The room was heavy with silence, but it wasn't the empty kind. It was charged, alive, vibrating with every unspoken word, every brush of skin. The faint glow of moonlight leaked through the blinds, streaking across her like sothing out of a dream, making her look almost surreal. Like art. No, not art. Sothing even better—alive, breathing, his.

Tessa reached for him, no hesitation in her movents, peeling away his layers like she was unwrapping a gift she'd been waiting a lifeti for. Her hands slid under his shirt first, and his skin burned under her touch, every inch of him hyper-aware of her fingers. She wasn't just undressing him; she was claiming him, and he was letting her.

Parker couldn't stop his own hands, though. They found their way under the oversized white shirt she wore—his shirt. His fingers grazed her back, soft and warm, tracing lazy lines across her spine like he was trying to morize every inch. And damn, maybe he was.

When she slipped his shirt over his head and it hit the floor, her eyes locked onto his. The intensity in them, the quiet hunger, knocked the air right out of his lungs. For once, Parker didn't feel like the untouchable king of the world. No, here in this room, with her looking at him like he hung the stars, he felt small. Vulnerable. A man, nothing more, and she was his universe.

"Tessa…" His voice ca out as a whisper, barely audible, but it didn't matter. She heard him. She always did. She smiled, soft but mischievous, and pushed him gently back onto the bed.

"Shh," she murmured, climbing onto him, her knees on either side of his hips. Her hands trailed down his chest, slow and deliberate, like she was in no rush to get anywhere. "Don't say anything. Don't do anything. Just let …" Her voice cracked slightly, like she was overwheld herself. "Let make love to you."

Her words hit him harder than any punch ever could, but he nodded, swallowing hard. He didn't argue. Didn't push back.

Her lips found his neck first, then his collarbone, leaving a trail of heat in their wake. His breath hitched when she bit down gently, her teeth scraping just enough to send a shiver through him. His hands twitched at his sides, instinct telling him to pull her closer, but her words echoed in his head. Don't do anything.

"Damn," she whispered, sitting up for a mont to look down at him. The moonlight caught every dip and curve of his body, painting him in silver and shadow. Her fingers traced the lines of his abs, slow and reverent. "How did the gods even create sothing this perfect?"

Parker let out a soft laugh, shaking his head slightly, but he didn't say anything. What could he say? She was the one who made him feel perfect, not the other way around.

Her lips found his chest next, then lower, kissing every inch of him like she was trying to map him out. Parker's breathing grew heavier, his hands gripping the sheets beneath him to keep from breaking his promise.

"Tessa…" Her na slipped out again, but this ti it was barely a groan.

She smirked, her eyes flicking up to et his. "I told you not to do anything," she teased, her voice soft but firm. Her hands splayed out over his stomach, holding him down gently. "Let your wife take care of you, baby. Just this once, don't make beg for it."

And he didn't. For the first ti in what felt like forever, Parker let soone else take control.

Her hands stayed pressed against his stomach, warm and grounding, like she was silently telling him, stay still, I've got you. Tessa leaned forward, her hair cascading down like a curtain around them, brushing against his skin. The faint scent of vanilla and sothing distinctly her filled the air, and Parker swore it made his head spin. She kissed him again, slower this ti, like she had all the ti in the world.

His lips barely moved against hers, and she smiled against his mouth, pulling back just enough to whisper, "You're so bad at not taking control, you know that?"

Parker huffed a quiet laugh, his hands twitching on the bed. "Not my fault," he muttered, his voice rough. "You're impossible to say no to."

Tessa smirked, brushing her thumb along his jawline. "Damn right I am."

Her lips trailed down again, over his throat and chest, pausing here and there to press kisses that lingered just a second longer than they needed to. Every touch felt deliberate, purposeful, like she was trying to morize every detail of him. Her fingers ghosted over the one scar.scattered on his torso, her expression softening as she traced them like they were a map leading her sowhere only she could see.

"You don't have to do that," Parker murmured, his voice quieter now, almost shy. This scar was tied to his past and refused to go away even after using Aphrodite's Elixir.

Tessa shook her head, eting his eyes. "Yes, I do," she said simply. "Because you're mine, Parker. Every part of you. Don't tell to stop."

And just like that, the tension in his chest unraveled. He let out a slow breath, his hands finally rising to rest on her waist. He didn't grip her, didn't try to pull her closer—he just held her, his thumbs brushing lazy circles against her sides through the fabric of her shirt.

Tessa's smile softened, and she leaned down to press a kiss to his forehead, then his lips, then his cheek. "That's better," she whispered.

Her hands moved again, this ti to the waistband of his pants. She tugged lightly, looking up at him for permission. He gave her a single nod, and the soft sound of fabric rustling filled the room as she slipped them down, leaving him in nothing but the faint glow of moonlight.

Parker reached for her then, his fingers brushing the hem of her shirt. His eyes t hers, and for a mont, everything else fell away. It was just the two of them, caught in this unspoken exchange that didn't need words. Slowly, he slid the shirt up, revealing inch after inch of her skin until it slipped over her head and joined the growing pile on the floor.

Moonlight kissed her bare skin, the soft glow painting her in silver and gold. Parker couldn't help but stare, his breath catching in his throat. "You're beautiful," he murmured, the words slipping out before he could stop them.

Tessa's cheeks flushed, but she didn't look away. Instead, she leaned forward, cupping his face in her hands. "You make feel that way," she said softly, her voice steady despite the faint quiver in her lips.

Parker smiled—small, barely there, but real. He tugged her closer, their bodies pressing together as the heat between them grew.

Tessa moved first, gently pushing him back onto the bed. The sheets crumpled beneath him, cool against his skin as she hovered over him, her hands braced on either side of his head. Her hair fell around them again, creating a world where only they existed.

"Relax," she whispered, her lips brushing against his as she spoke. "Let take care of you, Parker."
