Not to ntion the Pokémon still in the cocoon was just a re Weedle.
It's ti to settle old grudges and new ones all at once.
Galvantula sprang into the air, swiftly forming an [Electro Ball] in its mouth.
In the next instant—
An [Electro Ball] whistled sharply toward Beedrill.
And it wasn't over yet.
Electabuzz stepped forward beside it, electricity crackling fiercely between the antennae atop its head.
A powerful [Thunderbolt] followed close behind.
"Bzz!"
Facing the joint attack from Galvantula and Electabuzz, Beedrill showed no fear at all.
Its wings fluttered rapidly, transforming its figure into a streaking blur as it charged forward.
With a single thrust of its lance—
The [Electro Ball] shattered decisively.
Then, its form blurred, multiple afterimages appearing in mid-air due to its extre speed.
[Double Team]
Electabuzz's [Thunderbolt] pierced straight through an illusory shadow.
Just like that, the joint attack from the two Pokémon was effortlessly dismantled by Beedrill.
"Bzz!"
Beedrill had never been one to rely on defense.
For it—
Attack was always the best defense!
Several shadowy duplicates of Beedrill streaked through the sky, diving directly toward Electabuzz and the others.
Sensing Beedrill's overwhelming presence, the other Pokémon imdiately launched defensive asures.
Electabuzz set up a [Light Screen]; Zebstrika released a burst of [Discharge]; Luxray's jaws ignited into [Fire Fang]; Galvantula spun a sticky [Spider Web].
Each Pokémon used its own thod, either defending or counterattacking.
However—
Though their combined assault dispelled Beedrill's illusions in the air, they also lost sight of Beedrill's true position.
"[Pursuit]!"
Guo Yi's command was crisp and decisive.

Galvantula's spider senses imdiately scread danger. As it moved to dodge—
Beedrill burst from the flank, already at Galvantula's side!
Black energy swirled ominously around its twin lances, stabbing directly toward Galvantula.

Although Galvantula hadn't yet taken damage from another move, there was still one critical detail:
Beedrill wielded two lances.

Even more frightening was that the second lance pierced exactly where the first one had struck.
The combined force of both strikes instantly launched Galvantula into the air.
If this were a ga, Guo Yi would have surely seen a long string of glowing red numbers popping up from Galvantula's head.
Poor Galvantula.
Being struck by both lances was already bad enough, but it even triggered Beedrill's [Sniper] ability.
Already doubled in power due to [Pursuit's] effect, the attack's strength now surged to five tis its original thanks to Sniper.
Not to ntion, Beedrill had earlier used [Swords Dance], secretly maximizing its attack stat from afar.
Thus, a single swift combo had completely knocked Galvantula unconscious.
This terrifying display of power imdiately startled Luxray, Electabuzz, and Zebstrika nearby.
For a mont—
They glanced at each other uncertainly.
Should they even continue attacking?
But soon—
They ca to a quick decision.
Zebstrika, the strongest among them, cloaked itself entirely in flas and charged head-on at Beedrill.
Electabuzz emitted a [Screech], harshly lowering Beedrill's defense.
Luxray, however, turned sharply, aiming its charge directly at Guo Yi.
Ah, again?
Seeing Beedrill was difficult to handle, they decided to target its trainer instead.
The old saying was true:
Persimmons were easier to squeeze when they were soft!
"Nidoking, Nidoqueen! It's up to you two!"
Fortunately, Guo Yi had already anticipated such a tactic.
Now it depended on how reliable the Nidoking couple could be.
"Nido!"
Nidoking and Nidoqueen watched gravely as Luxray charged toward them.
After all, Luxray was an Elite Four-Tier Pokémon. Even with a nurical advantage, they still felt imnse pressure.
Exchanging a quick glance, Nidoking and Nidoqueen chose to act simultaneously.
As a pair bonded by deep affection, their teamwork naturally needed no words.
Together, they raised their forelimbs and stomped powerfully on the ground.
The earth fractured, rocks and dust bursting upward.
Two surges of [Earth Power] rged into one massive wave that swept toward Luxray.
"Roar—!"
Faced with the barrier of [Earth Power], Luxray threw back its head and let out a fierce roar.
Electricity surged fiercely around its body as it charged straight forward, breaking through with the sheer force of [Wild Charge].
Swish!
Maintaining montum, Luxray burst directly from the cloud of debris.
A thick frost coated its fangs, launching into a powerful [Ice Fang] aid directly at Nidoking.
Having grown to the power of an Elite Four within Thunder Valley, Luxray had plenty of experience battling Ground-type Pokémon.
Facing Nidoking's Ground-type attributes, Luxray wasn't foolish enough to use Electric moves. Instead, it decisively switched to [Ice Fang], determined to take Nidoking out in one strike.
"Nido!"
Seeing Luxray re inches away, a ruthless glint flashed in Nidoking's eyes.
Its entire body flashed with Normal-type energy, poised to unleash its strongest move—[Thrash]—at any mont.
Beside it, Nidoqueen likewise raised her arm, muscles bulging as she prepared her own powerful move—[Superpower].
Initially, the Nidoking couple followed Guo Yi mainly because they couldn't bear parting from their child and because of those delicious Pokéblocks.
But now—
Guo Yi had completely earned their respect, and they willingly saw him as their trainer.
No matter what, Nidoking and Nidoqueen would never allow Luxray to harm their trainer.
Even if their opponent was stronger!
Yet—
Just as their powerful attacks were about to collide, a flash of yellow streaked through the sky.
Luxray was directly knocked away mid-charge.
And it didn't stop there.
After forcing Luxray aside, the mysterious figure imdiately dashed toward Beedrill's battle.
With this sudden intrusion—
Both Beedrill and the remaining three Elite Four-Tier Pokémon stopped in their tracks.
"Tapu Koko!"
Guo Yi stepped forward from behind Nidoking and Nidoqueen.
Tapu Koko's appearance had once again shifted the entire situation.
Though Guo Yi didn't want to admit it—
Facing the Master-Tier Tapu Koko was indeed beyond his current capabilities.
I just hope it's not here to cause trouble for …
Guo Yi silently prayed in his heart.
Unlike the other island guardian deities—
Although Tapu Koko was known as a guardian deity, it didn't an it always helped others.
Tapu Koko's personality was notoriously unpredictable, sotis violently attacking humans and Pokémon who annoyed it. It was a deity fad for its capricious and fierce temperant.
