“Exactly! Watching those movies makes feel sick. A lot of people online even question whether dostic filmmakers ever went to school, since they can’t write a good script, or whether dostic actors are just randomly picked, since they can’t act.
Even a unique performance like Er Kang’s nostril display would be better than what we have now… haha. We’re the ones complaining, but whatever. I’m the director, and I’m the producer.
We have the money, and we can hire the people we need. So why not make the movies we want to make? Even if they don’t cater to the mainstream audience, I did it anyway!” Zhuo Feng’er puffed out her chest, looking very proud.
