"Lan, it’s dangerous inside, don’t go in." Li Bingbing quickly grabbed Cheng Wulan and said.
But Cheng Wulan didn’t listen to Li Bingbing. She had a cold expression on her face and charged forward with her gun.
Li Bingbing couldn’t just watch as Cheng Wulan went in alone, so she also grabbed her gun and followed.
At that mont, a burly figure suddenly appeared in front of Cheng Wulan, startling her.
"You can’t go in." Tie Zhuzi said plainly.
"Xiang Yu and the others are in danger inside right now, and you’re telling I can’t go in?" Cheng Wulan said, glaring.
"Brother Yu has already arranged everything; you have nothing to worry about." Tie Zhuzi replied decisively.
"Move aside." Cheng Wulan ordered with a cold face.
She was the head of the Orchid Group and the commander in the regint. Now, soone was blocking her path, and she was very angry.
"I said, you can’t go in." Tie Zhuzi responded firmly, head held high.
He only listened to Xiang Yu, no matter who else it was.
"You dare to defy my orders?" Cheng Wulan glared, her hand already on her gun.
Since the day the regint was established, Cheng Wulan had emphasized unconditional order compliance.
Anyone who defied would be shot on the spot.
"I only listen to Brother Yu." Tie Zhuzi said calmly.
He clearly saw Cheng Wulan’s movent, and if she dared to use her gun, he would not hesitate either.
"Lan, trust him this ti. I don’t think Xiang Yu is reckless." Li Bingbing said quickly from the side.
The situation was critical, and Cheng Wulan didn’t want to clash with Tie Zhuzi. Seeing the big guy not letting up, she had no choice.
Moreover, her mind gradually cald down. Even if she charged in, it would be a pointless sacrifice.
Cheng Wulan snorted, moved to the side, and looked inside.
Gunshots echoed from inside, occasionally accompanied by loud shouts. Clearly, it was chaotic.
By now, Ivan had been discovered, but his agility and speed were excellent, especially at night. Though he couldn’t completely escape,
it was impossible for those behind him to catch him.
At that mont, a girl’s desperate screams continued in Kruse’s room, indicating his prowess in certain abilities.
Two people knelt outside, Ivan’s companions who had been captured already.
Upon hearing the room’s sounds, they understood the situation but hoped for leniency amidst their life crisis, yearning for the captor’s rcy.
After a mont, the sounds within ceased.
"Co in." Kruse shouted from inside.
Hearing this, those outside pushed the door open, walking into an office tainted with a faint sll of blood.
Soone inadvertently glanced at a corner, seeing a girl covered in blood, unclear where it ca from.
"Officer, we caught two infiltrating assassins," one said.
Kruse nodded, grabbed one by the hair, and asked, "How many of you ca?"
"I, I don’t know." The person trembled with fear.
Kruse frowned, turned, and took a large knife from the back wall.
The knife glead, dazzling under the light.
"Drag him out," Kruse ordered.
Having captured two, only one needed to stay alive for questioning.
"I’ll talk, I’ll talk. There were three of us," the person said in terror.
But it was too late. Kruse went outside and swiftly slashed at his neck.
The grueso scene was unbearable to witness.
Kruse regarded it as a hobby. Watching the head fall, he felt a sense of accomplishnt.
His companions, accustod to this routine, were unfazed.
After beheading the man, Kruse returned inside, lifting the next one’s chin with his knife, "You tell then, how many ca? Who sent you?"
The person pissed himself in fear, trembling and unable to speak, as the knife dripped blood.
"You won’t talk?" Kruse sneered coldly.
The man reluctantly divulged everything he knew.
Kruse nodded in satisfaction, signaling to drag him out.
The man vomited green water from fright as he was dragged out, dead scared.
Having learned it was a rcenary mission, Kruse wouldn’t bla the rcenaries.
In the rcenary world, it’s about the mission and money; one mont enemies, the next, friends.
Kruse knew this and wouldn’t provoke them unnecessarily, making enemies.
"There’s still one more here; bring him over," Kruse commanded.
The rebel base was just one of many, managed by Kruse.
Knowing only one infiltrator remained, everyone desperately chased Ivan, more joining in pursuit.
Under heavy pressure, Ivan regretted not telling Cheng Wulan sooner.
If he’d inford her of the task’s difficulty earlier, perhaps it wouldn’t have been carried out.
His pride made light of it, assuming cooperation with Wang Li’s team would suffice, not realizing their incompetence.
He carefully avoided those around, so already ahead.
Now, Ivan was surrounded.
Grimacing, about to bolt, he saw soone of similar stature.
Without hesitation, he threw a knife, sticking it in the man’s neck.
This flying knife technique was standard for agents, but Xiang Yu surpassed him in strength, speed, and accuracy.
Dragging the man to a hidden spot, Ivan quickly changed into his clothes.
Dressed in the enemy’s uniform, donning their cap, he posed as rebelling forces.
With newfound boldness, Ivan boldly erged, joining the sweep forward.
Many had seen his attire before, only patrolling without noticing Ivan.
He, like them, remained vigilant, displaying diligence.
"Over there, chase quickly." Ivan shouted, pointing ahead.
Upon hearing this, they all sprinted forward, seizing a chance for rit...
