Only half an hour had passed, and the old man’s son returned to the hospital!
After carefully examining the prescription, Qin Han said, “I believe Wang Xiaobo’s diagnosis and prescription are both without issue.”
“Then what exactly is the problem?” the director of Ruchun Hospital asked.
Qin Han furrowed his brows, thought for a mont, and then reentered the ward to ask the old man, “Excuse my boldness in asking, but did you actually prepare the dicine according to the ingredients listed on the prescription when you took it?”
“Yes!” the old man replied, puzzled, “Doctor, is there so problem?”
Qin Han nodded and said, “Indeed, you slipped into a coma after taking the dicine from this prescription, and as a result, Doctor Wang Xiaobo was taken away by the authorities!”
“My visit here is not only to treat you but also to see if there’s anything wrong with his prescription.
However, after looking at it just now, I’ve determined there’s nothing wrong with it.
If you were my patient, I would prescribe the sa recipe.
So I’m wondering, why did your condition worsen after taking the dicine?” Qin Han said with puzzlent.

It’s not that Qin Han wanted to absolve Wang Xiaobo, claiming that Wang Xiaobo’s prescription was without fault, which was indeed true; even if he had written it himself, Qin Han would have done the sa!

After pondering for a while, the old man said, “I rember after taking the first batch of dicine I felt my condition was improving, but when I went for a second batch, an elderly doctor in the pharmacy after checking the prescription comnted, ‘Who wrote this prescription?
It shouldn’t be written like this; it should be like this!'”
“Then, after I went ho and brewed the dicine, I felt a little dizzy.
By the ti I got to the hospital to find the young doctor, I was having difficulty breathing.

“We have an old man nad Zhang in our hospital who is notorious for his bad temper and stubbornness, and no one gets along with him.
However, since he has previously made contributions to the hospital, I couldn’t dismiss him, so I let him ‘retire’ in the pharmacy.
There have been a few incidents where he criticized prescriptions as incorrect, but he has never taken it upon himself to change any,” the director of Ruchun Hospital said with a wry smile.
Qin Han nodded and said, “You’d better check on that, because if I were treating the old man, I would use this very prescription too.
This prescription was formulated by Wang Xiaobo, who adjusted it based on the theory of ‘the seven injuries’ in traditional Chinese dicine considering the old man’s allergy to a certain dicine in the previous prescription.”
Upon hearing this, the director of Ruchun Hospital said hastily, “Today happens to be Old Zhang’s shift.
Let’s go see him together!”
Qin Han nodded and said, “All right!”
He dared to assert that there was absolutely no problem with Wang Xiaobo’s prescription!
There must have been an issue with another part of the process!

Qin Han and his group arrived at the pharmacy where an old man was sitting inside the dicine cabinet, looking up at them with confusion and asking, “Director Shao, what are you doing here?”

At this mont, Qin Han stepped forward and said, “Old doctor, I would like you to look at this prescription to see if there’s any problem with it!”
“And who are you?” the old man looked at Qin Han and spoke with discontent.
Qin Han was unfazed and replied, “I am a family mber of the patient!”
The old man took the prescription, looked at it, and said, “I rember this prescription; it’s not correct at all.
When one dicine could solve the problem, why prescribe two others?
Isn’t that just making the patient spend more money?”
“And this prescription is actually a very common one; how could it have been prescribed incorrectly!”
“Is there a problem?” Qin Han asked, frowning.
