. Unbeknownst to him then, his organization was rely part of Commander Cao’s hidden influence in the rcenary world.
Now aware that they were insurgents, he felt more excited, seeing it as a brighter future.
"Everyone, begin the operation." At Xia Cheng’s order, he and the first squad flanked and charged in.
Tie Zhuzi observed from above, anxious. "Brother Yu, they’ve split up. Eight are flanking around back," he reported.
Watching the eight vanish from sight, Tie Zhuzi worried about potential threats from behind.
"Don’t worry, you have Wang Dayong at the back," Xiang Yu reassured him.
Atop Cheng Wulan’s villa, Wang Dayong heard Xiang Yu’s trust in him, feeling slightly embarrassed.
He had always seen himself as just a cook, even looking down on himself a bit.
Despite training briefly with Wu Jing, he chose to stay with Xiang Yu to beco a good chef.
Now, hearing Xiang Yu praise him over the radio, he was both surprised and honored.
"Brother Yu, can I really do it?" Wang Dayong asked, lacking confidence, his hands trembling slightly on his gun.
"Dayong, don’t underestimate yourself. You’re quite capable," Xiang Yu chuckled.
"Exactly, Dayong. When I first t you, I thought you were just a dimwit. Later, I realized you’ve got skills, not inferior to mine, and you cook well. You’ll surely find a beautiful wife soday," Tie Zhuzi comnted.
The words made Wang Dayong blush. For the first ti, he felt truly valued.
"Brother Yu, don’t worry. With here, they won’t get near the villa," Wang Dayong shouted, brimming with newfound confidence.
The group shared a laugh as they prepared for the impending confrontation...
