"You wretched woman! Dared to hurt my third brother, I damn ******!"

"Dead cop, I'm gonna personally rip out your kidneys!"

Seven people charged at them like seven unleashed mad dogs, eyes blazing with rage, faces twisted with ferocity, grasping dangerously bright daggers.

"Bang! Bang!"

Two more pebbles fell from the sky, striking the temples of the two people at the front, the edges cutting their skin instantly, crimson blood oozing out rapidly.

"Ahh!"

"This dead cop isn't alone, there's an ambush!"

"Forget everything else, control this wretched woman first, no matter how many people co today, we'll damn fight them all!"

Their physical and ntal toughness couldn't be denied; these people were incredibly resilient. Amidst their vicious screams, they quickly spread out and charged towards Mu Lingshan.

To Chu Ge's surprise, the two n hit by his pebbles rely staggered but didn't fall. Ignoring the blood flowing down their cheeks, they glared with bloodshot eyes and continued rushing forward.

Seeing these ferocious people, like frenzied wild dogs, Mu Lingshan bit her lip hard as she struggled to get up from the ground, her heart racing.

Earlier, watching them be toyed with by Chu Ge from afar, Mu Lingshan thought these people were not skilled.

But at this very mont, facing them directly, she finally realized they were truly terrifying!

Each pair of eyes emitted a bone-chilling, beast-like cruel gleam, and under the moonlight, their daggers seed even more sinister.

Honestly, they were not weak, or to put it more accurately, they were exceptionally powerful; she was now very worried whether she could escape unscathed today.

Mu Lingshan couldn't help but take a rapid, deep breath, pursing her lips tightly, bracing herself in a fighting stance. However, at that mont, she witnessed sothing unforgettable.

On the second-floor rooftop, a man with a hat, mask, and gloves sprinted a few steps, pushing off the edge, and leaped in her direction from above.

The silver mask on the man's face sparkled mid-air, seemingly outshining the luminous moon disk, like a teor swiftly approaching her.

Admittedly, the man's movent was suave, but what Mu Lingshan saw made her sweat with anxiety.

Though the second-floor building wasn't extrely high, neither was it very low. Jumping down like that ant landing on this sandy road would be perilous.

Co on, buddy, this is a matter of life and death; can you manage that?

Internally tense, Mu Lingshan's gaze fixated firmly on the masked man.

Yet the truth was, the man with the silver mask didn't crash on the ground. He swooped like an eagle in mid-air, and locked his grip around one attacker's neck right in front of Mu Lingshan.

Subsequently, his body rotated almost three hundred and sixty degrees horizontally, landing a kick on another man's face, and leveraged that force to perform a swift sorsault, like an agile gymnast completing a stunt.

"Thud!" The man with the silver mask landed steadily, standing firmly on the soil beside Mu Lingshan, shielding her with his not-so-broad back.

"Thud!" The man used for leverage collapsed.

"Thud! Thud!" Two seconds later, the man who got kicked flew several ters backward, crashing into another attacker, both rolling a few tis on the ground, their eyes fluttering closed.

In an instant, after "third brother," three more were dropped among the seven n; leaving four opponents.

Mu Lingshan was completely stunned; even though she witnessed all this unfolding in a flash, she couldn't believe her eyes.

"Aren't you going to run?"

A deep, magnetic voice, like a resonant bell, filled with righteous vigor erged from ahead.

"I... no, I want to fight too."

Despite the replay of that scene in her mind, Mu Lingshan felt so strength returning, her gaze towards the man in front was filled with fervor, her blood boiling!

Hearing the excited voice from behind, Chu Ge couldn't help but roll his eyes, thinking, with your limited skills, fighting is pointless, you're just complicating things for , right?

While Mu Lingshan was emotionally stirred and Chu Ge felt at a loss for words, Wang ng and the other three, who still retained their fighting strength, saw a few more of their brothers fall. Their eyes instantly filled with a murderous intent, charging in madly from four different directions.

"I'll hold this guy off, you go capture that woman!" The one speaking was Crewcut, the boss of the group, and also the most skilled fighter among them.

Hearing their plan and watching them act on it, Chu Ge couldn't help but glance sideways, using the corner of his eyes to look at Mu Lingshan.

In his line of sight, Mu Lingshan showed no awareness of being a burden. She still displayed an enthusiastic deanor, ready to engage in a fierce battle.

Letting out a sigh of exasperation, Chu Ge scooped up Mu Lingshan in a princess carry.

Although knocking these guys down was no problem for him, he couldn't guarantee that the stubborn but not-so-skilled young policewoman wouldn't be captured by their opponents first.

"What are you doing?" Mu Lingshan was startled.

"Borrowing your legs,"

Chu Ge explained as his body moved, making use of Mu Lingshan's long legs as weapons, continuing to battle with the four n.

In Chu Ge's arms, Mu Lingshan felt as if her body was flying and as if she had beco one with this mysterious man, becoming a part of his body.

This sensation was incredibly magical, not at all like a life-threatening fight. It felt more like dancing gracefully at a ball, with the man holding her being an elegant prince with perfect rhythm, soone she had never experienced such synergy with.

If Chu Ge knew what Mu Lingshan was thinking right now, he would undoubtedly toss her aside in disbelief. Yet as Mu Lingshan felt both thrilled and enchanted, Chu Ge used her long legs to fight the last four thugs.

During this process, Chu Ge was fully aware of his surroundings, working in perfect sync with Mu Lingshan. Whether it was himself or Mu Lingshan, fists and feet relentlessly targeted the thugs, awe-inspiring and fierce as a tiger.

On the other hand, Wang ng and his group beca more and more alard as the fight went on. They prided themselves on their martial skills, feeling invincible when taking on three or four ordinary people alone.

However, compared to the person in front of them, they couldn't gain any advantage, even though their opponent was holding a woman!

This fact deeply incited Wang ng and his group's viciousness, unwilling to accept this turn of events.

Unfortunately, they soon paid the price, all being knocked to the ground by Chu Ge using Mu Lingshan's legs, unable to stand again due to their injuries.

Looking at this group lying disordered on the ground, Chu Ge, sowhat unsatisfied, placed Mu Lingshan back on the ground.

"I'll watch them here. Go inside to find so rope, tie them up, and call your colleagues."

Stepping on Wang ng, who was struggling to get up, Chu Ge spoke with his back to Mu Lingshan.

Watching Chu Ge's back, Mu Lingshan's eyes were filled with admiration, her heart even harboring a strong sense of loss, wishing that this man could hold her for a little longer.

Nevertheless, knowing there were too many questions to ask, Mu Lingshan understood now was not the ti. She nodded and ran into the small two-story building, quickly returning with rope.

However, when she ca back, the mystery man's silhouette was absent from her sight, and an additional unconscious man was lying on the ground.

This man, surprisingly, was the hooked-nose guy who should have escaped earlier!

Seeing these thugs who had lost all fighting capability, lying scattered on the ground, Mu Lingshan suddenly felt a sense of unreality, as though she was dreaming, a bizarre dream.

"Silly girl, stop daydreaming. Hurry and tie these guys up, and then check the room for a basent. I'm leaving."

Just as Mu Lingshan was in a daze, the mysterious man's voice suddenly echoed from the night sky. She ca to her senses, looking around instinctively, yet all she saw was the vast night and the chaotic scene on the ground.

"Who are you? Will I see you again?"

Mu Lingshan called out, but unfortunately, the only response was the echo of her own voice.

Pressing her lips together, Mu Lingshan sighed, sowhat absentmindedly binding the thugs' hands and feet before calling the police.

After ensuring they were all tied up, Mu Lingshan once again entered the small two-story building, searching for the possibly existing basent as the mysterious man suggested.

Initially, Mu Lingshan was already thrilled to capture these people today, not having high hopes for the basent ntioned by the mysterious man.

Yet, after searching for a while, she was even more astonished and delighted to find, just as the mysterious man predicted, she indeed discovered a hidden basent entrance!

Blinking her eyes, Mu Lingshan murmured, "He...is truly amazing!"
