Chapter 912: Chapter 912: Insect Clan’s Unrest

Upon seeing the strength of Qin Hao’s starships, the insectoid commanders ordered their troops to retreat and head elsewhere.

Observing that the region hundreds of stars wide beyond the defense line was clear of insectoids, Qin Hao led the fleet back, as he dared not venture deeper just yet.

Returning within the defense line, Qin Hao checked his rit points, which had now exceeded 4,000. Although his fleet had not exterminated so many insectoids, the extensive defense line ant other areas were also under attack, resulting in countless casualties.

“Everyone, once back, work on producing B-class battleships diligently. Only when our proficiency with B-class battleships improves can we launch a counterattack,” Qin Hao advised his team.

The group nodded slightly, and Qin Hao began arranging for the Maya Empire’s people to be transported to the Southern Wilderness Star System, as it still required developnt.

By nightfall, according to the intelligence brain, about five trillion insectoids had perished beneath the defense line that day, a terrifying number, yet their overall count seed undiminished.

The following day, while construction on the defense line walls continued, official news outlets began to reassure the public and simultaneously praised Qin Hao’s contributions to interstellar humanity.

His fa now soared high in the universe, and almost everyone knew Qin Hao’s na. Without him, interstellar humanity would have been annihilated by the Star Sky Insect Clan.

Qin Hao’s achievent points had increased by billions, now exceeding a trillion, which was truly frightening.

If the system were to upgrade, it should unlock more powerful weapons, making it easier to deal with the Star Sky Insect Clan. However, he was also uncertain when the system would upgrade.

As days passed, a month went by in the blink of an eye, and the defense line wall spanning the interstellar east-west direction was constructed.

Though the Star Sky Insect Clan tried to breach the defense line several tis afterward, it was utterly ineffective against the super-subsonic weaponry guarding it.

Qin Hao and his team were also fully engaged in producing B-class battleships, but the rare tal resources were limited. The rare tals on this side of the galaxy were nearly exhausted, necessitating mining in the Southern Wilderness Star System.

Although the Southern Wilderness Star System only had a handful of planets, there were countless uninhabited ones, harboring abundant mineral and tal resources.

B-class chas were also being produced extensively, capable of easily slaying the Star Sky Insect Clan.

Currently, every week the Interstellar Human Alliance’s fleet would make a sortie to slaughter the insectoids and curb their numbers.

Qin Hao’s rit points slowly approached ten thousand, and now, besides worrying about the defense line, he had little else to do.

Thus, observing the defense line stabilize, he left the area.

Lan Antai, Queen Dantai, Li Weitian, and others were in charge here. Various powerful antimatter cannons were mounted on the interstellar walls, though not the full complent as per the design.

Because the defense line walls were so long, fully equipping them with the designed antimatter cannons would require at least several billion, but currently, there were only about 60 million antimatter cannons installed.

One day, while Qin Hao was on Earth, Fan Ruobing, Li Moying, Han ng, and the Li Qingya sisters had given birth—three boys and two girls, lively and adorable.

He was outside playing with Qin Long and Qin Feng when his communicator suddenly rang with a ssage from the director of the Galaxy Federation Republic Insect Race Laboratory.

“Leader, we’ve made a major discovery.”

Curious, Qin Hao asked, “What discovery?”

“Through our research, we’ve found sothing akin to Energy Baryte within the insectoids. This pure Energy Baryte naturally forms after they consu nurous entities and filter it internally. We also discovered that this Baryte greatly benefits the human body, allowing absorption and bodily transformation.”

Qin Hao’s expression turned slightly surprised: “You an it can transform the body? To what extent?”

The person replied, “We’re not exactly sure yet. We have invited a skilled cultivator for absorption, and we’ll know the results after a few days.”

Qin Hao nodded slightly: “Alright, let know the results when they co out.”

Just after disconnecting the communicator, a voice resonated in Qin Hao’s mind from the system.

“Congratulations, host. Achieving ten thousand rit points has triggered a hidden task: system upgrade. The system is upgrading, please wait.”

Hearing this news, Qin Hao was stunned. Did the system upgrade just by reaching ten thousand rit points?

So, will future upgrades depend on rit points?

At this mont, Qin Hao’s communicator rang again. It was a call from Lan Antai: “Leader, please co over. The insectoid army is gathering outside the defense line and seems to be planning sothing big.”

Hearing about the issue at the defense line, Qin Hao said, “I’ll head over imdiately. Keep a close eye on the defense line situation and send the videos from that area.”

“Yes, Leader.”

After ending the call, Qin Hao spoke briefly with his parents and Du Wanrou, then piloted his craft toward the interstellar defense line.

On the way, Qin Hao reviewed the videos from the interstellar line, spotting a massive insectoid army assembling outside the defense line, arrayed in neat formations like a regular military legion.

Seeing the insectoids’ legion formation for the first ti, Qin Hao felt that things might not be so simple.

At this mont, Li Weitian, Queen Dantai, and others were on the walls of the defense line, closely monitoring the insectoids’ movents outside.

Queen Maya was currently in the Southern Wilderness Star System developing barren planets, addressing citizen settlent issues. Although she hadn’t co herself, she dispatched most of her battleships and various advanced equipnt to support this pivotal war for the human race’s survival.

After traveling at full speed, it took Qin Hao eight days to reach the interstellar defense line. Even though his craft was a super-light-speed vehicle, it still felt too slow to him, fearing he might not make it if a war broke out.

Arriving at the defense line, Qin Hao t Lan Antai: “What’s the current situation?”

Lan Antai, leading him into the command center, said, “Leader, check out the footage from the advanced surveillance satellites, the insectoids have been rallying their forces these days. Our estimates indicate at least over ten trillion, and they’ve nearly all gathered here, likely aiming to breach a segnt of the defense line.”

Qin Hao: “Judging by these insectoids’ stance, that seems to be their intent. But how do they plan to break through the defense line?”

Lan Antai also found it puzzling. The insectoids should have known the strength of the defense line, so this attack wouldn’t be so straightforward.

Qin Hao suddenly recalled sothing: “By the way, wasn’t the insectoid language converter developed? Have you tried communicating with them?”

“It was indeed developed, and we’ve spoken using it, but the insectoids acted as if they didn’t hear us, offering no reply. Could there be an issue with the language converter we developed?” Lan Antai responded.
