"What?"
Liao Shishi, who was arranging the decorations at the Star Brilliance Restaurant on the 66th floor of Sofitel Hotel, panicked when she heard the report that Mo Han and Zhu Chongde had a confrontation.
Imdiately, she couldn’t bother with what she was doing and hurriedly took the VIP elevator down in her high heels.
In the elevator, she dialed Ling Yuzhu’s number and anxiously said, "President Ling, sothing terrible has happened!"
"That rowdy second son of the Zhu Family is causing trouble at Sofitel again..."
Ling Yuzhu, upon receiving the call, had a headache.
Lately, Zhu Chongde had been pursuing her like a madman. Although she firmly rejected him, he stuck to her like a plaster, either waiting for her at Tian Sheng Group or causing a scene at Sofitel Hotel, evidently trying to attract her attention.
"Stay calm in such situations and handle it appropriately without injuring him,"
Ling Yuzhu sighed and said leisurely.
If she could, she would love to have soone give Zhu Chongde a good lesson, but he was the second son of the Zhu Family, a mber of Jiangling’s Four Great Families, untouchable.
Even though Tian Sheng Group was formidable, it wouldn’t dare to ostracize the Four Great Families, since they all shared ownership stakes originally.
"President Ling, I haven’t finished yet,"
Liao Shishi said with a distraught expression. "That second son of the Zhu Family, I don’t know what got into him, he actually harassed Mrs. Mo and even hit her daughter, Chen Chen."
"What!!!"
Over the phone, Ling Yuzhu’s voice was filled with horror, "You’re saying Zhu Chongde harassed Luo Ning? And hit Chen Chen?"
She knew Mo Han’s temperant well; in his life, the three won Mo Han valued the most, apart from his adoptive mother Ming Cuilian, were his wife Luo Ning and his daughter Mo Xiaochen.
If Mo Han found out that his wife was insulted and his child was hit, he’d probably want to kill Zhu Chongde.
"Yes."
Liao Shishi said anxiously, "And what’s critical is that Mister Mo has arrived, and a fight has already broken out between the two sides. President Ling, what should we do about this?"
After a silence that lasted two full seconds on the other end of the line, Ling Yuzhu spoke cautiously, "Sister Shishi, you stabilize the situation first and try not to let things escalate. I’ll consult with Old Tang before we proceed."
"If the situation becos uncontrollable, protect Mister Mo at all costs!"
"Yes!"
...
anwhile, seeing his bodyguards unable to withstand a single move from Mo Han, Zhu Chongde’s face darkened as he kicked one of them, angrily shouting, "Trash! You’re all damn trash!"
"Five of you couldn’t beat one man and you call yourselves special forces, bullshit!"
The bodyguard looked utterly dejected, admitting he was a forr special forces mber but that didn’t an he was invincible. The opponent was too frightening; he got knocked down before he could clearly see the move, a skill even more terrifying than their forr instructors.
"Chen Chen, which hand did he use to hit you just now?"
Mo Han bent down and asked his daughter with a gentle smile.
Mo Xiaochen pouted and pointed at Zhu Chongde’s right hand, saying, "That bad man hit Chen Chen with this hand, he also used his left hand to grab Mommy..."
"Mhm, Chen Chen, be good and close your eyes," Mo Han chuckled softly, affectionately patting his daughter’s hair as the upcoming situation might be a bit inappropriate for children.
Mo Xiaochen nodded, her small, tender hands covering her eyes, fingers occasionally parting a bit, as her round eyes peeked outside.
Smack!
Without warning, Mo Han’s slap fiercely connected.
Bang!
Zhu Chongde was sent tumbling to the ground, blood seeping from the corner of his mouth. Before he could regain his senses, he saw Mo Han approach, his grip tightening on Zhu’s right arm as he smiled faintly, "So it was this hand that hit my daughter?"
"What are you going to do? I’m the Zhu Family’s second in line for succession..."
Zhu Chongde’s heart flinched under Mo Han’s icy stare. Swallowing hard, trying to suppress his fear, he said, "If you dare to lay a hand on , you won’t be able to stay in Jiangling City anymore!"
Mo Han coldly smiled, ready to act, but then he spotted Liao Shishi hastily arriving at the elevator entrance.
"Mr. Mo, wait a mont!"
Liao Shishi, lifting her dress, ran over.
Seeing Liao Shishi’s arrival, Zhu Chongde’s hanging heart felt sowhat steadier; this was her territory, and she knew his status, so she wouldn’t allow him to get hurt here.
Mo Han’s brow furrowed slightly, "Are you trying to plead for him?"
Gasping for breath, Liao Shishi’s face showed her discomfort as she said, "Mr. Mo, that’s not what I an."
"That’s bad luck then!"
Mo Han, not in the mood for pointless talk, twisted his wrist and—snap!—the other’s right hand fractured instantly.
"Ahhhh!"
Zhu Chongde scread in agony, clutching his right arm and rolling on the ground. It was beyond his expectation that Mo Han would be so audacious as not to give Liao Shishi any face.
Before he could cry out twice, the voice of that demon echoed in his ears once more.
"This ti it’s the left hand. Enjoy!"
Seeing Mo Han about to make his move, Zhu Chongde panicked. He quickly looked toward Liao Shishi and roared, "Liao Shishi! Is this how Sofitel Hotel treats its platinum custors?"
With Mo Han, the hidden chairman there, how could Liao Shishi dare to respond? Her lips moved, but she said nothing.
Zhu Chongde panicked even more. He looked up, turning his gaze to Zhou William and quickly said, "William! Say sothing, you’re part of this too today..."
